The invention relates to methods for electronic commerce and auctions.

Currently widely known methods of conducting electronic bidding and electronic auctions, in particular, using the Internet. Thus, there is a known method of conducting an electronic auction, in which, in particular, operations are carried out for receiving data into an electronic system using input means, selecting values and characteristics of the product data of interest, displaying these values and characteristics on the display, data processing, displaying the results of processing data of goods on display (U.S. Patent 9189815, IPC G06Q 30/08). In turn, we should mention the method and system for creating an auction using the product catalog, in which the seller (electronic system) determines the conditions of the auction based on the characteristics of the goods taken from the product catalog (US patent 8095449 B2, IPC G06Q 30/06, G06Q 30/08 ) The disadvantage of the above methods is the inability of the buyer to influence the conditions of the auction and the restriction on the choice of type and conditions of their conduct.

There is also a known method of conducting an auction for the electronic sale of goods and / or services to a consumer, which consists in the interaction of the seller’s and buyer’s devices through the auction server, determining by the buyer the set of information of interest to him and forming his needs, sellers analyzing the competitors' proposals existing at the auction for the specific needs and forming their own proposals based on the identified needs of the buyer, accumulation and grouping on the auction server of all information about the need the buyer’s offer and offers of sellers in order to provide the best offers from the consumer’s point of view and simplify the selection process, change a set of information by the buyer of information, including on the basis of seller’s offers, perform a lot of iterations on the system’s server within the specified auction period to determine the set information of interest to him from the proposed sellers and many iterations for sellers to change their own proposals at the request of the buyer (PCT application WO 20131 29962 A1, IPC G06Q 30/00, G06Q 30/08). The disadvantage of this method is the ability to conduct an auction only by the reverse type of auction, restricting the user in choosing the number of roles of a trade participant, the inability of the buyer to choose goods from a single catalog, the impossibility of direct purchase and sale, the impossibility of simultaneously participating in trade at various auction and trading sites.

The closest set of essential features to the claimed invention is a method of electronic sale of goods and services, including collecting and combining information about offers of goods and services from suppliers in a central server device equipped with a means of communication with suppliers' servers and computers of users of the social global information network, placing information about offers of goods and services from suppliers in a central server device and receiving requests from users to purchase goods s and services, characterized in that they unify information on offers of goods and services from suppliers and demonstrate unified information in a user terminal system in the form of an electronic catalog located in a central server device, as well as generate a purchase order with subsequent redirection of the user to the server of the corresponding supplier (RF patent for the invention No. 2470363, IPC G06Q 30/06). The disadvantage of this method is the limitation of the user's ability to choose the number of roles of a trade participant, the impossibility of implementing the auction trading method, the complexity of the trading process by redirecting the user to the server of the corresponding supplier, the impossibility of sequential and simultaneous implementation of several different methods of trading and / or auction.

The claimed invention solves the problem of expanding the arsenal of technical equipment for the following purposes: "A method of processing data in an electronic trading system." The technical result of the claimed invention is the implementation of this purpose.

Another solvable technical task of the claimed invention is to eliminate the shortcomings of the above technical solutions and achieve a technical result with respect to expanding the functionality of the user of the trading system due to the possibility of the user choosing several roles for trading participation, as well as implementing several different methods of trading and / or auction, including number and at the same time.

The achievement of the specified technical result in the claimed invention is achieved through the implementation of a method of processing data in an electronic trading system (system), including the conversion of external data from users into electronic form into the system, processing of the received data, including user registration / identification, using a server device,

the formation by the system for the user of at least one user account from at least two possible options for its implementation for placing data for a specific purpose, which is a corresponding set of formalized, hierarchically related data areas located on a machine-readable medium, the data of these areas and their graphic display is carried out by filling in the appropriate fields of the data presentation form (form) of graphic user interface located hierarchically on at least two logical levels, the upper level containing at least three fields, each of which is associated with at least two lower level fields,

formation by the system of at least one directory for the systematic placement of data for a specific purpose of various users, which is a certain set of formalized, interconnected data areas located on a machine-readable medium, while the data are displayed on the corresponding fields in the forms of the graphical interface, while at least one of the catalogs is a register of data on the characteristics of goods for sale,

filling in the data areas of the user’s account (s) and catalog (s) with the data of the user (s) in accordance with their purpose, including data on goods,

user selection of at least one of the methods offered by the system for conducting a trading session, as well as determining the conditions and parameters of its conduct,

the implementation of the user's trading session by comparing and / or selecting data on goods, notifying the users participating in it of its results, completing the user's trading session by deriving relevant data from the data set of the corresponding trading session,

at the same time, the selection of the method (s) for the user’s trading session, as well as the determination of the conditions and parameters for its implementation, is carried out by activating one or several methods of the trading session, as well as setting the conditions and parameters of the trading session for each of the goods in the corresponding method using at least two consecutively filled graphical interfaces, the first of which contains the fields of the form of the choice of the method and contains at least N + K + 1 fields of the form of the graphical interface erfeysa,

The following are explanations of the claimed method.

Under the "electronic trading system" in this description should be understood a set of server (computer) devices, computer-readable storage media, input / output devices, auxiliary electronic devices, as well as software in a constructive, logical unity and functional relationship, the sharing of which ensures the system user is able to remotely purchase or sell goods on electronic trading platforms of direct or auction trading.

The data processed by the system are a combination of electromagnetic or electrical or optical signals recorded in the form of physical material signs on computer-readable media. These sets of machine-readable data located on the media represent a certain data area having geometric characteristics - the geometric shape of the area (tracks, spirals, sectors, etc.) and its dimensions. Each such area has a specific name or code by which it can be uniquely identified. Each data set is characterized by the volume measured in bytes (or bits), namely the number of physical material signs located in this area. If the encoding, volume or maximum volume, the structure of filling and presentation of data, as well as other parameters of filling are initially set in these data areas, then such fields are called structured or formalized. As the data, for example, there may be data on the characteristics of the goods, data on the terms of the trade, or data on the characteristics of users of the system. As a rule, some data areas are logically connected to other data areas (more precisely, data from one area is logically connected to data from other areas). The logical subordination of one data area to another forms logical levels of data location. These levels and, accordingly, data can be arranged hierarchically.

In this description, the term "product" should be understood in an expanded sense. In particular, the goods are not only industrial goods, but also services, as well as securities and cryptocurrencies. It is important that the system processes the characteristics data of these goods, and not the goods themselves. At the same time, these characteristics are changed and supplemented as they are processed. So the data of the goods is supplemented with data of their placement and presentation, data of the order and time of processing, variable data of price characteristics, and all these data are constantly changing and / or replaced as the method is implemented. A money certificate can also be presented as a product, for which its product properties are described by the characteristics of special formalized data fields. The commodity properties can be the amount of money in any currency, the amount of any electronic money (money surrogates) and paid rates (currency of the auction trading platform), while all settlements between the electronic wallet of the buyer and the electronic wallet of the seller are carried out inside the system.

By filling in data areas, one should understand the placement of data in the form of a set of physical signals on certain data areas of a machine-readable medium with the possibility of their extraction and / or display on the input / output means of the trading system, as well as directions to other devices of the system.

A user's office is a set of formalized, hierarchically related data areas located on a machine-readable medium. The system has the ability to create a number of cabinets. Cabinets differ in purpose and characteristics of the data placed in it. The purpose and characteristics of the data depend on the role in the trading system that the user is going to play (select). The user roles can be a seller, a buyer, an external expert, an external consultant, etc. The minimum number of rooms that a system can offer for a user to choose is two, which is explained by the minimum number of possible user roles - a seller and a buyer. In this case, the minimum number of created cabinets is equal to one, because the user may be limited to choosing only one role. The maximum number of possible cabinet options is dictated by the expediency of the trading process carried out by the system and, as a rule, is not more than 8.

The cabinet data is located in data areas that are hierarchically located on at least two logical levels, with the upper level containing at least three areas and each of them corresponding to at least two lower level areas. For the purpose of data management, as well as for informational purposes, the data of each user account are displayed on the corresponding graphical interface. The fields of the data presentation forms (form) of this interface are also respectively arranged hierarchically at two logical levels, with the upper level containing at least three fields, each of which is associated with at least two lower level fields. The number of logical levels of location of data areas and the number of these areas at each level is determined by the practical feasibility of data location and is established empirically.

Form fields are formalized so that the goods can be compared with each other and present the characteristics of the goods to other users. For the convenience of choosing the product, the form fields can have the characteristic of the data of the geographical location of the product and customers can receive a newsletter about the availability of the product depending on the selected location of the product and / or the actual and / or selected location of the user. The graphical interface is a graphical display image formed by the program on the basis of user data, as well as data of the program itself. For the convenience of users, the system generates at least one directory for the systematic placement of data for a specific purpose of various users. This data is also a specific set of formalized, interconnected data areas located on a machine-readable medium. This data can be the characteristics of all goods traded in the system, the characteristics of goods of a certain type, the data of sellers, a list of consultants, etc. At least one catalog is formed, which is a register of data on the characteristics of goods put up for sale. Directory data is displayed automatically on the graphical interface. The maximum number of catalogs generated by the system is dictated by the appropriateness of the trading process carried out by the system and, as a rule, is no more than 15. The catalog of all goods can have logical divisions for goods of a certain purpose, for example, a catalog of men's outerwear, a catalog of women's outerwear, a catalog of household goods, a catalog electronics. Naturally, the goods of these types have different characteristics and, therefore, the fields of their forms will be different in quantity and content. Therefore, for different types of goods can create different logical catalogs.

Filling in the data areas of user accounts is carried out by users themselves through a graphical interface. The catalog is filled with data on the sale of goods, is carried out automatically when the user takes the goods for sale.

It is important to note that the user, at the same time as registration / identification, can enter data into the system to fill out an account and select a trading session. The indicated data are located in temporary storage places and are entered into the corresponding areas of permanent storage as necessary.

The system offers the user two types of implementation of the methods of trade or trading session - these are direct electronic commerce and auction electronic commerce methods, and each type suggests the possibility of a number of methods of trading. Direct electronic commerce can be carried out immediately for all goods in one way, then one way of direct electronic commerce will be implemented. And it is possible, for example, for several types of goods and / or in several ways, then several methods of direct electronic commerce will be implemented accordingly. In addition, each of the methods may have different settings and characteristics. Various methods of direct sale can be, for example, a prepaid method, a method for subsequent payment, a method for credit payment, a method for payment after delivery of the goods, etc. In some cases, the methods of sale may vary depending on the type of goods, for example, for technically complex goods prepayment required, etc.

The main methods of auction e-commerce are classic, tender, Dutch and Scandinavian auctions, as well as a unique bid auction. Moreover, for one type of goods and / or methods of direct sale, one method of direct electronic trading and at least 5 methods of auction trading can be organized. As for the methods of carrying out auction trading, it has been experimentally shown that when two or more methods of auction trading are implemented in the system, the number of users trading in the system sharply increases and the efficiency of purchasing / selling is increased. The following relations follow from this: N≥1, 5N≥K≥N + 1, N + K≥3. Moreover, each of the above methods of trading is carried out using a server device under the control of an individual part of the overall program and these methods differ in quantity, characteristics, order of data processing, as well as time characteristics of their processing.

In the present description, under the method of carrying out auction trading also understand methods of implementing a reduction or tender, because they are also carried out on a competitive basis.

To carry out a trading session, the user selects one, several or all possible methods of its implementation for each product. Then it determines the conditions, as well as the parameters for the implementation of each method and activates the beginning of the trading session. For the convenience of users, and in order to reduce the number of errors during the trading session, the user selects the method and determines the conditions using two graphical interfaces successively populated with data. The first of these interfaces contains the fields of the form of the choice of the method and contains at least N + K + 1 fields of the form of the graphical interface. The second is the interface for setting the conditions and parameters of the trading session and contains at least two form fields. It was experimentally established that to display all the necessary data, the number of form fields of the first graphical interface cannot be less than N + K + 1.

It should be emphasized that an important characteristic of the proposed method is that trade in one product can be carried out not only using one, but also using several or all methods at the same time. A trading session ends after the completion of a trading operation or the end of its time by deriving the relevant data from the data set of a trading session. After that, participants in the trade are notified of its results, and then delivery and payment of the goods is carried out.

The claimed invention is a technical solution, because represents a solution to the problem of achieving the claimed technical result by implementing the method, which consists in the implementation of actions on material objects using material means. In this case, material objects are data representing a set of machine-readable data, which is a set of electromagnetic or electrical, or optical signals recorded in the form of physical material signs located in certain named areas of a machine-readable medium. These material objects carry out actions of exchange, transfer, formatting, editing and others with the help of material means, namely input-output means, processors, computer-readable media, controllers and other computer means. All actions on these material objects are performed in time and in a certain sequence.

The claimed invention is characterized by a combination of essential features carried out using a system of computer and related electronic devices, namely the presence of the following sequence of actions that ensures the achievement of the claimed technical result:

- transfer of external data included in the system from users into electronic form, processing of external data, including registration / identification of the user, using the server device;

The specified set of essential features of the claimed invention allows us to conclude that, compared with the above counterparts, it expands the arsenal of technical means for implementing the data processing method in an electronic trading system, and also implements this purpose. Therefore, it should be noted that the achievement of the technical result claimed in this invention. This conclusion follows from a comparison of the set of essential features, the above analogues and the claimed invention, as well as from the purpose and characteristics of these features.

The claimed invention also allows to achieve another technical result, namely, to expand the functionality of the user of the trading system due to the possibility of the user choosing several roles for trading participation, as well as the possibility of implementing several different methods of trading and / or auction, including at the same time. The achievement of this technical result is evidenced by the combination of the essential features given in the formula and the following examples of the method.

All the essential features of the claimed technical solution are processes in which they sequentially, in time, carry out actions on material objects - data processed and processed by the system in one way or another using computer devices. These actions carried out on the data are: registration, authorization, placement of data in data fields on computer-readable media, activation and electronic processing of data, data transfer. These actions are carried out using computer devices: processors, memory devices, external and internal computer-readable media, input-output means, controllers, and others. At the same time, data and program data entered into the system and data extracted from computer-readable media are constantly changing and supplementing. So the data of the goods is supplemented with data of their placement and presentation, data of the order and time of processing, variable data of price characteristics, and all these data are constantly changing and / or replaced as the method is implemented. Thus, the claimed invention is a process of carrying out actions on material objects using material means, i.e. is a technical solution-method and relate to objects protected as an invention.

The claimed invention is industrially applicable, because can be applied in public life for electronic commerce with the participation of citizens and organizations. The application and use of the proposed method does not cause any difficulties and can be carried out by people who have even basic training in the use of computers. In the implementation of the method, devices, devices and materials manufactured by the industry and placed on open sale are used. Methods of carrying out the invention are user or operator work with a computer and input-output means. The means of implementation are the usual means used in computer systems and devices - input-output means, external memory devices, computers and their components.

As already shown above, these distinctive essential features from the prototype ensure the achievement of the claimed technical result when using other essential features of the invention specified in the description. In other words, they allow you to create a new technical tool that expands the arsenal of data processing methods in the electronic trading system, as well as expanding the functionality of the user of the trading system due to the possibility of the user choosing several roles for trading participation, as well as the possibility of implementing several different methods of trading and / or auction , including at the same time.

Thus, it is shown that the set of essential features of the claimed invention, which allows to achieve the claimed technical result, differs from the set of essential features of analogues, prototype, as well as other known data sources, i.e. it is not known the use of this combination of essential features with the receipt of the claimed technical result. In other words, the claimed invention is not known from the prior art. Thus, the claimed invention meets the criterion of "novelty."

In the study of the prior art of methods of trading in the electronic trading system, technical solutions were not identified, the essential features of which coincide with the distinctive essential features of the claimed invention and allow to achieve the claimed technical result. Thus, it is confirmed that there is no known effect of distinctive essential features of the claimed invention on the claimed technical result.

The prior art does not describe methods of trading in the electronic trading system, containing the entire above set of distinctive essential features, as well as individual distinctive essential features, allowing to implement the claimed technical result, in particular:

On the other hand, the use of the indicated combination of essential features, as well as the combination of distinctive features to obtain the claimed technical result does not follow explicitly from the prior art for specialists, because It is not a combination, modification or sharing of information contained in the prior art and / or general knowledge of a specialist.

Based on the above arguments regarding the distinguishing features of the invention and their influence on the achieved technical result, it should be noted that the claimed technical solution meets the conditions of an inventive step.

The effectiveness of the claimed technical result is achieved in the following modifications of the method, characterizing special cases of its implementation:

1. The claimed and described above method, in which the external data coming from users into the system are the characteristics of goods sold or bought.

2. The method according to claim 1, in which the user’s office is the office of the seller or buyer.

The claimed modifications to the method of trading in the electronic trading system are technical solutions, because They are particular solutions to the problem of achieving the claimed technical result by implementing a method that is a process in which, sequentially, in time, they perform actions on material objects - data processed and processed by the system in one way or another using computer devices. These actions carried out on the data are: placing data in data fields on computer-readable media, activating data fields, transmitting data. These actions are carried out using computer devices: processors, memory devices, external and internal computer-readable media, input-output means, controllers, and others. Thus, the claimed modifications of the invention are a process of carrying out actions on material objects using material means, i.e. is a technical solution - a way and relate to objects protected as an invention.

The above modifications of the invention are industrially applicable since can be used in public life for electronic commerce with the participation of citizens and organizations. The application and use of these modifications of the method does not cause any difficulties and can be done by people who have even basic training in the field of computer use. In the implementation of the method, devices, devices and materials manufactured by the industry and placed on open sale are used. Methods of carrying out the invention are user or operator work with a computer and input-output means. The means of implementation are the usual means used in computer systems and devices - input-output means, external memory devices, computers and their components.

The invention is “Method of trading in an electronic trading system” is as follows.

User 1 logs into electronic trading system 2 and performs registration. Later, when entering the system, he goes through the authorization procedure. The system program already provides various options for the formation of cabinets for the user in the form of corresponding data sets displayed in data presentation forms on graphical interfaces. The system prompts the user to choose an office (s) 3 from the available options. The user selects the rooms he needs and thereby determines his roles in the system. Then he fills the office 3 with the data necessary for the implementation of the selected roles in the system. The cabinet is filled with data through a graphical interface 4, the form of which has fields located on two levels, the upper level containing at least three fields, each of which is associated with at least two lower level fields. When filling out the seller’s account, the user also enters data on the goods sold.

Simultaneously with the creation of cabinets, the system can generate a number of directories for systematizing these services of the system, at least it is a catalog of data on goods sold 5 or several catalogs of goods sold by type. Directory data is displayed on GUI 6 and is accessible to all users.

To participate in the trading process as a seller or buyer, the user selects the appropriate method of conducting the trading session. Moreover, in each selected method, he determines the conditions and parameters of its implementation, in particular the cost of goods, the time of the trading session or participation in it. The users select the method and determine its conditions and parameters using two graphical interfaces 7, 8. Filled in with data. The trading session ends upon the completion of the transaction or the completion of the time, as well as at the request of the user. After that, the system provides data to the corresponding graphical interfaces or output devices 9.

A feature of the proposed method is the ability to carry out a trading session not only in one but in a number of ways. Moreover, at his request, the user can choose either one or several or all methods of trading available in the system. In this case, the user can implement the methods available in the system sequentially or simultaneously by activating the corresponding data via graphical interfaces. The number of possible methods for conducting a trading session is determined by the following ratios: N≥1, 5N≥K≥N + 1 and N + K≥3,

where Ν is the number of methods for conducting a trading session of direct electronic commerce,

K is the number of ways to carry out a trading session of auction electronic commerce. At the same time, the method selection interface contains at least N + K + 1 fields of the graphical interface form.

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer reports this to the trading system using a code, electronic message in one action.

Example 2 of the invention.

The user of the electronic trading system logs on to the website of the trading system and logs in. Then he selects the customer’s office (role), enters his office and enters the relevant data in the form fields of the graphic interface of the office, gets acquainted with the information presented to him in the office, including about the goods of interest to him. The user (buyer) enters the direct electronic commerce interface and selects the product of interest to him through the catalog of goods sold, and then pays for it. After that, the buyer goes to the auction auction interface (classic auction) and selects the goods he is interested in there. The buyer participates in the auction, makes bids using the method selection interfaces, wins the product and pays for it. The trading system informs the buyer about his purchases and winnings. The goods are sent to the buyer. After receiving the goods, the buyer reports this trading system.

Next, the user (seller) selects all the methods of selling a number of goods at the same time using the interface. To do this, he sets up the conditions and parameters for the implementation of the trading sessions of the direct sale method and all auction methods, while indicating one time for the sale / auction in all methods. The user activates the data by sending it to the system. In the case of the sale of a product in one of the trading sessions, the trade in this product ceases in all trading sessions in other ways and the system displays the relevant data on the seller’s graphical interface and also sends similar data to his e-mail. The goods are sent to the buyer. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer reports this to the trading system using a code, electronic message in one action.

A method of processing data in an electronic trading system (system), including the transfer of external data included in the system from users into electronic form, processing of received data, including user registration / identification, using a server device, the formation by the system for the user of at least one user account from at least two possible options for its implementation for placing data for a specific purpose, which is a corresponding set of formalized, hierarchically related data areas located on a machine-readable medium, the data of these areas and their graphic display is carried out by filling in the appropriate fields of the data presentation form (form) of graphic user interface located hierarchically on at least two logical levels, the upper level containing at least three fields, each of which is associated with at least two lower level fields, the formation by the system of at least one directory for the systematic placement of data for a specific purpose of various users, which is a certain set of formalized, interconnected data areas located on a machine-readable medium, while the data are displayed on the corresponding fields in the form of a graphical interface, while at least one of the catalogs is a register of data on the characteristics of goods for sale, filling in the data areas of the user’s account (s) and catalog (s) with the data of the user (s) in accordance with their purpose, including data on goods, user selection of at least one of the methods offered by the system for conducting a trading session, as well as determining the conditions and parameters of its conduct, the implementation of the user's trading session by comparing and / or selecting data on goods, notifying the users participating in it of its results, completing the user's trading session by deriving relevant data from the data set of the corresponding trading session, at the same time, the selection of the method (s) for the user’s trading session, as well as the determination of the conditions and parameters for its implementation, is carried out by activating one or several methods of the trading session, as well as setting the conditions and parameters of the trading session for each of the goods in the corresponding method using at least two consecutively filled graphical interfaces, the first of which contains the fields of the form of the choice of the method and contains at least N + K + 1 fields of the form of the graphical interface erfeysa, where N is the number of methods for conducting a trading session of direct electronic commerce, K is the number of ways to carry out a trading session of auction electronic commerce, and the second is the interface for setting the conditions and parameters for the implementation of the trading session and contains at least two form fields, when the relations N≥1, 5N≥K≥N + 1 and N + K≥3 are fulfilled, each of these methods being carried out using a server device Under the control of the individual part of the overall program, these methods differ in quantity, characteristics, processing order of the data, as well as the temporal characteristics of their processing. 2.
