Abstract
Description
The invention relates to oilfield equipment, in particular to downhole devices for dosed supply of a reagent to receive a submersible pump in order to protect against salts, paraffins and corrosion.
Известно скважинное устройство для подачи реагента в виде соединенных муфтами цилиндрических корпусов, заполненных реагентом, которые имеют по торцам камеры смещения, отделенные от реагента первичными дозирующими фильтрами и гидравлически соединенные со скважиной через вторичные дозирующие отверстия (патент РФ №2405915, Е21В 37/06, 2010).A well-known downhole device for supplying reagent in the form of cylindrical bodies filled with reagents connected by couplings, which have displacement chambers at the ends, separated from the reagent by primary metering filters and hydraulically connected to the well through secondary metering holes (RF patent No. 2405915, ЕВВ 37/06, 2010 )
A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not provide a uniform supply of reagent to the formation fluid and, as a result, does not guarantee reliable protection of the submersible pumping equipment operating in the well from the manifesting complications, for example, salt deposition. This is due to the fact that the secondary metering holes are adjusted to the parameters of the produced formation fluid (volume, water cut and chemical composition) only before the device is lowered into the well, while during operation these parameters can change. It is also possible the contamination of the primary metering filters, impairing the dissolution and leakage of the reagent.
на ПМ №115468, G01F 13/00, 2012).A well-known reagent dosing device is known, comprising a housing with a breathing hole, in which a container with a reagent is provided, equipped with a fixed membrane and a piston; an end piece and a sealed module with an electronic unit are installed on the top of the housing, connected by a neutral wire to a submersible motor, and a bottom is connected to the bottom a radial outlet and a controllable valve connected by an insulated conductor in a sealed tube to the electronic unit and having the form of a rod with a piston and communicating internal channels with the receiving device (Pat. On PM No. 115468,
на ПМ №164749, Е21В 37/06, 2016).Also known is a downhole reagent metering device containing a container with a reagent, a sealed module is installed on one side of the container, including a flange with a temperature sensor for the submersible motor, a nipple with two channels equipped with temperature and pressure sensors, and a housing with an intelligent unit that is connected to the sensors and with the winding of the submersible motor with a neutral wire, on the other side of the container there is a base with a mixing chamber, an input channel, an output channel and a control a flap valve connected by an insulated electric conductor in a sealed tube with an intelligent unit (Pat. at PM No. 164749, ЕВВ 37/06, 2016).
The disadvantage of the described devices is the need to supply electrical power to the electronic control unit and the valve, through which the dosing of the reagent is carried out, which complicates and reduces the reliability of the device.
№2446272, Е21В 37/06, 2012).Closest to the claimed is a downhole reagent metering device containing a container with a breathing hole and a deformable shell filled with reagent, a metering pump, an electromagnetic drive, galvanic cells in a sealed module, a control unit and a gravity separator at the bottom (Pat. No. 2446272, Е21В 37 / 06, 2012).
The disadvantage of the dosed supply of the reagent taken as a prototype of the downhole device is its low reliability, which is caused by the possibility of a quick discharge of the galvanic cells supplying the drive and the control unit, and, as a consequence, the shutdown of the metering pump.
The objective of the present invention is to increase the reliability of the downhole device for the dosed supply of the reagent by providing it with an autonomous energy source for the functioning of the metering pump.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the borehole dosed supply of the reagent, containing a container with a breathing hole, a deformable shell inside the container filled with reagent, a dosing pump and a drive, according to the invention, the drive is a hydraulic turbine, the shaft of which is connected through a gearbox to the rotor of the metering pump, while A peristaltic pump was used as the metering pump, and a hydraulic turbine was covered by a sealing element from below.
1.In FIG. 1 shows the inventive downhole device for the dosed supply of the reagent, a longitudinal section, FIG. 2 is a cross section AA of FIG. one.
The downhole reagent dosing device comprises a
In order to prevent abrasive wear of the
The inventive downhole device for the dosed supply of the reagent operates as follows.
1.A downhole reagent dosing device suspended from a submersible pump installation is lowered into the well, while the
A change for some reason in the volume of the formation fluid pumped out by the submersible pump leads to a change in the rotational speed of the
