Abstract
Description
The present invention is intended to be used as a lightweight insole in shoes with medium and high heels and can be implemented as a supplementary insole equipped with means for attaching to the sole, or as the upper surface of the sole of a shoe with heels.
High-heeled shoes are often uncomfortable to wear, legs in it when walking get tired and sometimes even hurt. When wearing high-heeled shoes, the body weight is distributed unevenly in the foot, the forefoot takes on the main load, and therefore problems arise that are associated with the foot. It is known that in people who spend a lot of time in shoes with heels, the bones of the metatarsus and toes are deformed, for example, hallux valgus deformity of the foot, hammer-like deformation of the fingers, and other problems with the musculoskeletal system.
Nevertheless, many women regularly wear high-heeled shoes, since it makes their figure visually slimmer, lengthens their legs, gives a stylish, elegant look, meets the requirements of the dress code, makes them more attractive and increases their height.
The problem appeared with the appearance of the heel, and its mechanical effect is to redistribute the body weight to the forefoot.
The invention is known "Orthopedic insole for shoes with high heels" according to patent RU 2136197, which contains a base with a rear heel and flat front parts, between which there is a curved protrusion to support the arch of the foot, having such a shape that the points of the upper lines of the protrusion sections parallel to the vertical the plane passing through the centers of the scaphoid and cuboid bones of the foot lie at the same height from the lower surface of the base, and the protrusion itself is made of soft elastic material. The invention is known "System shoe support insole" according to patent RU 2432890, which contains a support element for the middle part of the foot, made of conformal or compression shock absorbing material, located in the middle part of the shoe and has a convex shape, contour and height sufficient to provide contact and support the middle portion of the user's foot in order to provide a rounded support carrying the load from the beam portion of the user's foot to its middle and heel parts. Very similar devices that possibly relieve the load from the forefoot, but at the same time strongly bend and load the arch of the foot, which will also create problems for the user later. These inventions are provided for information about the General level of technology and cannot be used to contrast the claimed invention.
Known insoles containing many protruding elements for massage of the foot, for example: utility model "Massage insole" according to patent RU 125070, containing an elastic base, on which the bulges are dispersed, on the outer surface of which are made needles and protrusions; invention "Spring pad for the human foot, insole and shoes, including the specified pad, and a method of manufacturing the specified insole" according to patent RU 2424900, where there is a pattern of many protruding elements adapted for massaging the user's feet.
The invention is known "A method of manufacturing a shoe insole" according to the copyright certificate SU 1797832, which consists in the fact that in the nose-beam part there is a support for fixing the foot having a base in the form of an arcuate strip made of a material having an increased coefficient of friction associated with the weight of a person and high heels. This invention is close in essence to the claimed presence of increased friction, but does not solve the problems of high heels, since the fixation of the foot is carried out by a small section of the insole with a high coefficient of friction, located precisely in the nose-beam part, therefore, the load is perceived precisely by the nose-beam part of the foot, namely, this is the problem that the claimed invention solves. In addition, the increased friction of even a full-sized insole will not solve the problem of high heels, since the foot, located on an inclined sole, in the process of vibrations associated with walking, overcoming, will overcome the increased friction and still slide all the way into the toe and the nose-beam part will be loaded feet.
The insole having a different coefficient of friction depending on the direction of the contact force can solve the problem.
A lightweight insole is provided that has reduced friction in the direction of contact force from the toe to heel and increased friction in the direction of contact force from the heel to toe. On a flexible insole equipped with fastening means to the upper side of the sole, a plurality of protruding elements are disposed inclined from the toe to the heel. The protruding elements can be made in the form of: villi, bristles, spikes, scales, cloves, scars, etc. When the force is directed from the toe to the heel (along the coat), for example, when lifting the leg, the inclined protruding elements along the foot bend with the foot even more and do not resist movement, and the foot moves freely to the back of the shoe. When a person steps on the foot, the minimum movement of the foot from the back to the toe along the sloping sole raises the protruding elements (against the coat), which take the load on themselves, create increased friction and prevent the foot from rolling into the toe. In the process of walking, the protruding elements will constantly shift the foot to the back of the shoe, so that part of the load will be distributed throughout the foot and the load on the nose-beam part of the foot will be reduced. Accordingly, the legs of the user with a more even distribution of the load will get less tired and the likelihood of getting deformation of the foot due to wearing the heel will decrease.
The lightweight insole can be molded from flexible polymers such as plasticized PVC, polyurethane, latex. And it can also be made of textile material with an inclined pile.
The figure 1 shows a
In the figure 2,
Figure 3. The protruding elements can be made of various shapes and have a different slope. The vertices of the protruding elements can be rounded - zone a, pointed - zones b and c, multiple - zone d. The slope can be large - zone b, small - zone c. Each protruding element is a hill with a peak and a base. The concept of the inclination of the protruding element in the direction from the toe to the heel in the described invention implies that the top of the protruding element is offset relative to the middle of the base in the direction from the toe to the heel.
The protruding elements can be made of various shapes, for example: in the form of scars - zone a, in the form of scales or cloves - zone b, in the form of spikes zone - c, in the form of cloves equipped with inclined microprotrusions - zone d.
Figure 5. The lightweight insole can be made of textile material with a hard pile: continuous - zone a, split zone b. The pile can be made of thermoplastic monofilament and tilted in a certain direction by calendering.
