Abstract

FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry, particularly to methods and devices for preventing a person from falling when raising and lowering on supports overhead transmission lines. Method comprises providing continuous movement of linear mounter on support due to movement of safety catching runner on T-shaped profile or movement of safety catching carriage on C-shaped profile. Runner consists of a housing, side parts of which have skids, a handle and an energy absorber. Energy absorber is fixed by one end in opening of handle, and by other end connects connecting tether with safety belt of linear mounter. Second version of invention uses a safety catcher carriage consisting a of wheel chassis with a moving tooth, attachment assembly connected to tooth and through intermediate link with belt falling damper. Damper is connected with connecting clasp with its hook connected to loop of safety belt of linear mounter. C-shaped profile is made with adjacent holes along its length, and carriage is equipped with an absorber, softening action of dynamic loads. Safety catching runner and safety catcher carriage move along T-shaped and C-shaped profiles and, consequently, synchronously with movement of linear mounter up or down along support, and when linear mounter breaks away from support, its movement is immediately stopped, thus preventing its falling from line support.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable protection of a person from falling when working on supports of different types of overhead transmission lines, and significantly simplifies technological process of operating linear mounter on supports of overhead transmission lines due to that, worker does not have to constantly re-attach device on each level of conducting corresponding operations.

Description

The invention relates to the field of electric power, and in particular to methods and devices for preventing a person from falling during the ascent and descent on the supports of overhead power lines, that is, in a more general aspect, to methods and means of saving human life.

Known portable carriage for lifting on reinforced concrete supports of power lines, including a body for the worker, a loop clamp and a drive for lifting the carriage with two pairs of wheels with tires for pinching on the support, mounted for rotation in different directions relative to the support, while the drive is equipped with foot pedals connected by a cable-block system with a twin overrunning clutch interacting with a gear that transmits torque to the wheels with tires, and the loop clamp is made in the form of a cable with teeth on the end rigid part and interacting with the support [2].

This device (portable carriage) is intended only for lifting the worker on reinforced concrete supports (cannot be used on metal, wooden and other types of supports), which significantly limits the functionality of this technical solution. In addition, it is very difficult in design, in fact it is a vehicle and it is difficult to use it in the field.

Devices are also known that provide protection against falling during the rise, descent and work on the supports of overhead power lines, containing a ladder or a ladder-type device, along which the installer rises to or descends from the support, a safety belt consisting of a waist belt, a connecting halyard and depreciation mechanism fixed on the staircase and not allowing the installer to fall off the stairs (in the event of a fall, a person hangs on a connecting halyard fixed at one end waist belt and the other end in the suspension mechanism) [8] and [9].

The main disadvantage of the above devices is that the process of lifting and lowering with such devices is not carried out continuously, but with stops for fixing devices on the crossbars of stairs at each altitude level, at which appropriate installation or repair work is necessary. This technology of installation and repair work on overhead power lines is inefficient and time-consuming, and also does not guarantee the absolute safety of a linear installer.

The applicant set himself the task of eliminating the above disadvantages of the known technical solutions of a similar purpose, that is, significantly simplifying and making safer the ascent and descent on the supports of overhead power lines. The above positive technical result was achieved due to a new set of essential structural features of the claimed method of preventing a person from falling during lifting and lowering on towers of overhead power lines and a device for its implementation, presented in the following claims: “a method of preventing a person from falling during lifting and lowering on supports overhead power lines, which consists in the possibility of smooth non-stop movement of the linear installer as px, and down the support to the place of the necessary installation or repair work, achieved by providing continuous movement up and down the safety catch slider along the T-shaped profile, fixed along the entire height of the support, or ensuring continuous movement up and down of the safety catch carriages along a rectangular groove of a C-shaped profile, while the safety catching slider and the safety catching carriage move along the T-shaped and C-shaped profiles, respectively, synchronously о with the linear installer moving up or down the support, and when the linear installer is disengaged from the support, they instantly stop their movement, thereby preventing it from falling from the line support; the device for protecting a person during ascent and descent on the supports of overhead power transmission lines is a safety catch device in the form of a runner, consisting of a composite housing made with at least two side parts symmetrically positioned relative to the longitudinal axis, equipped with sled runners that can move along T- a shaped profile, fixed along the entire height of the support, between which is located the middle part of the T-shape, fastening the side parts of the housing, handles a curved protrusion fixed to the body and an energy absorber made in the form of a textile belt folded into several layers wrapped with dense cellophane and located inside the safety loop, one end of which is freely fixed in the handle hole and the other end is connected by a connecting halyard to the safety belt of a linear installer ; on the said T-shaped profile fixed ladder-type rungs located along its entire length; ladder-type rungs are made in the form of bolts; the side parts of the housing are fastened to its integral middle part by means of bushings with rivets made of stainless steel; The T-shaped profile is made as a Taurus, or as a Tauri beam, or as a hothouse Taurus, or as a Tauri greenhouse profile; the device for protecting a person during ascent and descent on the supports of overhead power lines is a safety catch carriage that can move along a C-shaped profile fixed along the entire height of the support, consisting of a wheel chassis with a movable tooth located in its middle part, an attachment unit in the form a flat protrusion connected to the aforementioned tooth and through an intermediate link with a tape fall damper, made in the form of a safety belt folded in several layers, wrapped in polyethylene, loop connected with a connecting carbine with a hinged lock and its hook connected to the safety belt of a linear installer, while the C-shaped trough is made with a set of consecutive holes along its length, and the carriage is equipped with an additional absorber that softens the action of dynamic loads, occurring when the carriage hits possible obstacles; on the said C-shaped profile fixed ladder-type rungs located along its entire length; the ladder-type rungs are equipped with bolts designed to facilitate the movement of the linear installer; the size of the holes in the groove of the C-shaped profile corresponds to the size of the movable tooth of the wheel chassis of the carriage so as to ensure its rigid fixation in the hole to instantly stop the fall of the linear installer; the above additional absorber is made of rubber tape or other material characterized by high cushioning properties. "

The essence of the claimed invention is illustrated by drawings, where in FIG. 1 shows a general view of a safety catch device in the form of a runner made according to the present invention according to claim 2; in FIG. 2 - T-shaped profile along which the slider in FIG. one; in FIG. 3 is a C-shaped profile mounted on a support along which a safety catch carriage made according to the 7th claim of the present invention moves, front view; in FIG. 4 is the same as in FIG. 3, side view; in FIG. 5 is the same as in FIG. 3, view with a rotation of 45 °; in FIG. 6 is a general view of the safety catch carriage with certain types of connecting carabiner and loops of the safety belt of a linear installer; in FIG. 7 is a plan view of the wheel chassis of the carriage of FIG. 6.

The inventive method of preventing a person from falling during ascent and descent on the supports of overhead power lines consists in the possibility of a smooth non-stop movement of the linear installer, both up and down the support, to the place he needs to perform installation or repair work. This technology of work is achieved through the use of a special device made in the form of a safety catch runner along the T-shaped profile 1, fixed along the entire height of the line support or safety catch carriage moving along the rectangular trough of the C-shaped profile 2, which are used depending on the type pylons and overhead power lines where installation or repair work is necessary.

The safety catch device is the so-called runner, which has the ability to move along the T-shaped profile 1, fixed along the entire height of the support (Fig. 1 and 2). The design of the runner includes a composite body 3, having two side parts 4, 5 symmetrically located relative to the longitudinal axis with sled runners 6, between which is located the middle part 7, a handle 8 fixed to the body 3 with a figured protrusion 9, and an energy absorber 10. Energy absorber 10 is made in the form of a textile belt folded into several layers wrapped with dense cellophane and located inside the safety loop 11. One end 12 of the loop 11 of the energy absorber 10 is freely fixed in the hole 13 of the handle 8, and the second end EC 14 of loop 11 is connected by a connecting halyard to a safety belt (not shown) of a linear installer. The lateral parts 4, 5 of the housing 3 are fastened with its integral middle part 7 using sleeves 15 with rivets made of stainless steel.

On the T-shaped profile 1 can be fixed rungs 16 ladder type along its entire length, for example, in the form of bolts in the event that the ladder can not be fixed on the support (linear installer can be raised and lowered using the crossbars 16 T-shaped profile 1 )

The T-shaped profile 1 can be performed, for example, as a Taurus, or as a T-beam, or as a greenhouse Taurus, or as a T-shaped greenhouse.

Another embodiment of the device for protecting a person during ascent and descent on the supports of overhead power lines according to the present invention can be applied when the T-shaped profile 1 is not suitable for work on the supports of overhead power lines. In this case, the C-shaped profile 2 is fixed along the entire height of the support 17 and a safety catch carriage moves along its rectangular trough. It consists of a wheeled chassis 18 with a movable tooth 19 located in its middle part, a mounting unit in the form of a flat protrusion 20, connected to the tooth 19 and through an intermediate link 21 with a belt damper 22 falling, made in the form of a safety belt wrapped in several layers, wrapped dense polyethylene. The loop 23 of the damper 22 is connected with a connecting carbine 24 having a hinged lock 25 and its hook 26 connected to the loop 27 of the safety belt of a linear installer (not shown).

The groove of the C-shaped profile 2 is made with a set of holes sequentially arranged along its length, and the carriage is equipped with an additional absorber 28, mitigating the action of dynamic loads that occur when the carriage hits against possible obstacles. It is made of rubber tape or other material characterized by high cushioning properties.

On the C-shaped profile 2 can be fixed rails 29 ladder type, located along its entire length, for example with bolts 30 for ease of movement of the linear installer (can hold them by hand).

The size of the holes in the groove of the C-shaped profile 2 corresponds to the size of the movable tooth 19 of the wheel chassis 18 of the carriage so as to ensure that it is rigidly fixed in the hole to instantly stop the linear installer from falling.

The invention works as follows.

The first embodiment of the invention, when the linear installer works using a safety catch slider. In this case, the linear installer climbs the ladder fixed to the support, or if the ladder cannot be secured (or for some reason is not available), on the crossbars 16 of the T-shaped profile 1. The linear installer connects a connecting rope to his safety belt , the second end of the halyard connects with the end 14 of the loop 11 of the energy absorber 10, and the end 12 of the loop 11 of the energy absorber 10 fixes in the hole 13 of the handle 8 of the slider. Then, with the sled runners 6 of the side parts 4, 5 of the body 3, the slider places on the T-shaped profile 1, which must first be fixed on the line support, and starts moving to the place where it should perform the corresponding work. The slider freely slides along the T-profile, as it is connected through a connecting halyard to a safety belt worn on the waist of a linear installer.

When the linear installer falls, the connecting halyard of his safety belt turns the loop 11 of the energy absorber 10 in the direction of the person’s fall and immediately the figured protrusion 9 of the handle 8, passing between the side parts 4, 5 of the housing 3, is pressed with its inner side to the horizontal shelf of the T-shaped profile, along which the slider moves, and due to the friction forces during compression of the textile belt of the energy absorber 10, the slider stops, stopping the linear installer from falling.

The second embodiment of the invention, when the linear installer works using a safety catch carriage. In this case, the linear installer climbs the ladder fixed to the support, or if the ladder cannot be secured (or for some reason is not available), on the crossbars 30 of the C-shaped profile 2. The safety catch carriage with the wheeled chassis 18 is installed in a rectangular the gutter of the C-shaped profile 2 and the linear installer starts moving up to the place where he is to carry out installation work. In this case, the carriage moves upward at a low speed (with the lifting speed of the linear installer) and the movable tooth 19 of the carriage is pressed into the wheeled chassis 18. When the linear installer returns, the carriage is below the belt damper 22 and the movable tooth 19 is pressed into the wheeled chassis again 18. When a sharp disruption of the person from the support, the belt damper 22 falls below the wheel chassis 18 of the carriage, thereby freeing the movable tooth 19, which enters and is rigidly fixed in the hole of the rectangular groove of the C-shaped profile 2, which is instant prevents the linear installer from falling further.

The present invention (its various options) allows for reliable protection of a person from falling when working on poles of various types of overhead power lines, while the claimed technical solution allows to significantly simplify the process of working a linear installer on poles of overhead power lines due to the fact that the worker does not have to constantly re-fasten the device at each level of the relevant work (slider or carriage continuously moving synchronously with the movement linear installer), and when a person breaks off a support, the device immediately stops its fall.

Claims (11)

1. The way to prevent a person from falling during the ascent and descent on the supports of overhead power lines, which consists in the possibility of a smooth non-stop movement of the linear installer both up and down the support to the place of the necessary installation or repair work, achieved by ensuring continuous upward and down the safety catch slider along the T-shaped profile fixed along the entire height of the support, or to ensure continuous movement up and down of the safety catch car webs along the rectangular groove of the C-shaped profile, while the safety catch slider and the safety catch carriage move along the T-shaped and C-shaped profiles, respectively, synchronously with the linear installer moving up or down the support, and when the linear installer breaks from the support, it instantly stop their movement, thereby preventing its fall from the line support.
2.
