Solution of the problem is provided by the design of the closing device with a cover installed along the thread on the connecting unit, which contains a dispensing tube with a thread on the outer surface and on it a stop element for interaction with the cover, cover comprises an inner cap with a cylindrical surface provided with an internal thread, and an outer cup-like element rigidly connected thereto for gripping with a hand, a guarantee collar in the lower part of the cap, cap below its lower edge is equipped with a mounting ring rigidly connected to the lower edge of the cap, the mounting ring is rigidly connected by means of wedge-like elements uniformly located on the outer surface of the mounting ring, with the guarantee ring, the diameter of the mounting ring is greater than the diameter of the lower edge of the cap.
EFFECT: solving the task of providing reliability, ease of installation of the cover on the connecting part of the package during manufacture on the line of dispensing and sealing the product from the manufacturer or when using the consumer by providing automatic orientation of the cover relative to the connecting part of the package while maintaining safety of use.

Description

The present invention relates to closures, plastic lids for containers containing food pastes, fruit and vegetable purees, liquids, such as fruit juices, mainly for children, with a guarantee belt, which after the first opening is destroyed, being an indication of the fact of opening or unauthorized opening. containers causing deterioration of the contents or damage to the product.

A known construction of a lid comprising a central tubular cylindrical body that runs along the central axis X and is threaded on the inner side to tighten the lid on the neck of the bottle or tube of a flexible bag (Patent RU 2625734, Lid for vessels, for example, for bottles or flexible bags, IPC B65D 41/04, B65D 41/34, B65D 51/24, published on 07/18/2017). The central building is closed on top of the base. The lid contains a warranty seal made with the possibility of destruction when unscrewing the lid from the vessel and located at the lower end of the central body on the opposite side of the base. The lid contains an annular wall that extends around the central axis X outside the central tubular body, surrounding it in a ring-shaped manner, at a distance from it, is a grip for the lid by the user for the purpose of twisting or unscrewing. The annular wall — the grip for the lid is cup-shaped, tapering in a downward direction from the warranty seal to the base of the central tubular body. The annular wall at its upper rim forms a ring-shaped hole with a base and a central body. The central body is connected to the annular wall by radial bridges, which are evenly spaced around the circumference, forming a channel for the passage of air, which allows to prevent cases of suffocation, for example, if a child accidentally swallows a lid. Ring wall - the grip is made with a lower free edge with a wavy contour, providing an overview of the warranty seal for its control. The disadvantage of the known lid is the limited overview of the warranty seal, forcing the buyer to look inside the lid in order to ensure the safety of the warranty seal.

The closest analogue is the design of the closure device described in patent RU 2420441, Cap for a container equipped with a warranty seal, IPC B65D 41/34, published 10.06.2011. The lid is connected to the connecting part of the container and is detached from it by rotation around the axis of rotation from the said connecting part. The connecting part contains strong elements that engage with the lid. The lid contains a grip element suitable for rotation by the user to detach the lid from the container, and a warranty seal, integral with the grip element, located below the grip element, allowing the user to easily inspect the warranty seal (Fig. 5). patent RU 2420441). Warranty seal contains many warranty areas, with the possibility of their rupture. One of the warranty sections contains the engagement section, which contains one engagement element for engagement with strong elements of the connecting part to prevent the warranty seal from rotating; the connecting portion connected to the engaging portion comprises a connecting member to ensure that the connecting portion is integrally combined with the member for gripping by hand. Strong elements according to their function stop the rotation to open (hereinafter - the locking element). The warranty seal contains a jumper that connects the adjacent warranty sections with each other, which is designed to collapse by rotating the element to grip the hand relative to the warranty seal. The warranty seal further comprises a safety element that connects the engagement section with the hand grip element, wherein the safety element is structurally configured to maintain the engagement section limited in the configuration of the destroyed seal.

The disadvantage of the described analog is unreliable installation of the cover on the connecting part of the package due to their small size.

The objective of the invention is to ensure reliability, ease of installation of the cover on the connecting part of the packaging in the manufacturing process on the line of filling and capping the product from the manufacturer of food pastes, fruit and vegetable purees, liquids, or consumer use.

The technical result is the provision of automatic orientation of the cover relative to the connecting part of the package for ease and reliability of the installation of the cover relative to the connecting part with subsequent screwing the cover.

The problem is solved and the technical result is realized by the design of the closure device for the container, which, as in the prototype, contains a lid installed along the thread on the connecting node. The connecting assembly comprises a metering tube with a thread on the outer surface and on it a locking element for interacting with the lid. The lid contains an inner cap with a cylindrical surface provided with an internal thread, and an outer cup-shaped element for grip by hand. The cover at the bottom of the cap contains a warranty strap. The guarantee belt is located on the cap below the lower edge of the element for gripping by hand, the diameter of the lower edge of the element for gripping by hand is larger than the diameter of the guarantee belt. Cap on its upper edge is closed bottom. The lid contains partitions located in the longitudinal plane passing through the axis of rotation of the lid, spaced from each other at equal angular distances. Partitions connect the element to grip the hand with the outer surface of the cap with the formation of safety channels for air and to orient and grip the cover when using it on the bottling line. The guarantee belt is made in the form of an annular band around the axis of rotation of the cover and contains areas connected with each other by bridges in weak places of the guarantee belt with the possibility of their breaking. Each of the parts of the guarantee belt contains wedge-shaped hooks for engaging with said locking element of the connecting assembly. The locking element is made in the form of plates connected along the diameter of the connecting node, each of which is made with grooves interacting with wedge-shaped hooks. With their sharp ends, the wedge-shaped hooks are oriented in the direction of unscrewing / opening the lid.

Unlike the prototype, the cap below its lower edge is provided with an adjusting ring rigidly connected to it. The adjusting ring is rigidly connected with the help of wedge-shaped elements, evenly spaced along the outer surface of the adjusting ring, with a guarantee belt. The diameter of the guide ring is larger than the diameter of the lower edge of the cap.

The design of the closure as a whole and the design of the lid for the container are as follows.

The cover 1 is screwed onto the connecting assembly 2 with the possibility of disconnection from it. The connecting unit 2 is rigidly and hermetically installed inside the container with the food product by welding, gluing, or otherwise using welded partitions 3 (Fig. 1, 2, 3, 7, 8). The container with the product is made preferably deformable. The connecting assembly 2 comprises a metering tube 4 (FIGS. 3, 7, 8) with a thread on the outer surface; the locking element 5 of the connecting node 2 (Fig. 6).

The lid 1 contains an inner cap 6 (FIGS. 2, 4) with a cylindrical surface provided with an internal thread to ensure the screwing and / or unscrewing of the lid 1 from the connecting assembly 2, and the outer cup-shaped element 7 (FIG. 1-6) for gripping with the hand the purpose of disconnecting the cover 1 from the connecting node 2.

The lid 1 in the lower part of the inner cap 6 contains a guarantee belt 8, which, when it is first opened, is subject to destruction, confirming the fact of opening (Fig. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6). The cup-shaped hand grip element 7 is limited to its lower, higher than the guarantee band 8, and the upper edges. The guarantee belt 8 is located below the lower edge of the element 7 for gripping by hand, providing visual monitoring of the integrity of the guarantee belt 8. The diameter of the lower edge of the element 7 for gripping by hand is larger than the diameter of the guarantee belt 8. The inner cap 6 is closed along its upper edge by the bottom 9 for closing the cover 1 , capacity (Fig. 1, 5).

Cover 1 contains partitions 10 located in longitudinal planes passing through the axis of rotation of the cover (Fig. 1, 4, 5, 6). As shown in FIG. 4, 5, the lid 1 contains four partitions 10 spaced at equal angular distances from each other. Partitions 10 connect the element 7 to grip the hand with the outer surface of the inner cap 6 with the formation of safety channels 11 (Fig. 1, 4, 5, 6) for the passage of air in case the cover 1 turns out to be accidentally swallowed.

The guarantee belt 8 is made in the form of an annular band around the axis of rotation of the cover and contains two sections (FIG. 6) connected to each other before the first opening of the container by two bridges 12 in weakened areas of the guarantee belt 8 with the possibility of their breaking by rotating the element 7 for hand gripping with respect to the said guarantee belt 8. Each of the two sections of the guarantee belt 8 contains wedge-shaped hooks 13 (FIG. 6) for engagement with said locking element 5 of the connecting unit 2 for preventing rotation of the gar anti-belt 8 in the direction of unscrewing / opening the lid 1. The locking element 5 is made in the form of 2 plates connected along the diameter of the connecting unit, each of which is made with grooves interacting with the wedge-shaped hooks 13. The wedge-shaped hooks with their sharp ends are oriented in the direction of unscrewing / opening the lid one.

The inner cap 6 below its lower edge is provided with an adjusting ring 14 (FIG. 4) rigidly connected to its lower edge, for example, an “adjusting ring-cap” cast in a single piece. The diameter of the adjusting ring 14 is larger than the diameter of the lower edge of the cap 6. The adjusting ring 14 is also rigidly connected with wedge-shaped elements 15, evenly spaced along the outer surface of the adjusting ring 14, with the warranty belt 8. If the warranty belt breaks along the jumpers (Fig. 6), it will remain in engagement with the cap and does not fall out of the cover 1 in the form of individual fragments, therefore, does not pose a danger to the health of the child.

The lid in the closure device works as follows.

The connecting node 2 is installed inside the container and its welded partitions 3 rigidly and tightly connected to the upper inner part of the container for the food product. Capacity is filled with food. After filling the container with product, the lid 1 is screwed onto the connecting unit 2 along the external thread of the metering tube 4 with the internal thread of the cap 6. At the same time, directing the lid 1 to the connecting unit 2, the mounting ring orients the cap 6 exactly along the thread of the connecting unit, ensuring its simple fit and further tightening without hassle. Reverse rotation of the cover 1 without the application of large efforts without destroying the guarantee belt is impossible due to the presence of hooks 13 on the inside of the guarantee ring, abutting against the response grooves of the locking element 5 (Fig. 6). When the cover 1 is turned back with the application of force, the guarantee belt is destroyed on the inside of the guarantee ring, which is the control of the first opening and allows reliably determine external interference.

Thus, the installation ring provides a solid connection of parts of the guarantee belt with the cap and the lid without spilling into fragments, eliminating the danger of swallowing them, and orients the cap / lid on the dispensing tube of the connecting unit along the thread when it is closed.
