Machine comprises upper plate with clamps and lower plate arranged parallel to each other. Each support plate is installed with the possibility of its free movement relative to the replaceable disk and has a cell with an annular profile, the contour of which is similar to the contour of the chocolate figure. Description

The present invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, and can be used for packaging chocolate figures of various shapes in a molded foil with the formation of a connecting seam from the foil between the halves of each chocolate figure.
Chocolate figures in a molded foil usually have two parts (halves), upper and lower, which are joined together along one middle seam, and are molded relief parts made of sheets of thin aluminum foil, each of which contains a corresponding part of the chocolate hollow figure. And in the manufacture of the packaging of this chocolate figure, it is important to make a tight and reliable connection of the edges of the foil of each half of the figure with each other with the formation of a tight and reliable connecting middle seam, which will ensure long-term storage of the chocolate figure, the possibility of its transportation without violating the integrity of the layer of thin aluminum foil at the junction of the halves figures, and also provide her with a quality presentation.
Currently, various types of bending dies and machine tools for forming embossed parts of various shapes from sheets of thin aluminum foil are known.
So known stamp for bending sheet parts (RF patent on PM No. 64115, B21D 22/10), containing a matrix with ejectors, an elastic punch, mounted on the housing together with a punch holder, a plate with stops, a detachable matrix, consisting of two parts, in which In parallel, two ejectors operating from the buffer device are installed.
This stamp for bending sheet parts has a rather high complexity, and it is also not possible to fold the middle seam between two halves (top and bottom) of chocolate figures in a molded foil.
Also known is a stamp for drawing box products (RF patent for IZ No. 2090288, B21D 22/10) containing an elastic matrix, a punch and a clamp with a working hole, as well as inserts, on the working surface of each of which an annular recess is made, and on the sides the punch made grooves to accommodate liners.
In this stamp, it is possible to form the side surfaces of the interface, but it is not possible to fold these side surfaces of the interface.
A device is also known for stamping and packaging chocolate medals in a foil tape (RF application for IZ No. 93003858, B65B 11/36), containing four pairs of cylinders, two tapes, four feeding cassettes, eight feeding plate medals, a conveyor belt of finished products, microswitches , pinch rollers, evacuation system for tapes, compressed air tubes, tape drive.
 This device has a rather complex design and does not provide a tight and reliable connection of the edges of the foil of each half of the foil package to each other with the formation of a tight and reliable middle seam.
Closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is a method and device for the manufacture of shaped packaging according to the application of the Russian Federation for IZ No. 98112796, B29C 51/14, which is selected as a prototype.
The device for the manufacture of shaped packaging according to this application contains matrices and pressure plates that have edge zones located opposite each other, between which multilayer material is fixed by clamping and without stretching, while the device also has first punches with a forming work surface having a high coefficient of friction for pre-molding the multilayer material, and second punches with a forming working surface having a low coefficient of friction for subsequent molding of the multilayer material.
This device provides the possibility of molding in one or several passes of a multilayer material of metal or plastic, but it is not possible to obtain a tight and reliable middle seam between the upper and lower parts of the chocolate figure, and this device has a rather complicated design.
 The objective of the proposed invention is to improve the quality of packaging by providing a tight and reliable connecting middle seam between the upper and lower parts of the molded foil for packaging chocolate figures, while increasing the level of automation of the packaging process and simplifying the design of the machine.
The technical result of the proposed invention is to improve the quality of packaging, its tightness, while increasing the level of automation of the packaging process.
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the machine for packing chocolate figures in a molded foil containing parallel to each other, the upper plate with clamps associated with pressure sources, and the lower plate, on which the matrix is installed, with holes for placing chocolate figures in the foil and each hole has a contour similar to the contour of the chocolate figure, with an edge working zone made around each hole, the contour of which is similar to the contour of the chocolate figure, and each clamp has a forming element with an edge forming zone, the contour of which is similar to the contour of the chocolate figure, while the working area of each matrix hole is located opposite the edge forming zone of the corresponding forming element, which is configured to affect the edge working area of the matrix hole and the edge of the foil shape of each installed figure with each exposure to the forming element with the possibility of a certain ixing and clamping the edges of the foil of each figure between the edge working area of each hole of the matrix and the edge forming zone of the corresponding forming element, the machine also contains a rotary disk located on the bottom plate, on which a removable disk with support plates mounted on a removable disk with spring pushers, while the removable disk has holes for placing chocolate figures, around each of which recesses are made to accommodate the edges of the foil of each installed figure in the foil, and each base plate is installed with the possibility of its free and independent movement relative to the removable disk, and has a cell with an annular profile with an edge working area, the contour of which is similar to that of a chocolate figure, and at least three clamps are installed on the top plate, each of which has a forming element with an edge forming zone in the form of a forming ring, while the contour of each forming ring is made similar to the outline of the chocolate figure, the first and third molding elements have a rigid molding ring, and the second molding element has an elastic molding ring, while the folding of the edges of the chocolate figure is carried out in three passes, by sequentially influencing each of the three molding rings alternately by the edge forming zone on the edge working area each annular profile of each base plate with the possibility of a certain fixation and clamping of the edge of the foil of each chocolate figure between the edge working area of each hole of the removable disk, the edge working position of the corresponding ring profile, and the edge forming zone of the corresponding forming ring.
Preferably, in the machine for packaging chocolate figures in the molded foil, the rotary disk was installed with a pitch of 72 degrees, and the removable disk had five holes for placing chocolate figures, while the base plate contained five cells with annular profiles, each of which is installed in the corresponding holes for the chocolate figure of the removable disk.
       It is desirable that in the machine for packing chocolate figures in the molded foil, the rotary disk was installed with a pitch of 72 degrees, and the removable disk had ten holes for placing chocolate figures, while the base plate contained ten cells with ring profiles, each of which is installed in the corresponding holes for the chocolate figure of the removable disk.
       It is advisable that in the machine for packaging chocolate figures in molded foil, each base plate with a cell and an annular profile was made of polycarbonate, plexiglass, metal.
        It is desirable that in the machine for packing chocolate figures in the molded foil, the thickness of the annular profile of each cell was 2-3 mm.
       Preferably, in the machine for packing chocolate figures in the molded foil, the thickness of the first and third hard forming rings was 2-3 mm, and these rings were made of polycarbonate, plexiglass, metal.
        It is advisable that in the machine for packaging chocolate figures in the molded foil, the thickness of the second elastic forming ring was 10-15 mm, and it was made of silicone or soft elastic rubber.
        It is desirable that the machine for packing chocolate figures in the molded foil contains a pneumatic cylinder as a source of pressure, and the clamps are installed on the top plate using guides.
         Preferably, in the machine for packaging chocolate figures in the molded foil, the removable disk with base plates was made with the possibility of replacing it with a removable disk with holes and base plates with cells for placing a chocolate figure of a different configuration.
       It is advisable that in the machine for packaging chocolate figures in the molded foil, each forming ring was made with the possibility of replacing it with a forming ring for a chocolate figure of a different configuration.
       For a more detailed disclosure of the invention, the following is a description of specific possible options for its implementation with the corresponding drawings.

        A machine for packaging chocolate figures in a molded foil, in a preferred embodiment, comprises a table 1 on which a lower plate 2 is placed and an upper plate 3 is installed parallel to it. At the same time, a rotary disk 4 is placed on the lower plate 2, on which a removable disk 5 s is mounted supporting plates 6, mounted on a removable disk 5 using spring pushers 7 (Fig. 1-6). The removable disk 5, in a preferred embodiment, has five holes 8 for mounting the chocolate figures 9 placed in the foil, as well as recesses 10 for placing the edges of the foil 11 of the chocolate figure 9 in each of them. In this case, the base plates 6 are installed with the possibility of their free and independent movement relative to the removable disk 5, and on each base plate 6 there is a cell with an annular profile 12 with an edge working area, the contour of each of which is similar to the contour of the chocolate figure 9, and each cell with an annular profile 12 is installed in each hole 8 of the removable disk 5. The thickness of each annular profile 12 is 2-3 mm (Fig. 3).
Three pressure sources are installed on the top plate 3 in the form of pneumatic cylinders 13, on each of which there is a clamp 14 with a forming element 15 with an edge forming zone in the form of a rigid forming ring 16, or an elastic forming ring 17. Moreover, the contour of each forming ring 16, 17 made similar to the contour of the chocolate figure 9, and the clamps 14 are installed on the top plate 3 using the guides 18.
The first and third clamps 14 have a rigid forming ring 16 made of polycarbonate, plexiglass, metal, and the second clamp 14 has an elastic forming ring 17 made of silicone or soft elastic rubber. Moreover, the thickness of the first and third rigid forming ring 16 is 2-3 mm, and the thickness of the second elastic forming ring 17 is 10-15 mm, and this forming ring 17 has a U-shaped cross section.
The rotary disk 4, in this embodiment, is mounted on the stepping mechanism 19 with a rotation pitch of 72 degrees.
A removable disk 5 may have five removable sectors 20, each of which has a hole 8 for installing a chocolate figure 9, and each of which is made with the possibility of replacing it with a sector 20 with a hole for placing a chocolate figure 9 of a different configuration.
Also, the removable disk 5 may have five removable sectors 20, in each of which two holes 8 are made for installing the chocolate figure 9.
Moreover, each base plate 6 is configured to be replaced by a base plate 6 with cells with annular profiles 12 of the chocolate figure 9 of a different configuration.
Also, each forming ring 16, 17 can be made with the possibility of replacing it with the forming ring 16, 17 for the chocolate figure 9 of a different configuration.
        Packaging chocolate figures 9 in the molded foil 11 with the formation of a tight middle seam on this machine is as follows.
         In the holes 8 of the removable disk 5 of two sectors 20, chocolate figures 9 are placed in a molded foil, consisting of two halves (upper and lower) so that the edge of the foil 11 of the upper and lower halves of each chocolate figure 9 is located in the recesses 10 of the removable disk 5 for each holes 8. Then, with the help of the stepping mechanism 19, the removable disk 5 is moved 72 degrees, and the first of the stacked chocolate figures 9 is placed under the first clip 14 with a rigid forming ring 16. Then, the “start” button is pressed, and the first clip 14, with the help of a pneumatic cylinder, acts with its edge forming zone of the first rigid forming ring 16 on the edge working area of the annular profile 12 of the cell of the base plate 6 for the corresponding hole 8 with the installed chocolate figure 9. In this case, the edge of the edge of the foil 11 is clamped between the rigid forming ring 16 and the ring profile 12 cell base plate 6, which due to pressure moves down, acting on the spring pushers 7, after which the free edge of the edge of the foil 11 is bent upward at an angle of 90 degrees (Fig. 4). Then, after pressing the start button, the first clip 14 returns to its original position. Then, with the help of the stepping mechanism 19, the removable disk 5 is moved 72 degrees, and the first of the stacked chocolate figures 9 is placed under the second clip 14 with an elastic forming ring 17, and the second chocolate figure 9 is placed under the first one in the hole 8 of the removable disk 5 clip 14 with a rigid forming ring 16.
Then, after pressing the “start” button, the first clamp 14, using the pneumatic cylinder 13, acts with its edge forming zone of the first hard forming ring 16 on the edge working area of the cell with the annular profile 12 of the base plate 6 for the corresponding second hole 8 with the second chocolate figure 9. In this case, the base plate 6 moves downward, acting on the spring pushers 7, and the free edge of the foil 11 of the second installed chocolate figure 9 bends upward at an angle of 90 degrees. And the second clamp 14, with the help of the second pneumatic cylinder 13, acts on the free forming edge of the foil 11 of the first installed chocolate figure 9 by the edge forming zone of the second elastic forming ring 17, creating the pressure of the elastic forming ring 17 in the zone of the recess 10 of the hole 8 of the removable disk 5, which leads to the bending of the edge of the foil 11 in the direction of the chocolate figure 9 (Fig. 5).
And in the third hole 8 of the removable disk 5 in the third sector 20, the third chocolate figure 9 is laid in the molded foil 11.
Then, after pressing the start button, the first and second clamps 14 and the base plate 6 return to their original position. Then, using the stepping mechanism 19, the removable disk 5 is moved 72 degrees, and the first of the installed chocolate figures 9 is placed under the third clip 14 with a rigid forming ring 16, and the second installed chocolate figure 9 is placed under the second clip 14 with the forming zone in in the form of an elastic forming ring 17, and the third installed chocolate figure is placed under the first clip 14 with a rigid forming ring 16.
Then, the “start” button is pressed, and all three clamps 14 act on the edge of the foil 11 of all three chocolate figures 9 installed below them. In this case, the first and second clamps 14 act on the edge of the foil 11 as described earlier, and the third clamp 14 acts on a rigid forming ring 16 on the bent edge of the foil 11, finally pressing and folding this edge to the first installed chocolate figure 9 (Fig. 6).
Then, after pressing the start button, the first, second and third clamps 14 are returned to their original position, and the removable disk 5, using the step mechanism 19, moves 72 degrees, and the above process of folding the edges of the foil 11 subsequent installed on the removable a disk of 5 chocolate figures 9.
        Thus, the process of folding the middle seam of each chocolate figure 9 is carried out in three stages, acting simultaneously on the edge of the foil 11 with three clamps 14 with two rigid rings 16 and one elastic ring 17, while ensuring a reliable and tight connection of two parts of the molded foil 11 for Packing halves of chocolate figure 9.
        At the same time, it was possible to significantly increase the reliability and tightness of the resulting compound of two halves of the molded foil 11 of the chocolate figure 9, due to their bending and pressing, carried out on this machine.
         Also, due to the implementation of the removable disk 5 with the base plates 6 mounted using spring pushers 7, with the possibility of free movement of the base plates 6 relative to the removable disk 5, it was possible to significantly simplify the design of the machine while ensuring the quality of the connecting seam between the halves of the molded foil 11 of the chocolate figure 9 .
As is obvious to those skilled in the art, the invention is readily developed in other specific forms without departing from the spirit of the invention.
Moreover, the present embodiments should be considered merely illustrative, and not limiting, and the scope of the invention is represented by its formula, and it is assumed that it includes all possible changes and the scope of equivalence to the claims of this invention.

Claims (10)

1. A machine for packing chocolate figures in a molded foil, comprising an upper plate placed parallel to each other with clamps associated with pressure sources, and a lower plate on which a matrix is mounted, with holes for placing chocolate figures in the molded foil, each opening having a contour similar to the contour of the chocolate figure, an edge working zone is made around each hole, the contour of which is similar to the contour of the chocolate figure, and each clamp has a forming element with an edge forming zone, the contour of which is similar to the contour of the chocolate figure, while the edge working zone of each matrix hole is opposite the edge the forming zone of the corresponding forming element, which is configured to affect the edge working area of the matrix hole and the edge of the figure from the molded foil of each installed figure with each exposure to the forming element with the possibility of a certain fixation and clamping of the edge of the foil of each the needle between the edge working area of each hole of the matrix and the edge forming zone of the corresponding forming element, characterized in that it comprises a rotary disk located on the bottom plate, on which a removable disk with support plates mounted on the removable disk with spring pushers is installed, while the disk has openings for placing chocolate figures, around each of which recesses are made to accommodate the edges of the foil of each installed chocolate figure in the foil, and each base plate is installed with the possibility of its free and independent movement relative to the removable disk and has a cell with an annular profile with an edge working area the contour of which is similar to the contour of the chocolate figure, and at least three clamps are installed on the top plate, each of which has a forming element with an edge forming zone in the form of a forming ring, while the contour of each forming ring is made similar to the contour of the chocolate figure, the second and third molding elements have a rigid molding ring, and the second molding element has an elastic molding ring, and the machine is capable of folding the edges of the chocolate figure in three passes by successively applying the edge forming zone of each of the three molding rings to the edge working area of each ring the profile of each base plate with the possibility of a certain fixation and clamping of the foil edge of each chocolate figure between the edge working area of each hole of the removable disk, the edge working area of the corresponding annular profile and the edge forming zone of the corresponding forming ring.
