Description

The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to dry building mixes, and can be used in industrial and civil engineering as a grout to fill the gaps between the edges of ceramic or glass tiles for floors and walls to concrete, brick cement-sand and others types of surfaces indoors and outdoors.
Known dry building mixture, including Portland cement, aggregate and expanding additive of the following composition, wt. %: volcanic rock 40-60, gypsum 18-28, dolomite 2-7, plasticizer -3, silica fume - the rest, with the following ratio of components: Portland cement 10-25, aggregate 50-80, expanding additive 10-25 (see patent RU 2079462, class С04В 28/00, publ. 05.20.1997).
Closest to the invention is a dry building mixture containing a binder, aggregate and modifying additive, consisting of silica fume, plasticizer, dolomite or limestone flour, as well as water-soluble cellulose ether, a dispersion powder in the form of polyvinyl acetate or acrylic copolymers in the following ratio of components of the modifying additive, wt . %: silica fume - 0.1-30.0, plasticizer - 0.5-3.0, dolomite or limestone flour - 40-92.0, water-soluble cellulose ether - 0.1-3.0, redispersion powder in the form of copolymers polyvinyl acetate or acrylate - 0.3-24.0, and the filler includes, by weight. %: quartz sand 99.9-85.0 with a fineness modulus of Mkr not more than 1.5 and dust-like quartz 0.10-15.0, with the following ratio of mixture components, wt. %: binder - 25-36, filler - 55-74, modified additive - 1.0 - 10.0 (see patent RU 2204540, CL 04B 28/00, publ. 05.20.2003).
A common main disadvantage of the known mixtures is their unsuitability for use as a trowel mixture.
The objective of the invention is the expansion of the resource base. The technical result consists in providing the possibility of using the invention as a grouting mixture while reducing the abrasion of the resulting dry building mixture and its cost, improving the environment through the disposal and use of defective ceramic products.
The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that the dry mortar, including a binder, mineral filler and modifying additives, additionally contains ground fired ceramics, in the following ratio of mixture components, wt. %: binder 30-45, ground fired ceramics 10-30, cellulose ether 0.05-0.1, redispersible powder 0.55-1.0, air-entraining additive up to 0.2, setting accelerator up to 1.0, water-repellent additive 0.4-0.8, antibacterial additive up to 0.2, pigment up to 5.0 , mineral filler - the rest. As ground fired ceramics can be used and / or ground porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, earthenware, porcelain. The fraction size of the ground fired ceramic is preferably from 0.1 to 1 mm. Portland cement may be used as a binder. Ground marble is preferably used as the mineral filler.
In the existing industrial production of ceramic products: porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, sanitary ware made of earthenware and porcelain, etc., in the process of creating high-quality products that meet GOST and other regulatory documents in terms of their technical characteristics, a part of the products is formed, which according to its technical characteristics complies with these regulatory documents, however, in appearance and size it does not correspond to the presentation (defect). This part of the product may have chips, cracks, roughness on the surface, not quite accurate dimensions, etc. This part of the product is not used due to the loss of presentation, despite the fact that it is a high-quality product in terms of composition.
The invention is aimed at creating a dry building mixture, which uses fired ceramic products (for example, ceramic granite, ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, faience, porcelain, etc.), which are substandard products of the corresponding industries. The proposed dry building mixture contains a binder, mineral filler, modifying additives and ground fired ceramic products (for example, ceramic granite, ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles, faience, porcelain, etc.). It was experimentally obtained that the composition with the following ratio of components, wt. %:
Astringent 30-45

Cellulose ether 0.05-0.1
Redispersible powder 0.55-1.0

For this, the substandard calcined ceramic products listed above are crushed, classified and fractions from 0.1 to 1.0 mm are used. At the same time, the obtained ground fired ceramics has increased strength.
For example, ground marble is used as a mineral filler, Portland cement is used as a binder, and redispersible powder is used as a modifying additive to give the mixture high adhesion properties, cellulose ether, which helps to increase water retention, an air-entraining additive (for example, Elotex), an accelerator setting (for example, calcium formate), a water-repellent additive (for example, Seal 80 Elotex), an antibacterial additive (for example, Acticide SR) and a pigment that gives the desired color to the grout and. Other additives may be used to give additional properties to the resulting mixture.
The solution mixture is prepared as follows. Water is poured into a convenient container and, with constant stirring, the dry mortar mixture is poured to a working consistency, kept for several minutes, then a layer of the mixture is applied in the gap between the tiles and cleaned flush with the surface of the tile using a spatula or other tool. The time of use of the solution is about 2 hours.
Comparative tests of the proposed mixture and the prototype showed that the abrasion of the resulting dry building mixture is reduced due to the increased strength of the used fired ceramic (the strength on the MOSSA scale is 1.5-2 times greater than the strength of ground marble), the raw material base is expanded (it becomes possible to use fired ceramic up to 30%), the environment improves and the cost price (up to 10%) of the obtained dry mix is reduced through the use of fired ceramics (marriage in the manufacture of ceramic products).
