Description

The invention relates to an electrical installation device for concealed wiring with a control system for adjusting the desired brightness of a lighting installation, with a device insert of a hidden wiring containing a carrier ring, a control element being mounted on it, and also with a protective frame, the device insert of a hidden wiring contains a block of connecting terminals for connecting the phase conductors of the AC voltage network, as well as the load wire connected to the lighting installation, and the lighting installation, with nother hand, is connected to the neutral wire AC voltage, and wherein the control member has a control element for setting a desired luminance.
Electrical installation devices for concealed wiring for regulating the brightness of a lighting installation or, accordingly, light regulators or control systems are widely known, for example, refer to Busch-Jaeger Katalog 2009, BJE 0001-0-1117 / 09.08 / 0502-M, dpi 404103, p. 288-292. Traditionally, the brightness control of a lighting installation is carried out according to the principle of a pulse-phase control system, as, for example, it is known from EP 0 618 667 B1. In this case, the non-sinusoidal current consumption from the AC voltage network is a drawback, as a result of which, for example, problems arise in undesirable higher harmonics of the current. In addition, the quality of brightness control depends on the network frequency (fluctuations in the network frequency) and on the tonal frequencies superimposed by the network frequency (centralized control signals). In addition, relatively high power losses occur in the power part of the electrical installation device of the hidden wiring.
The basis of the invention is the task to offer an optimized electrical installation device for hidden wiring to control the brightness of the lighting installation.
This problem in accordance with the invention is solved by means of an electric installation device for hidden wiring, comprising a control system for adjusting the desired brightness of the lighting installation, an instrument insert of a hidden wiring having a bearing ring, a control element inserted into it, and a protective frame, wherein the instrument insert of a hidden wiring contains terminal block for connecting the phase wire of the AC voltage network, as well as the load wire supplied to the lighting system In this case, the lighting installation, on the other hand, is connected to the neutral wire of the AC voltage network, the control element having an adjustment element for setting the desired brightness, and the control system being made in the form of a high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator (HF-PWM), which through an LC filter it is connected to the terminal block and is controlled by a microcontroller, and the control element loads the microcontroller and thereby sets the pulse / pause ratio of the high-frequency clock tion of the AC voltage.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator can be made either in the form of two counter-series-connected power semiconductors, in particular power transistors with counter-parallel diodes or alternatively in the form of a rectifier bridge with a power transistor connected to the DC output .
The advantages achieved by the invention are, in particular, in that the proposed concealed electrical installation device is universally suitable for controlling the brightness of a lighting installation for ohmic (resistive), capacitive and inductive lighting installations. By means of an HF-PWM generator (a high frequency pulse width modulation generator) of a hidden wiring installation device, a sinusoidal output voltage with a variable amplitude can be set. Adjustable flicker-free resistive, capacitive and inductive lighting systems. No synchronization with mains AC voltage required. In addition, a universal mode of operation is possible both in a 50 Hz alternating voltage network and in a 60 Hz alternating voltage network. The proposed electric installation device for hidden wiring with a control system for adjusting the desired brightness of the lighting installation is insensitive to centralized control signals and fluctuations in the network frequency.
Suitable embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.
Below the invention is illustrated in the examples presented in the drawings, which show:
Figure 1 - connection diagram of the electrical installation device of the hidden wiring with a control system for adjusting the desired brightness of the lighting installation.
Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the connection of the electrical installation device of a hidden wiring to an AC voltage network and to a lighting installation.
FIGS. 3-5 show the time characteristics of voltage and current of interest with different control of a high frequency pulse width modulation generator.
Figure 1 shows the connection diagram of the electrical installation device of the hidden wiring with a control system for adjusting the desired brightness of the lighting installation. Shown is an electrical installation device 1 of hidden wiring for controlling the brightness of a lighting installation (control device, light regulator), which contains a high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator or HF-PWM generator, wherein the electrical installation device 1 of hidden wiring contains, inter alia, the following structural Components:
- block 2 connecting terminals for connecting the phase wire L of the AC network, as well as for connecting the load wire L '(prepared phase),
- LC filter 3 connected to block 2 of the connecting terminals,
- coupled inductors 4 connected to the LC filter 3,
- overvoltage protection element 5 between the terminals of the connected inductors 4,
- two counter-series-connected power semiconductors 6, 7, connected to the terminals of the connected inductors 4, in particular, power transistors (power MOS transistors) with counter-parallel diodes,
- a microcontroller 8, which is connected by connecting resistors 10, 11 to the control terminals of the power semiconductors 6, 7,
- an adjustment element 9, which loads the microcontroller 8 and thereby sets the desired modulation of the high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator.
A lighting installation 18, preferably with light emitting diodes (LEDs), is, on the one hand, connected to the neutral wire N of the AC voltage network, and on the other hand, to the load wire L '.
As an alternative to both counter-connected power semiconductors, a rectifier bridge with a power semiconductor or a power transistor (power MOS transistor) connected to the DC output can also be used.
Figure 2 shows a schematic diagram of the connection of an electrical installation device of a hidden wiring to an AC voltage network and to a lighting installation. The electrical installation device 1 for the hidden wiring consists of the instrument insert 13 of the hidden wiring, which is mounted on the device insert 13 of the hidden wiring of the control body 16 with the adjustment element 9 and of the protective frame 17. The instrument insert 13 of the hidden wiring has a bearing ring 14 and a spring strut 15 for mounting a standard flush-mounted instrument outlet (60 mm diameter).
Instrument insert 13 of the hidden wiring of the installation device 1 of the hidden wiring includes the above components: block 2 connection terminals + LC filter 3 + coupled inductors 4 + element 5 overvoltage protection + power semiconductors 6, 7 (alternatively rectifier bridge + power semiconductor ) + microcontroller 8 + connecting resistors 10, 11. The alternating voltage network 19 (230 V network) is connected through its phase wire L to the block 2 of the connecting terminals of the instrument insert 13 of the hidden wiring and through its zero wire od N - with lighting installation 18.
Accordingly, the other terminals of the terminal block 2 and the lighting unit 18 are interconnected via a load wire L '. The load current flowing through the load wire L 'is denoted as i L' , the mains voltage between the phase wire L and the neutral wire N is U L , and the output alternating voltage between the load wire L 'and the neutral wire N is U L' .
The concealed wiring installation device 1 can advantageously be combined with any components of a conventional installation device set for sockets / switches / contact sensors, and a protective frame 17 of this conventional installation device set is also used. Conventional sets of installation devices are understood to mean sets that are offered by many manufacturers of installation devices and include various insertions of switches with a swinging lever, insertions of keyboard switches with a swinging lever, inserts of sockets, balancers and 1-position, 2-position, 3-position , 4-position protective frames of a certain design and certain colors.
In addition, a simplified embodiment of the installation device 1 of the hidden wiring can be implemented, according to which the device insert 13 of the hidden wiring, the control 16 and the protective frame 17 form a single unit.
In FIG. 3-5, the temporal characteristics of voltage and current are of interest for different control of a high frequency pulse width modulation generator. The time characteristics of the AC alternating voltage U L , the output AC voltage U L ' and the load current i L' are also presented, with t being the time axis.
In particular, it is shown:
- Figure 3 - time characteristics of voltage and current with 90% control of a high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator, i.e. the desired (installed) brightness of the lighting unit 18 is 90%.
- Figure 4 - time characteristics of voltage and current at 50% control of a high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator, i.e. the desired (installed) brightness of the lighting unit 18 is 50%.
- Figure 5 - time characteristics of voltage and current at 20% control of a high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator, i.e. the desired (installed) brightness of the lighting unit 18 is 20%.
As follows from FIG. 3-5, thanks to the installation device 1 of the hidden wiring, the implementation of a light controller or, accordingly, a brightness adjustment device with amplitude-adjustable sinusoidal output voltage - see alternating voltage U L ' - with sinusoidal current consumption from the alternating voltage network 19 - see load current i L ' . Thus, the high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator of the installation device 1 of the hidden wiring is connected in series with the adjustable lighting unit 18. Its power semiconductors 6, 7 preferably operate in the high-frequency range of 20 ... 100 kHz in the control range (pulse width) of 10 ... 90%. A high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator, clocking the mains AC voltage, reduces the voltage amplitude of the lighting unit with respect to the mains AC voltage without changing the sinusoidal shape of the voltage. By means of the pulse / pause ratio of the high-frequency clock, the amplitude of the output AC voltage is controlled. Power semiconductors 6, 7 of the high-frequency pulse-width modulation generator are separated from the network side by means of an LC filter 3, so that low-frequency voltage division occurs on the installation device 1 of the hidden wiring or, respectively, on the lighting installation 18, the division ratio of which depends on the high-frequency pulse / pause ratio timing. This control principle is independent of the type of connected lighting installation 18 and is preferably universally applicable for inductive, capacitive and resistive lighting installations.
