- an information base containing a set of technical and non-technical parameters of a certain type of product / service 14 (hereinafter information base 14).

The subsystem for the formation of the offer of goods / services 7 contains:

- a subsystem for the selection of specific goods / services of the selected type with a specific selling price of 15 (hereinafter subsystem 15),

- a subsystem for the selection of specific options for goods / services of the selected type to form an offer for a buyer 16 (hereinafter subsystem 16),

- a block of questions asked to the buyer related to the useful properties of the product / service 17 (hereinafter block of questions 17).

Subsystem order processing 8 includes:

- order management subsystem 18,

- block forming the order 19,

- payment processing unit 20.

Software tools used in the system: Microsoft Windows 7 or higher, Linux, Android, Flash, Java Script, PHP, WEB browsers Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, and other software.

For access to the Internet, the customer’s terminal 1 uses WEB applications configured to meet individual customer requirements, including for a touch screen with Touch Screen technology.

The work of the claimed method, consider the example of the choice of the buyer of a product such as a car.
