SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to buildings for livestock management, primary treatment and processing of production. The modular cowshed comprises premises for cows, calving and calf rearing, storage and preparation of feed, for the milking parlor with milk house and a laboratory for the ventilation chamber, and manure storage located separately. Part of the premises is presented as technological modules as part of the production, milking and feed-producing, united in monoblock or cowshed, as well as reclamation of manure, effluent and feed wastes, dedicated to the separate premises. The feed-producing module is docked with the production module to form a single feed passage. On either side of the feed passage within the feed-producing module there are facilities for storage and preparing components of feed mixture for animals. The vestibule walls of the cowshed in the end of the building and the wall of the milking module is made with the ability of dismantling and subsequent docking with additional parts of production and milking modules with an increase in the number of animals.
EFFECT: process of expanding of the farm with an increase in the number of animals is simplified, the process of manufacture of products is simplified.

Description

The invention relates to agricultural production and buildings for keeping animals, primary processing and processing of products and can be used in personal subsidiary and farms.

A building for keeping animals is known according to the copyright certificate SU No. 1435741 A1, E04H 5/08, published on 11/07/1988, containing a coating, external and internal longitudinal wall fencing, the last of which the building is divided into premises for calves located near the external longitudinal wall fences, and a room for cows placed along the central longitudinal axis of the building with longitudinal main collectors of the manure removal system, the cages being installed close to the inner wall fences, made to a height cows, and the room for calves is equipped with additional longitudinal collectors located under the cages at the internal longitudinal wall fencing and connected to the main longitudinal collectors through inclined closed channels laid under the internal longitudinal wall fencing.

Its disadvantages are the unsatisfactory ecological cleanliness of the territory, the difficulty of resizing with an increase in the number of animals and the fragmentation of workshops and points for milking and primary processing of milk, milking animals, calving them, preparing feeds, storing and processing manure and manure, which complicates and increases the cost of production .

Also known is the barn of a family farm for 25 cows with a completed production cycle according to the standard project 801-VAP-75-90 [Vinogradov PN, Erokhina LP, Murusidze DN Design and technological solutions of small farms for the production of milk and beef. - M.: Kolos S, 2008 .-- 120 s. (textbook, pp.41-43)], containing a stall, a dairy, an engine room, a dispensary, a feed preparation room, storage rooms for concentrated feed and root crops and a vestibule located on both sides of the central passage of the barn for the feeder.

The disadvantages of this barn are the inability to ensure environmental cleanliness, resizing when increasing the number of animals and the fragmentation of the objects of processing products and feed.

The closest solution to the proposed invention is a cowshed in the form of a block of industrial buildings of a family farm for 50 box cows according to the standard project 801-01-119.92 [Vinogradov PN, Erokhina LP, Murusidze DN Design and technological solutions of small farms for the production of milk and beef. - M.: Kolos S, 2008 .-- 120 s. (textbook, pp. 45-47)], containing a room for cows, a room for calving and keeping calves, a milking parlor with a Tandem installation, storage rooms for feed, a vacuum pump, dairy, a laboratory, an electric pump, a ventilation chamber, and a parking for equipment with a canopy, as well as a separate manure storage.

Its disadvantages are the difficulty of expanding the farm and increasing the number of animals, environmental degradation, the absence of a feed shop and insufficiently deep processing of manure and sewage into fertilizers.

The objective of the invention is to increase the environmental cleanliness of production in the barn, providing the possibility of resizing when increasing the number of livestock and deeper processing and processing of products.

The problem is solved in that the cowshed containing rooms for cows for calving and raising calves, a milking parlor, storage rooms for feed, a vacuum pump, dairy, laboratory, an electric pump, a ventilation chamber and a parking for equipment with a canopy, as well as a separate manure storage, made in the form of a set of technological modules: production, milking and dairy, feed preparation and disposal of manure, sewage and waste feed, with the possibility of varying their location relative to each other, changes size when increasing or decreasing the farm’s capacity on the basis of this barn when changing its operating conditions, the first three of these modules are combined in a monoblock, and the manure disposal module is allocated in a separate building. The walls of the vestibule of the barn in its end are made with the possibility of dismantling and docking with an additional production module with increasing livestock, while the milking and milk module also has a removable wall opposite the production module of the building end to increase the length of the milking and milk module and the number of milking machines of the installation located at this removable end wall, and the feed preparation module is docked with the production with the formation of a single aft passage. The manure utilization module includes the areas of accumulation of manure before its processing, production of concentrated organic fertilizers and their storage.

The invention is illustrated by drawings: figure 1 shows a farm plan based on a modular barn; figure 2 is a plan of a modular barn with environmentally friendly milk production technology; figure 3 is a section aa of the barn in figure 2; figure 4 is a diagram of a module for the disposal of manure; figure 5 is a variant of the expansion of the production module with an increase in the number of cows; Fig.6 is a diagram of the expansion of the milking and dairy module and the increase of milking machines in it; 7 is a diagram of the docking of the feed preparation module with the production module.

The modular barn with environmentally friendly milk production technology (Fig. 1) on the farm plan is represented by the “architectural” block 1 of the premises for keeping animals, milking, storage and preparation of feed mixtures, a platform 2 for storing and treating manure and a module for disposing of manure 3, sewage and feed waste into concentrated organic fertilizers (KOU, for example, Agro-Kor brand). These buildings are interconnected by paved roads.

The building of the barn (Fig. 2) represents a set of technological modules: production 4, milking-milk 5 and fodder 6. The set of these modules allows you to vary with their location relative to each other, to reduce or increase the power of the farm based on this barn when changing the operating conditions of the object. All modules are single-story.

In the barn a stream-workshop system of milk production is adopted, in which animals, depending on age and physiological condition, are formed into technological groups and placed in specialized workshops of production module 4.

This module includes workshop 7 (FIGS. 2 and 3) for dairy cows, divided into several sections of their loose housing, room 8 (FIG. 2) for dry cows of also loose housing, room 9 (FIGS. 2 and 3) for deep-shelled cows and heifers (10 days before calving) of tethered content. In the center of the module there is a section 10 (Fig. 2) for keeping newborn cows, stalls 11 for calving and calf-dispensary 12, as well as a section 13 for automatic control of the herd. On one side of the module building are sections 14, 15 and 16 for the loose housing of young animals of different ages. Walking areas 17 and 18 for cows and young animals adjoin the main room of the module on the longitudinal sides. Between the platforms for young animals there is a canopy 19 for equipment.

The building of the milking and dairy module 5 adjoins the middle part of the production module 4 with the milking unit 20 installed in it, for example, the UDA-8A brand, located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the module 4. Two milking stations 21 are located at the milking unit for driving cows to the milking machine and releasing them after milking, followed by run into the barn. Here is located block 22 recognition of animals in the system of recording their productivity. This module includes: a vacuum pump room 23, a milk department 24 with equipment for the primary processing and processing of part of the milk milk, a washing department 25, a boiler room 26 for warm process water, a dairy laboratory 27, a ventilation chamber 28, an electrical panel 29, a shower room 30 and a toilet 31.

At the end of the production module 4 there is a feed preparation module 6. The animals are fed with full-feed mixtures, compiled in accordance with the average productivity or growth and phase of the biological cycle of animals of each technological group. Preparation of feed is carried out using a grinding unit, for example, the brand "Dose KK-1". Preparation of feed mixtures, delivery and distribution are carried out by a mobile mixer-feeder, for example, ISRK-12G brand.

At the other end of the production module 4, there is an artificial insemination laboratory 32, a zoo vet processing section 33, and a veterinary pharmacy 34.

Manure is removed from sections of dairy and dead cows by a scraper installation, for example TSG-250, and from sections for calves in a dispensary and young animals, by a circular scraper conveyor, for example TSN-160. Periodically 3-4 times a day, these conveyors are switched on and feed the manure into the transverse channel, where sewage and fodder waste also fall. A transverse conveyor is installed here, for example, a KNSh screw type. The manure is fed to the manure loader (for example, ZNSh) for collection in removable containers.

A bulldozer, for example, BN-F-2.5-1, is used to clean walking yards.

Manure is accumulated at sites 2 (FIG. 1) for aging during decontamination and drying, from where it is fed to the module for disposal of manure 3 into solid organic fertilizers. It has a plot (Fig. 4) of accumulation 35, calculated, for example, for a one-month storage of raw solid organic fertilizers, a plot for the production of concentrated organic fertilizers (KOU) 36 and a storage and storage section for finished products (KOU) 37. In the production of KOU, the initial the product is loaded into the hopper, the conveyor 38 of which it is fed to the compost chopper 39 and loaded into the hopper-catcher 40 of the crushed manure, from where it is fed with α-additives (up to 3%) to the bioreactors 41, which are operated alternately. After the bioreactors, the mass is fed into the intermediate hopper 42 and then to the separator 43, from where it enters the finished product storage hopper 44. Then the finished product in the form of KOU is fed into the filling apparatus 45 and the conveyor 46 is unloaded for storage in the storage and storage section of the finished product 37 feed preparation module 6.

With an increase in the number of animals, the production module 4 (figure 5) is joined at the end with an additional production module 47 (for example, 25 cows). To this end, the walls 48 and 49 of the vestibule 50 of the production module 4 are removable with the possibility of dismantling when such a connection is made, which allows to increase the length and capacity of the production module.

The milking unit 20 (Fig. 6) is located near the end wall 51 of the milking and milk module 5 so that the trench 52 of this installation for milkmaid operation is perpendicular to the production module 4. The specified end wall 51 of the milking and milk module 5 is removable with the possibility of further increasing the construction the length of this module and the installation of an additional number of milking machines 53 when increasing the number of cows served by the milking machine.

The dairy department 24 (Fig.6) of the milking and dairy module 5 is equipped with equipment for receiving, cleaning, pasteurizing, separating, cooling and storing the milk received in the bloodstream and, for example, milk received from the population of the village, at the same time fulfilling the role of a milk collection point, up to sending to a dairy or for sale in a distribution network.

The feed preparation module 6 of the barn is docked with the production module 4 (Fig. 7) so that its aft passage 54 constitutes a continuation of the feeding passage 55 of the production module 4 and forms a single passage with it for the mobile feeder. Within the feed preparation module 6, on both sides of its feed passage 54, storage areas 56 and processing 57 components of the feed mixture are located.

Claims (4)

1. A modular barn with environmentally friendly milk production technology, containing premises for cows, calving them and raising calves, for a milking parlor, storage and preparation of feed, a milking parlor with a dairy and a laboratory, for a ventilation chamber and a separate manure storage, some of these premises are represented technological modules as part of the production, milking and dairy and feed preparation, combined in a monoblock or barn, as well as the disposal of manure, sewage and waste feed allocated to the department A different room, characterized in that the feed preparation module is docked with the production module with the formation of a single feed passage, on both sides of which within the feed preparation module there are rooms for storing and preparing the components of the feed mixture for animals, and the walls of the vestibule platform at the end of the building opposite the feed preparation module , and the wall opposite the production module of the milking-milk module, made removable with the possibility of dismantling them and subsequent joints ki with additional parts of the production and milking-milk modules with an increase in the number of animals.
