Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in electrical machines with non-contact switching of the armature winding. There is a known device circuit [1] for automatic control of the launch of non-contact electric motors, which has a main winding and an auxiliary one with a phase-shifting capacitor and triac, which connects the power source at start-up and periodically disconnects during synchronous operation. A disadvantage of the known device is a significant deterioration in the quality of the emitted back-emf during operation of electric motors with a wide range of changes in ambient temperature and other extremely severe exposure conditions, since the transformer block for separating the back-emf of the rotor is made on the basis of mutual compensation between the primary windings of the phase voltage and phase currents, the last of which vary directly dependent on ambient temperature and other extremely harsh environmental conditions , Which significantly affects the quality of the selected back EMF rotor; for many years (from 1960 to 1997), my unit led me developed control devices for non-contact direct current electric motors with inductive rotor position sensors (DPR); the division accompanied the production, testing and operation of prototypes and standard models as part of ground and space objects: as opposed to collector, non-contact electric motors with inductive DPR had a significantly higher, stable insulation resistance, worked stably as pump drives in liquid gas environments: nitrogen, oxygen , hydrogen and fuel of the Buran space object; in terrestrial conditions: in a vacuum of 10 -9 mm RT. Art. at a temperature of plus 150 ° C, in open space as part of the Lunokhod object and other objects.
п.The purpose of the invention is to maintain the stable operation of non-contact AC motors in extremely harsh operating conditions; to ensure their reverse with the number of articulation wires equal to the number of output ends from the phases of the electric motors; expand the scope of synchronous motors in household, industrial and military equipment. This goal is achieved by the fact that the starting and reversing device of a contactless motor containing "A" - the main and "B" - auxiliary winding with phase-shifting capacitor "C" and a triac "C A ", including and periodically disconnecting the voltage "U ~" of the supply phase electric motor; Phase A rotor counter-EMF isolation transformer [2, 3], where the primary half-windings of the transformer are connected, in antiphase, bifilarly through current-limiting resistors and triacs “C A ” and “C ' A ” to the power source “U ~”; at the same time, the newly introduced low-current triac “C ' A ” switches in phase with the power triac “C A ”; this allows you to maintain the high quality of the selected counter-EMF during the operation of electric motors in a wide range of environmental parameters and other limiting factors of influence. As a result, the selected rotor counter-EMF, together with the functional unit controlled by a low-frequency multivibrator, perform the functions of the rotor position sensor in the optimal angular mode in the frequency range from start-up to synchronous operation. The direction of rotation of the rotor is achieved by connecting a DC power source to the functional blocks of one of the phases: a low-frequency controlled multivibrator, a logic adder and a pulse transformer. This makes it possible to use electric motors with a permanent magnet on the rotor, a hysteresis layer, “asynchronous” with a squirrel cage of low resistance, electromagnetic excitation, synchronous reactive, etc. Unlike collector motors, use a toothless stator winding with a permanent magnet rotor, i.e. vary the synchronous rotor speed where there are individual alternators of 50 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and above. For example, on airplanes, ships, submarines, tanks, cars, railway transport, nuclear energy, etc. Use not only as power drives, but also to start and synchronize the operation of new generation gyro motors, etc.
е. Q0 & QA и & или при реверсе Q0 & QB и & QB.The start-up and reverse device (Fig. 1) contains: a DC voltage unit 1 supplying logical function blocks; block 2, forming pulses Q 0 and common-mode to each half-period of the supply voltage "U ~"; controlled multivibrators 3 and 3 ', for example, the minimum frequency [4 and 5] necessary for the initial starting of the rotor; blocks 5, 5 'separation rotor emf E A, and E B , each half-cycle of which through the inputs of multivibrators 3 and 3 'affects the increase in the rotor speed from start-up to synchronous operation with continuous monitoring of the optimal angular mismatch between the magnetizing force vectors of the rotor and stator due to the programmed switching of logical adders 4 or 4' between the output pulses of the same shift blocks 2 and 3 or 3 ': i.e. Q 0 & Q A and & or when reversing Q 0 & Q B and & Q B.
е. при совпадении с частотой полупериодов напряжения «U~».The device operates as follows (Fig. 1). When connecting the supply voltage "U ~" at the output of unit 1, a DC voltage arises, which is supplied to the inverters of unit 2, the multivibrator 3, the logical adder 4 and the midpoint of the pulse transformer IT A , which switches the triacs C A and C ' A with a frequency multivibrator 3, the output pulses of which are logically summed by block 4 with half-periods of the same shift of block 2, i.e. Q 0 & Q A and & . As a result, on the primary half-windings of the pulse transformer IT A , a series of positive half-cycles and a series of negative arise and the rotor starts to rotate with the frequency of the multivibrator 3, then the back-EMF voltage appears, the half-periods E A and which through the inputs will lead the multivibrator 3 forward to increase the frequency as a function of the angular position of the rotor up to synchronous operation, i.e. when coinciding with the frequency of half-periods of voltage "U ~".
The newly introduced functional blocks 3 ', 4', 5 ', pulse transformer IT B and triacs C B and C' B interact and work in a similar way, i.e. when switching the DC voltage from the "Forward" to the "Back" position, because when the power is turned off for blocks 3, 4 and the pulse transformer IT A, the triacs C A and C ' A go into a closed state; as a result, the supply voltage "U ~" to block 5 and the main phase A, which, being fed through a phase-shifting capacitor C, becomes auxiliary relative to phase B, is stopped, because it and block 5 'are powered from the AC “U ~” network using triacs C B and С' B , which are switched by a pulse transformer IT B in accordance with the resulting pulses of the logic adder of block 4 'from starting to synchronous operation of the motor in the opposite direction of rotation rotor.
