SUBSTANCE: invention relates to table games, particularly tennis table, in particular, control of its height, and is intended mainly for children of preschool and school age. Task of invention is to create conditions for teaching children the correct technics in playing table tennis from an early age, to reduce the time during adjustment of tennis tables in height. Assigned task is achieved by adjustment of table tennis height by moving the holder height position along guides, with limitations of shifting in the end points. Intermediate positions is set manually. Table top, located on a support, rises and the holder, which is fixed to the bar of stiffness of table top is installed on the required table height (from 610 mm to 760 mm) with a pitch of 50 mm. Adjustment of tennis tables using the disclosed method makes it possible to personalize equipment for height of trainees and use it for people of different height.

EFFECT: proposed device compared to available tennis tables promotes educating children with correct habits of table tennis techniques from more early age (since 5-6 years).

Description

The invention relates to board games and relates to the design of a tennis table, in particular its height adjustment, and is intended primarily for children of preschool and primary school age.

Tables for table tennis have a standard height of 76 cm. However, for children of younger and middle age this height is often unacceptable: the teaching technique for playing table tennis is broken.

Known training tables for table tennis with adjustable height of the legs JOOLA / Variant - inside them are two more (the so-called telescopic arrangement of the legs) [1], FIG. one.

Known tables for table tennis, for example, the company Cornilleau Hobby Mini Indoor (see Fig. 2) for playing table tennis with three height-adjustable legs - 76; 68 and 60 cm, which is very convenient for young and middle children [2].

DHS special tennis tables are known for children's sports schools and clubs [3], in which the height of the table is adjustable from 660 to 760 mm depending on the height of the child and therefore training on a low table is more effective (see Fig. 3).

However, all of these tennis tables have one drawback - they are difficult to reconfigure them in height.

The objective of the invention is to create conditions for teaching children the correct technique of playing table tennis from a very young age, and also to reduce the time when adjusting the tennis tables in height.

The task is achieved in that the tennis table is adjusted in height by moving the position lock 4 along the guides 5, which have travel restrictions at the extreme points. Intermediate positions are set manually.

The table cover 1, located on the stand 2, rises and the latch 4, which is attached to the stiffness bar of the table cover 3, is set to the required table height (from 610 mm to 760 mm) with a pitch of 50 mm (Fig. 4).

In FIG. 5 shows the practical movement of the tennis table. In FIG. 5a, the table is in the standard position at a height of 760 mm. In FIG. 5b shows a view in which one half of the table is lowered by 150 mm (the lowest position).

Examples of specific performance. For a child about 100 cm tall, the height of a standard tennis table does not allow you to hit the ball correctly, directly in front of you, at chest level.

On a standard tennis table, the rebound of the tennis ball will be too high, approximately at the level of the head, which initially forms the wrong technique and reinforces the wrong stereotype of striking the tennis ball. In addition, for children of preschool and primary school age, when they hit the ball on standard tables, the biomechanical laws of shock movements are violated, which subsequently affects the effectiveness of the game of table tennis.

Adjusting the tennis tables of the claimed method allows you to individualize the equipment for the growth of those involved and use it for people of different sizes.

Tennis tables, which are regulated by the claimed method, allow you to qualitatively master the correct technique for children of different sizes.

The inventive device, in comparison with the well-known tennis tables, helps to teach children the correct skills in table tennis from an earlier age (from 5-6 years).
