Hardware-software complex of electronic sales system; data exchange method in it

The invention relates to the financial field and can be used to organize sales and auctions using a real-time communication network.

Electronic trading platforms zakupki.gov.ru, sberbank-ast.ru, etp.zakazrf.ru and many others are known (the list is known from the resource http://aetp.ru/etp/list), which are used both by private commercial organizations and for the organization of public procurement, which provide a search of the archived database of procedures, as well as current procedures.

From the resource http://www.norbit.ru/products/913.html there is an electronic trading platform in the form of a website on which information about goods, as well as information on procurement, is posted. The platform uses an Electronic Digital Signature, actions with it are legally significant. Also, the site has the ability to integrate with the enterprise information system.

- a means for determining the first bidder at a specific existing price as the winner by searching for the auction flag in the auction database, displaying the winner in the winner’s computer, determining the existing price as the winning price, closing the existing auction with the auction flag turned off in the auction database,

- a means of recording the offer of the first bidder who lost in the previous auction of the same product to repeat the auction for other buyers of the same product after recording the offer of the first bidder.

The aim of the invention is to increase the availability of bidding objects, as well as bidding procedures, while ensuring security regarding errors in the exchange of information between elements of the sales system in the sense of errors in data transmission.

The goal is achieved due to the fact that the hardware-software complex is divided into layers, the top one being a remote server with the user interface program located in its memory, the middle one is the central server of the auction organizer with the database of the auction objects located in its memory, as well as the accounting system objects, for example 1C, and the bottom layer is a local communication network with computers of bidding operators. In this case, the layers exchange information through a global network and are separated by firewalls. The exchange of information between the layers of the hardware-software complex is organized in the following order:

1. Organize the exchange of certificates of increased cryptographic strength for authorization and identification between the operating systems of the layers.

2. On all servers of the complex, a local directory is allocated for the synchronization procedure (on all servers of heterogeneous systems involved in the exchange)

3. A mechanism is being prepared to periodically launch the data exchange subsystem (as a rule, this is the system scheduler of the operating system)

4. For each system, a unique postfix is defined for the name of the local directory.

5. On all servers, two subdirectories are allocated for each system with the prefixes “to” and “from”.

6. Create an exchange subsystem and organize its work in accordance with the following algorithm:

By ensuring the connection of the database of the bidder and the communication networks of bidders through an interface that combines the heterogeneous systems of these two entities, a wide coverage of bidders, ease of access, and the speed of providing information about the bidding objects is achieved. Moreover, due to the exchange of certificates, as well as duplication of information during data exchange, a low level of errors in data transmission is achieved, which is important when organizing a commodity-money exchange. For the same purpose, firewalls are used, which, as a tool for organizing and regulating the exchange of data between network entities, provide control over the interface in terms of data exchange between heterogeneous layer systems. As a result, the number of errors during data exchange is reduced, the operating time is reduced, since errors are detected at the stage of query generation.

Claims (7)

1. The hardware-software complex of the electronic sales system, which includes computers of the system users, computers of the database connected to the global network, characterized in that the software and hardware complex is divided into layers, the top one being a remote server with the user interface program located in its memory , the middle one is the central server of the bidding organizer with the database of bidding objects located in its memory, as well as the object accounting system, for example, 1C, and the bottom layer is the local communication with network with the computers of the bidders, while the layers are separated by firewalls.
2. The method of data exchange in the hardware and software complex according to claim 1, which consists in organizing the exchange of certificates of increased cryptographic strength for authorization and identification between the operating systems of the layers, then on all servers of the complex a local directory is allocated for the synchronization procedure (on all servers heterogeneous systems involved in the exchange), then a mechanism is prepared for periodically starting the data exchange subsystem (as a rule, this is the system scheduler of the operating system), then for each The systems define a unique postfix for the name of the local directory, then on all servers two subdirectories are allocated for each system with the prefixes “to” and “from”, then they create an exchange subsystem and organize its work in accordance with the following algorithm:
copy data from the server of the first system from the folder to_FirstSystem to the folder to_FirstSystem on the server of the second system;
 delete files from_first_system on the server of the second system that exist in from_first_system on the server of the first system;
 mirror data from from_FirstSystem on the server of the second system to from_FirstSystem on the server of the first system;
