Description

The invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used for marine, air and ground objects. The objective of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the strapdown navigation inertial system by creating a method of continuous autonomous correction of course angles, pitch and roll of a moving object.

Traditionally, orientation angles are calculated by converting the readings of the angular velocity sensors (DLS) ω x , ω y , ω z into angular velocities

with their subsequent integration. The disadvantage of such a system is the error accumulated over time and, as a result, the limited operating time. To eliminate this drawback in the system, you must enter additional information characterizing the angular orientation of the UAV. Sources of this information are linear acceleration sensors (DLU) and magnetometric sensors. The main errors of this system arise as a result of the action of constant or slowly varying accelerations, the instability of the Earth's magnetic field and due to the presence of deviation in the measurements of the magnetic course. At present, this problem is being solved by turning off corrections in highly maneuverable flight areas or by combining them with other orientation systems, as well as using various labor-intensive methods of writing off deviation.

The problem of correction of strapdown inertial navigation systems (SINS) at the rate is that due to the replacement of removable equipment or change of cargo, it may be necessary to write off the deviation before each departure. And the correction of the roll and pitch angles is complicated by the fact that when maneuvering the aircraft moments of time when the static estimates of the roll and pitch have sufficient accuracy can occur unacceptably rarely. In this regard, a method of adaptive correction of course angles, roll and pitch, in which the correction is performed continuously.

20.05.1999 г. A known method of measuring the magnetic course of a moving object is Patent No. 2130588, IPC 7 G01C 21/00, publ. 05/20/1999

The method is used in navigation instrumentation and is intended to measure the magnetic heading and tilt angles of moving objects. To measure the magnetic course using information on the vectors of the Earth's magnetic field and the linear acceleration of a moving object. The calculation of one of the tilt angles of a moving object, necessary for determining the magnetic course, is made from the equality of the a priori known horizontal or vertical component of the earth's magnetic field vector with its calculated value from the information measured by the sensors. The calculation of the other angle of inclination is carried out according to the information measured by the sensors and the determined first angle of inclination.

The disadvantage of this method is the presence of significant errors in measuring the magnetic course due to residual deviation and measuring the orientation angles of the aircraft during maneuvering.

The known Method of correction of strapdown inertial navigation system described in patent No. 2564380, IPC G01C 21/06, published 09/27/2015, adopted by us as a prototype.

In the known method, the correction of the SINS is carried out according to the signals received from the accelerometers included in the inertial navigation system (ANN). To do this, determine the absolute acceleration module acting on the object on which the ANN is installed, and at the time when the absolute acceleration is equal to the acceleration of gravity for the area where the ANN is located, the pitch and roll angles of the object are determined in the steady-state flight mode. For continuous correction of pitch and roll angles, signals corresponding to the angular velocity of the object and a signal corresponding to the earth's velocity of the object are used. The integration of these signals and signals corresponding to linear accelerations, converted taking into account the flight parameters of the object, and the adaptive estimation of the roll and pitch angles is carried out using the Kalman filter, in which the gain varies depending on the current values of the overload modulus, angular velocities and the ground speed of the object.

In this method, continuous correction of SINS is carried out according to the roll and pitch according to the signals of the DLU, but there is no correction of the gyroscopic course.

The aim of the invention is the provision of continuous correction SINS in the corners of the course, roll and pitch with the required accuracy, including when maneuvering the aircraft.

This goal is achieved due to the fact that according to the method of correction of SINS, in which the correction of the roll angles and pitch of a moving object is carried out by processing the signals of the DLU and TLS, using adaptive processing by means of a Kalman filter and measuring the magnetic course with a magnetometric sensor, the vertical and horizontal projections of the absolute values of the Earth’s magnetic field on the plane of the magnetic meridian taking into account the angle of magnetic inclination at known coordinates determine the difference between the measured values of the projections of the Earth’s magnetic field by a three-component magnetometric sensor and the projections of the components of the Earth’s magnetic field, determined by the current coordinates of the moving object using the matrix of guiding cosines on the connected axis, and by minimizing the difference obtained by using the Kalman filter, the corrected current values of the magnetic course are obtained, pitch and roll angles of the object.

In the case when the moving object is an aircraft (LA), the absolute value of the Earth’s magnetic field strength is determined, in particular, by averaging the absolute values of the magnetic field, determined from measurements of a three-component magnetometric sensor when performing the “circle flight” maneuver.

Thanks to the proposed method for correcting SINS, the residual semicircular and quarter deviations of the magnetometric sensor are written off, the accuracy of estimating the angles of the magnetic course, roll and pitch is increased, and the value of the magnetic course does not contain an error due to anomalous magnetic fields. As a result, the dependence of the pendulum correction on the type of movement of the object is weakened to a level that allows the use of TLS sensors of medium and low accuracy, including the micromechanical type.

The essence of the method is described below.

By measuring the sensors of the TLS, DLU and a triaxial magnetometer, the state vector is estimated:

The change in roll, pitch and yaw angle is described using the orientation quaternion, for which the yaw angle is taken equal to the magnetic heading.

To determine the magnetic course using a three-component magnetometric sensor.

Consider the plane of the magnetic meridian, which is the vertical plane passing through the point of the current location of the aircraft. It contains a vector of geomagnetic field strength, which we denote

Отсюда определяем искомые величины:where ϕ 'and ϕ are the geocentric and geodesic geographical latitudes of the area. From here we determine the desired quantities:

d1=X⋅cosD; d2=-Z; d3=Y⋅cosD.d 1 = X⋅cosD; d 2 = -Z; d 3 = Y⋅cosD.

Note that the absolute value of the Earth’s magnetic field strength can be determined by averaging the determined absolute values of the magnetic field from the measurements of a three-component magnetometric sensor, by performing the “circle flight” maneuver.

The orientation of the apparatus is determined relative to the current normal Earth coordinate system, rotated in the horizon in the direction of the magnetic meridian.

Then, with an arbitrary orientation of the apparatus, the three-component magnetometric sensor measures the projections of the vector t n on the sensitivity axis of the sensor. We further assume that the axes of sensitivity coincide with the building axes of the aircraft. Here V x , V y , V z are the projections of the earth's velocity vector on the connected axis of the aircraft.

Полный учет соотношений (15) при ограничении состава датчиков только акселерометрами и гироскопами не представляется возможным, поэтому принимается упрощающее допущение о малости углов атаки и скольжения, а также допущение о постоянстве модуля путевой скорости в интервале дискретизации Δt.It is not possible to fully take into account relations (15) while restricting the composition of sensors to accelerometers and gyroscopes only, therefore, the simplifying assumption is made that the angles of attack and slip are small, as well as the assumption that the ground speed modulus is constant in the sampling interval Δt.

Figure 00000035
In this case, the following relations hold: Vx = V,

and equations (15) are simplified.

Taking into account (16), the Jacobi matrix of the observation vector (13.14) has the form:

Relations (13) are approximate. The degree of approximation depends on the deviation of the overload module from unity. The more the overload modulus differs from unity, the less accurate these equations are and the greater the variance

The approximation of relations (15) is taken into account by including additional perturbations in the model of the dynamics of the state vector (1), the level of which is determined by the difference between the overload modulus and unity and the angular velocity modulus from zero.

The current state vector (1) is calculated by the quaternion (2) taking into account (4), (5), (6), after which it is assumed that it is known up to the indicated additional perturbations. In this case, the equations of the object are accepted in the form:

Qi:Here x jq is a vector in which the components of the roll, pitch and yaw angle are calculated according to relations (6), and the velocity component is taken equal to its a priori value at the time of the current measurements; w i is the perturbation vector with a variable covariance matrix Q i :

In accordance with (10), the matrix of the discrete model of the object used in the Kalman filter algorithm for predicting the covariance matrix of estimation errors is taken to be single. The dispersion of perturbations in the covariance matrix (21) is determined by the nonlinear functions of the overload module and the angular velocity module.

Figure 00000052
Figure 00000052

The essence of these functions is that the more the overload modulus differs from unity and the angular velocity modulus is zero, the more there must be a standard deviation of perturbations acting on the model (10). For this, functions (23) are specified in a piecewise linear form, and the nodes of their interpolation are determined by tuning on the training set the characteristic processes of aircraft dynamics. Function settings (23) are carried out separately for each type of aircraft.

according to observations (12), taking into account the one-step orientation algorithm (8).

(3).The resulting vector (1) at each step is recalculated into quaternion (2) in accordance with relations (3).

The technical result of the use of the invention is to increase accuracy and ensure the continuity of the correction of course angles, pitch and roll in conditions of maneuvering in flight. The invention allows the use of magnetometric sensors, sensors DUS and DLU medium and low accuracy, including micromechanical type. In addition, in the process of determining the magnetic course, the residual deviation of the three-component magnetometric magnetic course sensor is written off and the method is insensitive to short-term magnetic anomalies of the Earth’s magnetic field.
