Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of ecology, in particular to methods of waste disposal in the production of sanitary products, by separating the adsorbent from waste for reuse and using the remaining waste as a substrate for growing environmentally friendly mushrooms.
патент US №5104047, кл. В02С 23/18, 14.04.1992).A known method for the disposal of solid waste, including grinding materials, separating materials into materials lighter than water and heavier than water and separating solid waste in a centrifuge (see US patent No. 5104047, CL 02/23, 04/14/1992).
This method of disposal is very time-consuming and energy-intensive, which narrows the scope of its use.
патент US №5429311, кл. В02С 19/12, 04.07.1995).Closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a method for the disposal of diapers, gaskets and similar sanitary-hygienic products, which consists in the fact that cellulose is separated from the product containing cellulose, sorbent and polymeric materials (see US patent No. 5429311, cl B02C 19/12, 07/04/1995).
This method allows you to divide the waste of sanitary products into cellulose and polymeric materials. However, this method does not allow to isolate the most expensive component — the adsorbent — from sanitary-hygienic products, and also to create fractions that are practically ready for reuse from the components obtained by separation, which narrows the possibilities of this disposal method.
A01G 1/04, 27.08.2008).The closest in terms of substrate for growing mushrooms is a substrate for growing mushrooms containing waste cellulose (see patent RU No. 2332005, CL A01G 1/04, 08/27/2008).
This substrate allows you to grow mushrooms, however, for their cultivation requires the use of cellulose of complex composition and the addition of a whole number of components to it in a strictly defined ratio, namely, the following composition is proposed: straw of winter crops 58-61; buckwheat husk 29-31; slaked lime enriched with magnesium 2.5-3.5; gypsum 0.4-0.6; beer grains - the rest. All this leads to a complication of the technology of preparation of the substrate, which makes it less attractive.
The task to which the invention is directed is the unification of the processes of recycling diapers, pads and similar sanitary-hygienic products and creating a substrate for growing mushrooms.
The technical result consists in the possibility of simplifying the technology for the disposal of sanitary and hygienic products while simultaneously forming a substrate for growing mushrooms.
This problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the method of disposal of diapers, pads and similar sanitary-hygienic products consists in the fact that the product containing cellulose, granular adsorbent and polymeric materials is pre-crushed into particles with a maximum size of 5 to 20 mm, then particles from 0.5 to 1 mm in size, mainly granular adsorbent, in particular sodium polyacrylate, and the remaining crushed mixture of mate are separated from the obtained particles on a vibrating screen ialov consisting of a mixture of cellulose, polymeric materials and residues granular adsorbent is used as bulk material or in blocks or formed into tape and used as the substrate for growing mushrooms.
В части субстрата как объекта изобретения указанная задача решается, а технический результат достигается за счет того, что субстрат для выращивания грибов содержит отходы целлюлозы, при этом он дополнительно содержит полимерные материалы и гранулированный адсорбент, преимущественно полиакрилат натрия, при следующем соотношении компонентов (мас.%):In the part of the substrate as an object of the invention, this problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the substrate for growing mushrooms contains waste cellulose, while it additionally contains polymeric materials and granular adsorbent, mainly sodium polyacrylate, in the following ratio of components (wt.% ):
причем субстрат выполнен в виде смеси частиц указанных выше компонентов с максимальным размером частиц от 5 до 20 мм.moreover, the substrate is made in the form of a mixture of particles of the above components with a maximum particle size of 5 to 20 mm
In the production process of sanitary-hygienic products, in particular diapers, gaskets and similar products, it is necessary to dispose of scrap and residues that form during the production process, which contain valuable, and often quite expensive, in particular granular adsorbent materials. At the same time, it is important not only to return to production at least part of the components, primarily unused granular adsorbent, but also to minimize environmental pollution. It is widely known (see, for example, US patent 5925439, class A61F 13/15, 07/20/1999) that such hygiene products are made using cellulose, polymeric materials and granular adsorbent. Moreover, part of the granular adsorbent is fixed on the surface of the material forming the cavity for the granular adsorbent. Therefore, during disposal, difficulties arise for the extraction of this part of the granular adsorbent.
At the same time, studies have shown that it is possible to create a substrate for growing mushrooms from the remains of sanitary products after separating most of the granular adsorbent contained in them. In this case, there is no need to separate the remaining residues, which after grinding disposed of sanitary-hygienic products can be used in the form that they have after separation of the granular adsorbent. Considering that the size of the adsorbent granules is known and, as a rule, does not exceed 0.5-1 mm, it is possible to create a simple and at the same time efficient recycling method that allows you to simultaneously obtain granular adsorbent for reuse and prepare from waste a substrate that is completely ready for growing mushrooms . For this, it is only necessary, as the experiments showed, to grind the disposable sanitary and hygienic products to a particle size of 5 to 20 mm, then it remains only to separate the particles of granular adsorbent from 0.5 to 1 mm in size from a vibrating screen. Further, blocks are formed from the obtained crushed particles, for example, in the form of briquettes or ribbons that are completely ready for growing mushrooms, it is also possible to pack the remainder in bags for use as a bulk substrate. It remains only to place the resulting substrate in an appropriate container and begin to grow mushrooms. At the same time, the proposed recycling technology makes it possible to produce a substrate that, during the course of the research, has the optimal composition of the substrate indicated above, and the above ratios of the components allow maintaining the required moisture content of the substrate throughout the entire mushroom growing cycle without using additional devices for watering and feeding mushrooms in the process from growing. Thus, a sufficiently sanitary product containing cellulose, granular sorbent and polymeric materials should be pre-crushed into particles with a maximum size of 5 to 20 mm, then particles from 0.5 to 1 mm in size, mainly granular, should be separated from the resulting particles on a vibrating screen. sorbent, in particular sodium polyacrylate, and the remaining crushed mixture of materials, consisting of a mixture of cellulose, polymeric materials and granular sorbent residues, to form into blocks or tapes that are ready for use as a substrate for growing mushrooms. If necessary, adjust the resulting composition of the substrate to the above optimal composition.
It turned out to be unexpected that such a substrate can increase productivity when growing mushrooms, i.e. due to the optimal conditions for growing mushrooms, the growing process is accelerated, and the appearance of mushrooms is possible for 14-17 days, while the yield also increases.
Thus, the method described above makes it possible to almost completely utilize waste and defective sanitary and hygienic products and return most of the granular adsorbent to recycling.
