SUBSTANCE: device for application of advertising materials, by which the advertising material is rolled to irregular surfaces, enables to fix, adjust, create a lever and roll on or stick the advertising material on the predetermined size to the selected surface, consisting in the fact that it comprises a reciprocating mechanism of the guillotine, clearly secured at a given point, the guillotine is located inside the metal frame of the plates with the ability to clearly limited movement up and down, over the guillotine a clamping platform is fixed, connected by hinges to the frame of the device, that creates a lever for increased pressure on the guillotine, the frame is mounted on a metal platform-base, in the centre of which an opening is made for the guillotine, the platform-base from below is attached to the replaceable lock of the furrows of a given size, on the right of the frame there is a metal separator of the material having a cavity to the centre of the base for the entry of material under the guillotine.

EFFECT: increased productivity of the process and improved quality of the applied image.

Description

The invention relates to advertising devices and may find applications for advertising on uneven surfaces. The technical result is an increase in the quality and productivity of the process of applying materials. The device comprises a guillotine located inside vertical metal plates, a base metal plate with a slot for guillotine passage, a movable metal platform on top with loops for pressing the guillotine, which uniformly presses the material into a given plane through the base slot. In the middle part there is a separator of materials from the metal composite in the form of a corner through which the material passes, separating into the adhesive part and the substrate. Bottom of the base plate there is a removable gear lock made of polyvinyl chloride to hold the device in a given plane during application of the material. The device is mounted on metal corners and has the shape of a rectangle. Fig.1, Fig.2, Fig1.

The invention relates to tools for applying advertising materials and can be used for gluing internal surfaces in cavities having an in-depth geometric shape, for example an escalator stage, a travelator.

A known method of applying advertising materials to various surfaces using a tool for working with films Squeegee polymer.

However, this tool does not allow to evenly distribute the pressure force on the adhered material, as a result of which the image is distorted and displaced from the specified application point. For deep surfaces, the squeegee cannot be used. There are no other known tools for this type of advertising material.

A device for applying advertising materials provides a uniform distribution of pressure across the entire width of the applied material in one click, which allows you to step-by-step without distortion and bias to apply advertising images to deep surfaces. The speed and quality of the process of applying promotional materials is increasing.

The technical result of the proposed device is to increase the productivity of the process and improve the quality of the applied image.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the device for applying advertising materials contains a reciprocating mechanism of the guillotine, clearly fixed at a given point. The guillotine is located inside the metal frame of the plates with the possibility of clearly limited movement up and down. A clamping platform is fixed above the guillotine, connected by loops to the device frame, creating a lever for increased pressure on the guillotine. The frame is mounted on a metal base platform, in the center of which there is a hole for the guillotine. A removable retainer made of furrows of a given size is attached to the base platform from below. To the right of the frame is a metal material separator having a cavity to the center of the base for the material to enter under the guillotine.

This embodiment of the proposed device creates the possibility of a clear deposition of materials due to the uniform distribution of pressure on the material in a given plane.

The device can be used as a hand tool for rolling and gluing uneven surfaces with various advertising materials. The technical result consists in increasing the productivity and ease of applying the material to a hard-to-reach surface.

The proposed device operates as follows.

The material is pressed by the movable clamping platform 5 to the opening in the base platform 7. It is rolled onto the surface by manually pressing the movable clamping platform 5 by entering the guillotine 3 into a predetermined surface area. The mechanism is released from fixation 8 and stepwise transferred to the next part of the surface, the cycle resumes.

The mechanism allows for the minimum amount of time to apply advertising materials to places where it is impossible to do this manually. The invention was tested (see Fig. 1), an excellent result was obtained.

Thus, the proposed device provides a technical effect, which consists in improving the quality of the applied images and the productivity of the process of applying them. The device can be manufactured and used using means and materials known in the art.

Therefore, the proposed device has industrial applicability.

A device for applying advertising materials, by means of which the advertising material is rolled onto uneven surfaces, allows you to fix, align, create a lever and roll or glue the specified size advertising material to the selected surface, which consists in the fact that it contains a reciprocating guillotine mechanism, clearly fixed at a given point, the guillotine is located inside the metal frame of the plates with the possibility of clearly limited movement up and down, a clamp is fixed above the guillotine the second platform, connected by loops to the device frame, creating a lever for increased pressure on the guillotine, the frame is mounted on a metal base platform, in the center of which there is a hole for the guillotine, a removable retainer made of furrows of a given size is attached to the base platform from the bottom, to the right of the frame a metal material separator having a cavity to the center of the base for the material to enter under the guillotine.
