The invention relates to the field of construction and is intended for decorative finishing of concrete and reinforced concrete products, namely the production of graphic elements on a concrete surface.
State of the art
The principle of the known methods of 3D printing is as follows: a computer model of a 3D object or image is divided into layers, the printing head of a 3D printer forms cross-sections of the manufactured object, layering these sections and combining layers, with the creation of a given geometry.
The following materials are used for printing construction products: clays, cement, gypsum, as well as building mixtures based on them, ceramic powders, liquid resins, various polymer compositions, composite materials.
All construction printers are designed for 3D 3D printing of monolithic structures and elements. In all known cases, regardless of the design of construction 3D printers, printing is possible only in the horizontal plane, which excludes the possibility of applying decorative elements to vertical planes in the process of printing monolithic products and concrete structures. It is possible to 3D print volumetric and relief images separately from the product, with subsequent transfer, placement (alignment) and fixation on the surface of ready-made concrete products, after hardening and curing of decorative volumetric elements. This technology for creating volumetric decorative elements on the surface of finished concrete products consists of several stages, and requires special handling of finished elements due to the fragility of ready-made decorative elements, the need to place, align and fix these elements on the surface of their concrete products using adhesives based on polymer compositions such as epoxy resins. This process requires additional time and human resources, as well as additional consumables.
Direct printing of 3D images on the surface of finished concrete products is not provided, due to the fact that the surface of the finished concrete product after hardening and gaining strength has a finely porous structure that easily absorbs various types of contaminants from the air, precipitation and other sources of pollution. As a result, the adhesion of the printed layer to the surface of the finished product is sharply reduced. After installing the product on the structure, after some time the decorative elements will peel off the product.
Further, at present, many construction projects are formed from pre-fabricated concrete and reinforced concrete products such as slabs and blocks. Some of these products have three-dimensional and embossed decorative elements of simple geometric shapes on their surfaces and are produced in large quantities, which excludes any individuality of building structures and objects. Such volumetric and embossed decorative elements are obtained by casting these products into special forms in which the relief is made. The process of making a mold with a relief is quite laborious, material and resource-intensive. Therefore, in order to recoup the costs of manufacturing such forms, they are used for casting a large number of similar products.
3D printing allows you to make each concrete product with an individual volumetric or embossed pattern, as well as to form large images of a large area, consisting of many concrete and reinforced concrete products.
The known method and 3D printer for volumetric (3d) printing of epoxy resin, hardener and parts of the object to be assembled (RU 2652494 C2 dated 04/26/2018). The invention proposes a volumetric (3D) printer and a method for dispensing material for forming a volumetric substructure and dispensing an adhesive onto the volumetric substructure. The adhesive applied to the bulk substructure can be used to bond the bulk substructure to another substructure, such as a conventionally formed substructure or other three-dimensional printed substructure. The disadvantage of this method is the need to use composite polymer materials (epoxy resin with a hardener) and the use of an adhesive. Epoxy resins and adhesive are significantly more expensive than building mixtures and concrete, which, with large areas of products, significantly increases the cost of finished products, which becomes economically unjustified.

The declared 3D printing technology and the design of the printer provides for the possibility of 3D printing of individual volumetric and embossed decorative elements made of concrete or other building mixtures, which can then be placed on the finished product by gluing. The disadvantage of this printer is the lack of technical ability to prepare the surface of a finished concrete product for direct 3D printing of decorative volumetric elements directly on the surface of finished products.

Implementation of the invention
The invention relates to the field of construction and is intended for decorative finishing of concrete and reinforced concrete products, namely the production of graphic elements on a concrete surface.
The objective of the claimed invention is to improve the quality indicators when receiving graphic elements on a concrete surface.
The image is applied to the finished concrete surface
Immediately before applying the image, the surface of the finished concrete product is prepared using the laser ablation method exactly in those places where the volumetric image will come into contact with the surface of the concrete product. Laser treatment of the concrete surface is designed to improve adhesion. If you do not use the laser first, the image on top will in fact fall off. Part of the upper concrete layer is removed by laser ablation to a depth of 1-5 mm. Then the extruder ejects a drop of the mixture, or throws a continuous line from the mixture, into the area that was processed by the laser. The mortar that the extruder throws out can also be pre-painted in a color that is different from the surface color, and also, the extruder throws a drop of the mixture, or throws a continuous line from the mixture, into the area that has been processed by the laser. In this case, the image is built from lines of different thickness, or points, different diameters or distances between points. Thus, the image is three-dimensional.
Thus, the task of the claimed invention, which consists in improving the quality indicators when obtaining pictorial elements on a concrete surface and the technical result - obtaining relief images on concrete products, is solved by applying an image to a finished concrete surface pretreated by laser ablation by means of a construction mixture through an extruder ...
