Technical result is achieved by a device for alignment of tiles, which consists of working body and support washer, working body is made in form of a short hollow cylinder or hollow virtual cone in side wall of which throughout its height is made through recess so cross section of working body looks like an open wheel, wherein mainly in upper part of working body there is a rod extending perpendicular to vertical axis of working body from inner side of its side walls of point lying diametrically opposite through recess, wherein rod crossing cross sectional diameter of working body by its free end extends through said through recess of working body beyond its external diameter, and support washer on its upper surface has four ribs arranged radially at an angle of 90° relative to each other, width equal to expected width of inter-tile seams in centre of bearing disc there is a through hole, through which is passed a thread folded twice, free ends of which are interconnected and form assembly so that assembly is located under support washer and is point of support thereof, and loop formed from folding thread is located above support washer and is put on rod of working body.

Description

The invention relates to construction, and in particular to devices for leveling solid floor and wall cladding materials when glued to a surface to be clad.
When gluing hard facing materials, in particular ceramic tiles, to obtain an aesthetic result, it is necessary that all the tiles lie in the same plane without any differences at the joints, forming a flat surface with even connecting joints between the tiles.
There are several devices known for leveling ceramic tiles in the plane, the designs of which and their principle of use are similar to each other. These devices usually consist of two parts. The first part is a plastic holder having a flat vertical rod, in the lower part of which there is a support platform, and the upper part has a shape adapted to interact with the second part. The second part is a plastic working fluid with a base on which it rests on the tiles from above, and a design that allows it to interact with the upper part of the stem of the first part (patents: US 08429878, IPC E04B 1/00, E04G 21/00, publication 2013 .; WO 2011121476, IPC E04F 15/02, publication 2011; WO 2008118418, IPC E04F 21/00, publication 2008; US 07954300, IPC E04F 21/18, publication 2011; US 20110011031, IPC E04F 21 / 18, publication of 2011, etc.).
To use the devices described above, the first part is placed with the lower support under the tiles at their joints, the second part is located on top of the tiles with its base, and when the working fluid interacts with the stem, a clamping force is created between them, due to which the tiles are aligned. After the adhesive solution has dried, the devices are knocked down with a hammer, during which the first part is destroyed.
The design flaw of these devices is as follows: 2 devices are required on each side of the tile; the first part has a complex shape and is destroyed during the dismantling of the device; the second part is also subjected to shock loads during the dismantling of the device and, after several uses, is also destroyed; Some of the above devices require the use of additional devices to create the necessary clamping force.
A device for laying tiles is known, consisting of a vertical rod, which is a round rod, on the upper end of which there are holders for fingers that allow you to hold the entire device in a vertical position and rotate the rod itself around its axis, which in its upper part is approximately equal to 1 / 3-1 / 2 of its height, also has a thread with an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the cross section of the rod itself, through which the rod can be moved longitudinally a working fluid having a flat base and a through hole with a thread corresponding to the size of the thread in the upper part of the rod, at the lower end of which there is still a small section of thread with an outer diameter equal to or less than the diameter of the cross section of the rod, through which to its lower end a small flat thrust washer is wound (patent for utility model RU 146122, IPC E04F 21/22, 2014 publication).
To use the device described above, the working rod is first put up and down on the vertical rod, and then the working fluid is screwed, and a thrust washer is fastened to the lower end of the vertical rod. Further, the device is assembled inserted between the tiles so that the support washer is under, and the working fluid is over the edges of adjacent tiles. Then, holding the device vertically with one hand using the holders available on the vertical rod, with the other hand rotate the working fluid on the vertical rod, lowering it down until the pressing force with the base of the working fluid aligns the edges of adjacent tiles in one plane. After the adhesive composition has hardened, the working fluid is screwed back up the vertical rod, weakening the clamping force, after which the vertical rod is twisted with the holders in its upper part and removed, leaving the supporting washer under the tile.
The advantage of this device is that as a consumable part is a small supporting washer that remains under the tile.
The disadvantages of this device are:
- the complexity of the design and the high cost of the device, namely the vertical stem must be made of metal or other durable material; the vertical rod in its design contains two threaded sections; the working fluid has a complex structure and a threaded section; the supporting washer also has a threaded hole;
- the complexity of the operation, which consists in the fact that during the use of the device it is necessary to ensure that the adhesive solution does not fall on the lower end of the vertical rod, in particular, on the threaded connection between the lower end of the vertical rod and the support washer, since after complete solidification of the solution, Difficulties in removing the lower end of the vertical rod from the two-piece seam.
The technical result of the proposed invention is to simplify the design of the device and reduce the cost of its manufacture, as well as eliminate the remaining disadvantages listed above.
The technical result is achieved in that the device for leveling the tile consists of a working fluid and a supporting washer, while the working fluid is made in the form of a low hollow cylinder or a hollow truncated cone, in the side wall of which a through cut is made along its entire height so that the cross section the working fluid looks like an open circle, while mainly in the upper part of the working fluid there is a rod protruding perpendicular to the vertical axis of the working fluid from the inside of its sides th wall, from a point located diametrically opposite the through cutout, while the rod, crossing the diameter of the cross section of the working fluid with its free end, goes through the through cutout of the working fluid beyond its outer diameter, and the support washer on its upper surface has four ribs located radially at an angle of 90 ° relative to each other, with a width equal to the assumed width of the tile joints, while in the center of the support washer a through hole is made through which a double-folded thread is passed, the free ends of which are interconnected and form a knot in such a way that the knot is located under the support washer and is the fulcrum for it, and the loop formed during folding of the thread is above the support washer and put on the rod of the working fluid.
The through cut in the side wall of the working fluid can be narrowed immediately below the free end of the rod passing through it so that this narrowing will not prevent the thread loop from being put on the rod and the thread loop passing through the cavity of the working fluid, but when creating a vertical load from top to bottom on the rod due to slight deformation of the rod and / or working fluid, this narrowing will provide additional support points for the free end of the rod.
Instead of narrowing the through-cut 3 on its end surfaces directly below the free end of the rod passing through the through-cut, support protrusions, one on each end surface of the through-cut, can be made so that these support protrusions will not prevent the thread loop from being put on the rod and passing loops of the thread into the cavity of the working fluid, but when creating a vertical load from top to bottom on the rod due to a slight deformation of the rod and / or working fluid, these support projections will provide Draw additional support points for the free end of the shaft.
The outer surface of the working fluid can be made ribbed for the convenience of rotation of the working fluid around its vertical axis.

The claimed device for leveling tiles consists of a working fluid 1 and a supporting washer 2, while the working fluid 1 is made in the form of a hollow truncated cone, in the side wall of which a through cut 3 is made along its entire height so that the cross section of the working fluid 1 looks like an open circle, while mainly in the upper part of the working fluid 1 there is a rod 4 protruding perpendicular to the vertical axis of the working fluid 1, from the inside of its side wall, from a point located diametrically opposite falsely through the cutout 3, while the rod 4, crossing the diameter of the cross section of the working fluid 1, with its free end extends through the through cutout 3 of the working fluid 1 outside its outer diameter, and the support washer 2 on its upper surface has four ribs 5 located radially at an angle of 90 ° relative to each other, with a width equal to the expected width of the tile joints, while in the center of the support washer 2 there is a through hole 6 through which a double-folded thread is passed, the free ends of which are connected to each other and the unit 7 is formed in such a way that the unit 7 is located under the support washer 2 and is the fulcrum for it, and the loop 8 formed during the folding of the thread is located above the support washer 2 and is put on the rod 4 of the working medium 1.
The through cutout 3 in the side wall of the working fluid 1 can be narrowed immediately below the free end of the rod passing through it (not shown in the drawings) in such a way that this narrowing will not prevent the thread loop 8 from being put on the shaft 4 and the thread loop 8 passing through the working cavity body 1, but when creating a vertical load from top to bottom on the rod 4 due to a slight deformation of the rod 4 and / or the working fluid 1, this narrowing will provide additional support points for the free end of the rod 4.
Instead of narrowing the through-cut 3 on its end surfaces directly below the free end of the rod 4 passing through the through-cut 3, support protrusions 9 and 10 can be made one at a time on each end surface of the through-cut so that these support protrusions 9 and 10 will not to prevent putting on the loop of thread 8 on the rod 4 and the passage of the loop of thread 8 into the cavity of the working fluid 1, but when creating a vertical load from top to bottom on the bar 4 due to a slight deformation of the bar 4 and / or working fluid 1, these support the protrusions 9 and 10 will provide additional support points for the free end of the rod 4.

The claimed device for leveling tiles is used as follows. The thickness of the ribs on the backup washer will also determine the width of the tile joints.
The support washer 2B has on its upper surface two ribs located radially at an angle of 180 ° relative to each other. A device with such a washer is installed according to option E (Fig. 5) when two tiles are joined. The thickness of the ribs on the backup washer will also determine the width of the tile joints.
The claimed device for leveling tiles has the following advantages:
- the device has a simple design and low manufacturing cost;
- installation and dismantling of the device does not require much effort and special skills;
- installation and dismantling of the device does not require auxiliary devices;
- when dismantling the device does not need to destroy anything and use brute force;
- the consumable is only a thrust washer with thread, which is small, easy to manufacture and can be made of inexpensive materials (cheap plastic, polyethylene, thick cardboard, etc.);
- a supporting washer with ribs can provide different thicknesses of tile joints;
- the device has three installation options;
- the device can be used at the corners of the connecting tiles, which halves the required number of used devices, in contrast to the case when the devices are installed along the edges of the tiles (two devices on one side of the tile).

Claims (8)

1.
