Description
State of the art
A variety of containers are available on the market for storing and dispensing contents, in particular containers for storing and dispensing personal care products. Such products, in particular wipes, are made of various materials, which during use can be dry or wet, and in the second case, they can be moistened with various appropriate cleaning solutions. Typically, wet wipes in a container are stacked in a folded or unfolded state. For example, containers for wet wipes were proposed, each of which, as is well known to those skilled in the art, was stacked inside a container while in a folded state, such as c-stacking or z-stacking or double folding. In some embodiments, in a stack of wet wipes, the folded wipes are folded together with the wipes immediately adjacent to them from above and below. Wet wipes were also placed in containers with a continuous tape of material, which is wound in the form of a roll and equipped with perforations that allow you to separate individual wet wipes from one another. Such wet wipes were used for wiping babies and hands, as well as for wiping during housekeeping, industrial cleaning and other similar situations.
Conventional napkin containers are typically designed to be mounted on a flat surface, such as the top of a counter, table, or other similar object. A set of such traditional packaging products, as a rule, includes a plastic container, tube or bag, which provides isolation of wet wipes from the environment with the guarantee that they will not be dirty or excessively dry. To access wipes, many containers have a special lid that opens by pressing a button on the top of the container.
The design of some of these common containers allows you to take each wet towel with one hand after opening it. This is an important advantage, since the other hand of the user or the person serving him is in a typical situation at the same time demanded to perform other functions. For example, changing a baby's diaper, the person performing this procedure usually uses one hand at a time to maintain the baby in the desired position, and with the other hand tries to get a wet towel to wipe the baby. At the same time, turning away from him to open the container and gain access to napkins may be undesirable.
Currently, a wide range of containers offering wet wipes is offered for sale. Such containers can be divided into two broad categories, namely, reach-in containers (from which the product must be removed) and pop-up containers (from which the product itself extends outward, for example up). In the second of these categories, some containers provide a stack of stacked and flat-folded napkins, which are most commonly supplied from a tube, and other containers provide a roll of napkins that are perforated along their edges and fed from a vertical cylindrical container. Containers made in the modification of the extension to the outside are more popular, since it is easier for the user to get a wet wipe from them. Although they significantly increase the likelihood of at least partial drying of wipes, this problem is to some extent solved by improvements to the design of the container.
However, the supply of napkins from such traditional napkin containers cannot be considered quite satisfactory. For example, for containers made in the modification of the extension to the outside and using the laying of napkins in the foot, there are situations in which this feature (outward delivery) does not work, and the user has to climb into the container to get the next napkin. Such malfunctions are most often caused by violations of the joint folding napkins. Therefore, there is a need for a dispensing device (dispensing device) having a shaped dispensing partition, which provides users with access to napkins with easier and more reliable feeding, especially in the case of a device with the napkins extending (feeding) upward.
Disclosure of invention
В базовой части крышки выполнен проем с жесткими стенками (далее - жесткий проем), который охватывает цельную выдачную перегородку, имеющую протяженность в направлениях х и y и снабженную сквозным выдачным отверстием (например щелью).The proposed container for storing personal care products includes an openable lid attached to it, the upper part of which is attached to the base part of the lid through at least one loop and is equipped with a locking mechanism extending from the side opposite the loop. In the base part of the lid, an aperture with rigid walls (hereinafter referred to as a rigid aperture) is made, which covers a solid dispensing partition having a length in the x and y directions and provided with a through dispensing hole (for example, a slot).
In a typical embodiment, the solid dispensing partition forms a concave platform in the x direction, which is deepened into the internal volume of the container, i.e. in the z direction, to the first depth. It is desirable that this first depth, to which this partition enters the internal volume of the container in this direction, be at least 5 mm. It is even more desirable to select a first depth of about 5-15 mm.
The dispensing hole can be made in the form of a continuous slit having two ends and extending in the x direction along the concave part of the partition at a certain distance. In this case, the two ends of the continuous slit are in the z direction on the concave part of the partition at a second depth that is less than the first.
The container stores a stack of wet wipes laid inside the dispenser, each wipe having a leading edge and a trailing edge. During storage, the front edge of the first napkin is in the space provided for this between the dispensing partition and the top of the lid. It is advisable to make the dispensing partition of a flexible material (typically a thermoplastic elastomer).
You can initiate the separation of the next napkin at the middle section of the trailing edge of the first napkin. After that, the separation of the next napkin occurs at the outer end portions of the trailing edge of the first napkin, while the front edge of the next napkin in its middle part is held in place by the dispensing hole. As a result, during use of the container, the wipes are less displaced from the dispensing position back to the container or out. Thus, the container will have fewer failures during delivery.
8%.The proposed container with a concave dispensing partition, the failure rate during delivery is less than 8%.

The implementation of the invention
In the assembled state, the proposed container for storing personal care products contains a lid attached to it. The upper part of the lid is attached to the base part of the lid by means of at least one hinge and is provided with a locking mechanism extending from the side opposite the hinge. A rigid opening is made in the base part of the lid, which covers a solid dispensing partition passing with respect to it in the x and y directions and having a through dispensing slot. This partition forms a concave platform in the z direction, which is deepened into the internal volume of the container to a first depth. The recess of the partition is selected so that it allows you to store the personal care product in a position that provides upward flow, in which the main part of the product protrudes from the dispensing gap. As a result, it becomes possible to more easily retrieve the product by the user and reduce the number of errors during delivery.
Next will be discussed in detail the currently preferred embodiments of the invention, one of which is illustrated in the drawings. Each example is presented only for a better understanding of the invention and is not restrictive. In particular, the features illustrated or described as part of one embodiment may be used for another embodiment or in another drawing to form yet another embodiment. It is intended that the present invention cover all such modifications and changes.
In the proposed options, personal care products stored in the container are wet wipes that are used to wipe babies and hands, as well as to wipe them during home cleaning, in industrial conditions, and in other similar situations. It is possible to form the
Products, such as dry or wet wipes, can be placed in the dispenser in any way that provides convenient and reliable alternate feeding and does not allow the wipes to become dirty or excessively dry. For example, napkins can be arranged in a dispensing device (in a container) as many individual sheets stacked in the form of a stack, and it is possible to collapse or not collapse them individually (individually). Individual napkins folded according to c-laying, z-laying, with double folding or other folding, with folding several napkins together or without such folding can be used (all of these configurations are known to specialists in this field). Such options for laying napkins, like any other known styling, can be achieved using tools known to specialists in the relevant field.
It is desirable to provide the ability to place the napkins in the dispenser in the form of a continuous tape, consisting of napkins connected to one another, which are folded into the
It is desirable to be able to fold individual napkins together with other napkins or connect them one to another in a continuous manner so that the front and rear edges of successive napkins of the foot interact, realizing an upward feed. In this configuration, the leading edge of the back of the napkin is released from the foot by the trailing edge of the front of the napkin when this front napkin is removed by the user.
The container may contain any required number of individual wipes, depending on the desired packaging and end use. In particular, it is possible to give the container a footprint configuration that can contain at least 5 napkins, preferably about 8-320 individual napkins, even more preferably about 16-80 napkins. The size and shape of the foot of wipes depends on the size and shape of the container, and vice versa.
Each wipe 38 has a substantially rectangular shape and with a pair of opposite side edges and a pair of opposite end edges, which can be considered as the front and
In a typical embodiment, in the
In a typical example, the dispensing
A section of the whole dispensing partition is included in the internal volume of the
In one example, the first depth D1 of the one-
D1.Typically, the function of the dispensing opening 60 (dispensing diaphragm) can be performed by a
10.In embodiments of the invention, this allows you to initiate tearing, starting from the
Thus, the configuration of the dispensing
10.Alternatively, rupture initiation begins at the outer edge of the tissue, when the dispensing
In addition to the above, when the perforation rupture at the upper corners of the concave portion of the dispensing
8%.Thus, a container with a concave dispensing diaphragm has improved delivery with fewer failures caused by the napkins falling back into the container, napkin breaks or pulling a plurality of napkins out of the container during a single jerk. The described dispensing septum has a typical supply failure rate of less than 8%.
As indicated above, the dispensing

To provide access to napkins stored inside the container, the
В числовом выражении эти материалы в типичном случае имеют модуль упругости при изгибе (при измерении согласно документу ASTM D790 ″Standard Test Method for Flexural Properties of Unreinforced and Reinforced Plastics and Electrical Insulating Materials″) по меньшей мере 100 Н/мм2. 2.In the context of this description, stiffness means the level of stiffness, usually related to the properties of the materials used to make containers containing wet wipes, or parts of such containers. In numerical terms, these materials typically have a bending modulus (measured according to ASTM D790 ″ Standard Test Method for Flexural Properties of Unreinforced and Reinforced Plastics and Electrical Insulating Materials ″) of at least 100 N / mm 2 . In special embodiments, the cover activating key has a flexural modulus lying in the range of about 1100-1500 N / mm 2 .
When using the container, the upper part of the dispensing device is lifted, after which access to the flexible diaphragm is opened. The user then pokes his hand through a continuous slit to grab the first napkin from the stack of wipes. If the diaphragm is equipped with a brittle sealant, it must be broken before the user is able to stick his hand through the diaphragm. After the user takes the napkin, it can be passed through the diaphragm and the napkin can be pulled upward from the dispenser. If the napkin is not immediately needed by the user, it can be left in the diaphragm in a partially protruding position, in which it can be held by the continuous slot in place until it is needed later. A partially extended napkin will remain in place in the diaphragm, partially inside the dispenser, and partially in the space between the upper part and the flexible diaphragm in a position convenient and ready for subsequent manipulation, i.e. feed up. If the user wishes to use the tissue immediately, he can completely pull it out of the dispenser through a continuous slot.
В общем случае для улучшенного обтирания в каждой влажной салфетке может содержаться жидкость в количестве примерно 15-600 мас.%, вычисленных на основе сухой массы салфетки, а желательно - в количестве примерно 200-400 мас.%.Materials suitable for wipes in the context of the invention are well known to those skilled in the art. Wet wipes can be made from any material suitable for use in this capacity. These materials include meltblown materials, web materials, coform materials, air-laid materials, bonded-carded materials, non-woven materials such as hydroentangled, fabric, possessing high moisture resistance, and other similar materials, moreover, all of the listed materials may contain synthetic or natural fibers, as well as their combinations. Wipes, corresponding to various aspects of the invention, can be impregnated with a liquid, which can be selected any absorbed solution in wipes, which makes them ″ wet ″. The liquid inside the wet wipes may contain any suitable components providing the desired cleaning properties. For example, such components may include water, emollients, surfactants, preservatives, chelating agents, pH buffers, flavors or combinations of these substances. In addition, liquid cosmetics, ointments, and / or other medications may be in the liquid. The amount of fluid inside each wet wipe may vary depending on the type of material used to make the wet wipe, as well as the type of liquid used, the modification of the container selected to store the stack of wet wipes, and the desired end use of the wet wipe. In general, for improved wiping, each wet wipe may contain liquid in an amount of about 15-600 wt.%, Calculated based on the dry weight of the wipe, and preferably in an amount of about 200-400 wt.%.
Thus, various aspects and features of the invention allow the construction of containers intended for napkins and, compared with conventional containers of this purpose and format, providing improved storage and dispensing. The offered containers are especially suitable for dispensing wipes for caring for babies, since, while caring for a baby, a person in a typical situation has only one hand free while changing a diaper. Packaging means for napkins (including wet ones) in accordance with the invention are reliably and easily opened with one hand of a user or a person serving him, which creates additional comfort and increases the level of personal hygiene, as it is more convenient to hold a napkin in the dispensing

The functioning of the dispensing partition with a concave portion can be assessed by demonstrating the reliability of the dispensing device. To illustrate the improved dispensing partition, the feeds through it and through a conventional flat dispensing partition were compared.
To determine feed efficiency, the containers described herein (i.e., containers with a concave dispensing partition) were tested together with containers having a flat dispensing partition. To calculate the failure rate, three separate stacks of 42 Kleenex® COTTONELLE FRESH® Folded Wipes, commercially available by the applicant (Kimberly-Clark Corporation, USA), were manually pulled out of the container. In these individual feet were three sets or sets, each of which contained 14 napkins connected by perforations, each subsequent set being attached with adhesive tape. A feed failure included a break, falling back or pulling out several napkins at once. A gap was considered to be a gap of the napkin when it was pulled through the partition. The fall back is the subsequent fall of the napkin back into the internal volume of the container. Pulling several napkins at once refers to the situation when more than one napkin was pulled out of the container during a single jerk. Each time any of these actions occurred, a feed failure was counted. The percentage of feed failures was calculated as the number of such failures divided by the number of napkins in the foot.
5,7%.From the data of the Table it follows that, compared with containers having a flat dispensing partition, the described containers with a concave dispensing partition have fewer dispensing failures and exhibit a level of such failures of about 5.7%.
