The invention relates to the field of computer technology used in the oil industry, and in particular to information systems for automating the management of an oil producing enterprise.

Similar to the method of applying the neural network algorithm of Kohonen self-organizing maps (CCM) to the analysis of digital data is the method of neural network analysis of the heart [2]. The invention [2] relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology, and can be used to assess the condition according to the electrocardiographic examination of the patient during screening or in emergency and emergency care. The technical result is an improvement in the algorithm of neural network analysis of an electrocardiogram. The method comprises the steps of generating a training sample in the form of a set of (k-1) * m n-dimensional reference information vectors, constructing decision rules and training k * L (L is the number of leads) of neural networks to analyze each of k heart conditions in each assignment. Then, the patient’s electrocardiogram is recorded, pre-processed and presented as an n-dimensional vector. Neural network analysis is carried out by comparing an n-dimensional vector with many (k-1) * m n-dimensional reference information vectors. According to the results of a neural network analysis, the kth state of the heart is selected for which the maximum number of signs is revealed.

It should be noted that the following parameters are used in the neural network algorithm of Kohonen self-organizing maps [1]:

- при инициализации карты вектору веса присваивается значение случайного наблюдения из входных данных;- when the map is initialized, the weight vector is assigned the value of random observation from the input data;

- в качестве функции соседства используется гауссовская функция h c i = α ( t ) e x p ( r c r i 2 2 σ 2 ( t ) )

, где 0<α(t)<1 - обучающий сомножитель, монотонно убывающий с каждой итерацией, rc, ri - координаты узлов Mc(t), Mi(t) на карте, σ(t) - сомножитель, уменьшающий количество соседей с итерациями и монотонно убывающий.- a Gaussian function is used as a neighborhood function h c i = α ( t ) e x p ( - r c - r i 2 2 σ 2 ( t ) )

The learning process begins with sampling the data coming from the Telemetry Data Block 1 in the telemetry database 2. The sampling parameters are set in the Tuning module for training 3. The resulting vectors are transferred to the Kohonen self-learning map (Learning module 5) with a given number of nodes that are presented in two-dimensional Euclidean space in the form of a hexagonal lattice. As a result of self-training, 6 nodes containing model vectors are formed and recorded in the Database of neural network models 6.

The selection of vectors for analysis is made from the archive of the Telemetry Database 2, according to the parameters specified in the Settings Module for analysis 4. Next, in Block 7, a sample of Si ′ and Qi ′ is formed for the wells. When a vector of a newly arrived state is placed on the map, the winner vector is determined in Analytical module 8. The predicted value of the dependent parameter for each state is calculated. The graph of measured and predicted values of the dependent parameter is shown in FIG. 2. The distance between the data vector and the model vector is also calculated, and the difference between the calculated and measured value of the dependent parameter. These values are calculated for all state vectors received at the input, then the average value is calculated. FIG. 3 shows a method of plotting the average values of the distance and the difference between the calculated and measured value. On the graph, the values of each of the two criteria are located on one of the coordinate axes. The output of results 9 contains a graph of measured and predicted values of the dependent parameter and a graph of the distance and difference between the calculated and measured value.

The average values of distances and differences between the calculated and measured values of the dependent parameter characterize the state of the object in the considered period of time. The normalization of the calculated coefficients allows a comparative analysis of the states of various wells.

A large value of one of the calculated criteria can characterize a telemetry malfunction or a change in the operation mode of an object. The value of the calculated criterion is analyzed relative to the criteria calculated for other wells. If one or both criteria on one of the wells significantly exceeds the values of the criteria calculated for the other wells, data analysis by an expert is required, and if this section of the well’s work is defined as normal, re-training of the Kohonen map is required with the inclusion of a new section in the training sample. This situation is characterized by the fact that the data on which the model was trained did not include such states of the object.
