The invention relates to medical equipment and can be used when performing various medical procedures.

Using the proposed technical solution allows to improve the known functional structure of the supporting part of the medical table with a toroidal surgical robotic system and to minimize the strength of the vertical rods in bending during various coplanar movements of the upper part of the medical table and the toroidal surgical robotic system.
