Upper connecting thread of the housing is equipped with an element for attachment of the device for delivery of the device to the well. Collector is equipped uniformly along perimeter and height with drain holes with diameter not passing large refuse and sludge. Element for fastening of delivery devices is located at 10–50 cm above center of gravity of collector. Description

The invention relates to the oil industry and can be used to clean well fluid from floating debris that has fallen into the well during various technological operations, or sludge.
Known sludge collector (patent RU No. 2256769, IPC ЕВВ 21/00, ЕВВ 37/00, ВВВ 9/04, published on July 20, 2005 in Bull. No. 20), comprising a housing with a base, a head, a supply pipe and side channels for flow rising process fluid with sludge located in its upper part, characterized in that the head is equipped with a sealing funnel for collecting sludge into the body after stopping the supply of process fluid, the base is removable, and the feed pipe contains a tip with holes directed tangentially to the axis of the tip and to create a swirling flow of process fluid flowing from the feed pipe.
The disadvantages of this sludge collector are low efficiency, since with direct liquid circulation, larger parts of the sludge will settle in the sludge collector, and a significant part, not removed to the surface, which remained in a floating state in the annulus, through the openings of the sludge accumulator is again carried to the bottom. Thus, to clean the bottom of the sludge, it is necessary to carry out additional tripping operations, which is associated with a large investment of time due to descent on the pipe string. In addition, the cleaning process requires the involvement of a large number of technological vehicles and equipment, a working team.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a device for cleaning well fluid from floating debris (patent RU No. 2311524, IPC ЕВВ 27/00, published on November 27, 2007 in Bull. No. 33), including a tubular body with connecting threads at the ends, a garbage collector installed on it, made in the form of a funnel with a conditional outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the well, and a check valve, characterized in that the garbage collector is equipped with a garbage collector placed inside it with a gap and made in the form of a funnel, bottom With the screws turned upward and fixed to the housing, the outer surface of the waste bin is equipped with flow diffusers made in the form of wings, and a thin fine filter tube fixed to the bottom of the non-return valve seat is installed with a gap relative to the housing, and the cavity of the garbage bin is connected to the gap through the filtering holes case, while above the garbage container on the body is installed in size large additional garbage container of a similar design, as in the above usorosbornika, wherein the upper connecting body provided with a threaded element for fastening means of delivery device into the well.
The disadvantages of this device are the complexity of the design due to the presence of a large number of structural elements, the large length of the body due to duplication of waste bins and connecting threads located respectively above and below the waste bins, which leads to the difficulty of bending the borehole.
The technical task of the alleged invention is to create a simple design of a device for cleaning a well that allows complex boreholes to be passed due to the small number of parts and a short body with an upper connecting thread located inside the garbage container just above the center of gravity.
The technical problem is solved by a well cleaning device, including a perforated tubular body with connecting threads at the ends, a garbage collector mounted on it, equipped with a funnel on top with a conditional outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the well, the upper connecting thread of the body provided with an element for attaching the device delivery device to the well .
What is new is that the garbage container is equipped uniformly around the perimeter and height with drain holes with a diameter that does not allow large debris and sludge, and the element for securing the delivery vehicles is located 10-50 cm above the center of gravity of the garbage container, while the housing is lower than the garbage container, but above the lower connection thread, equipped with a fine filter, and inside the garbage container the housing is fixed coaxially with a rigid centralizer.

A device for cleaning a well includes a tubular body 1, perforated with holes 2, with connecting upper and lower threads at the ends (not shown). A waste bin 3 mounted on the housing 1 is provided with a funnel 4 on top with a conditional outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the well (not shown). The upper connecting thread of the housing 1 is provided with an element 5 for attaching the delivery means 6 of the device to the well. Garbage container 3 is equipped evenly around the perimeter and height with drain holes 7 in diameter, which do not allow large debris and sludge to pass through. The housing 1 is lower than the garbage container 3, but above the lower connecting thread, equipped with a fine filter 9. Inside the garbage collector 3, the housing 1 is fixed coaxially with a rigid centralizer 10. The centralizer 10 can be of any design, for example, in the form of a through bolt 10 passing through the device with fixing (for example, nuts 11) relative to the garbage collection 3 and the housing 1; in the form of rigid plates fixed uniformly around the perimeter on the housing 1 and inserted into the garbage container 3 (not shown); in the form of rigid plates fixed uniformly around the perimeter inside the garbage container 3, into which the housing 1 (not shown) is inserted, or the like. As a means of delivery 6 of the device into the well, flexible traction can be used (for example, a rope, cable, cable or the like). The device operates as follows.
