SUBSTANCE: one proposes a multifunctional machine for laundry rooms having a body and a frame (11) forming a tightly closed chamber (12) equipped with means (15) for suspension of products being treated (14) such as bedclothes, textiles and clothing articles, with means for dirt removal, washing and rinsing, with means for drying and ironing of the said products suspended in a tightened condition in the said treatment chamber. The means for products suspension have sizes to match variously sized products for retaining them so that their front and back surfaces are separated from each other.

EFFECT: products drying and ironing means are designed in the form of immovable or movable air ducts (independent of sprayers or connected to them) allowing to additionally unfold products due to hot air flows and remove any rivels remaining on the products.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to laundry machines for cleaning and washing linens, fabrics and clothes in general, as well as for final drying and ironing.

State of the art

At least household washing machines are most often designed exclusively for washing bedding, fabrics and clothes (hereinafter referred to simply as garments).

These machines can be of various types and have different loading systems, but in any case, after washing the garments and, possibly, centrifugal drying, you must unload them from the machine, hang them on a dryer and let dry before ironing.

The so-called washing machines with drying are also well known, in which, after washing, the garments are dried with hot air, but they also need to be removed from the machine and then ironed.

However, if it is necessary to remove contaminants from some parts of the garment, this is usually done manually before placing them in the washing machine, often by mashing, which subsequently leads to deterioration of the fabric in the corresponding areas.

Objectives and summary of the invention

One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a machine for use in the aforementioned field, designed to perform many functions, such as sequentially removing contaminants, washing, drying and ironing various types of garments without having to remove them from the machine and collect them between operations and use a dryer or iron .

Another task is to create a multifunctional machine, also capable of removing contaminants in place before washing, not to mention the specific and selective washing of the most contaminated parts of garments, in particular clothing items.

Another objective of the invention is the creation of a multifunctional machine, applicable for effective both wet and dry cleaning using appropriate solvents and, possibly, sterilization of cleaned garments.

One of the additional objectives of the invention is to provide a machine capable of enhancing the effect of removing contaminants using pressurized liquid compositions capable of affecting the processed garments, but without wearing out the fabric, with a reduced consumption of detergent or solvents and, consequently, reduced operating costs.

One of the additional objectives of the invention is to provide a machine for removing contaminants, cleaning, drying and ironing, in which you can set and limit the treatment area, which allows at least to save energy, composition for processing and detergents.

One of the additional objectives of the invention is to provide a machine in which washing occurs under such conditions that the processed garments do not need to be soaked, thereby preventing erosion and color change of colored garments, as well as contamination of the drained detergent composition with coloring materials.

Another additional objective of the invention is to provide a machine for removing contaminants, cleaning, ironing, drying in the form of a module that can be connected with other similar modules, with the possibility of determining their performance, based on the number of garments for cleaning, drying and ironing.

The solution to the above problems and advantages are provided by a machine for cleaning impurities, washing, drying and ironing according to claim 1. Other distinguishing features of the machine are described in the remaining paragraphs, depending on paragraph 1.

Brief Description of the Drawings

figure 4 illustrates several examples of some hangers or patterns for holding various products processed in the machine.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the illustrated example, the machine according to the invention has a housing or frame 11 defining a processing chamber 12 with an access hole located at least in front.

This opening may be hermetically sealed with at least one door, which may also be transparent, which allows you to see the contents of the machine and detect more soiled items that may need to be removed to continue each wash cycle.

At least one compartment 13 is located at the base of the housing or frame 11 to accommodate, although not shown, equipment necessary for the operation of the machine. This equipment includes at least a reservoir connected to a water supply source and an outlet for dirty wash water; detergent bowl; water heating system; circulation water pump; hot air generator and instrumentation.

In the processing chamber 12 formed by the housing or the frame 11, means are provided for hanging the workpieces 14, for example, hangers or templates 15. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 4, the hangers or templates 15 can be disassembled and can also be designed for resizing to fit easily within products of various sizes, and, in principle, can be designed to hang and stretch the product so that its front surface is separated and held at a certain distance apart from the rear surface, as shown in Figure 3, to facilitate washing and subsequent drying. A sprayer 17 is located inside the housing or frame with several nozzles 16 'facing the product side, creating jets of water for washing and rinsing. The sprayer 17 may have a horizontal configuration with the possibility of vertical movement, for example, by means of adjusting cables depending on the products 14 placed in the machine. To ensure a more efficient washing, two horizontal nozzles 17 can be provided with nozzles facing oppositely to each other to be processed. Opposite nozzles can also be vertically configured to move horizontally relative to the workpiece, and alternatively, at least one horizontal atomizer and one vertical atomizer can be provided on one side or on opposite sides, both nozzles being able to move subject to the relevant products.

In any case, for example, water is supplied to the nebulizers using flexible tubes, and the water nozzles can be designed for variable and adjustable pressure depending on the fabric being washed. In addition, all or at least some of the nozzles of each spray can also be rotated in order to further increase the efficiency of the washing process. In addition, nozzles can also be provided for spraying water from the bottom up in the direction of the top and inside of the products in combination with means, if necessary, for moving the products relative to the jets of water.

In addition, the nozzles of one or more nozzles can be arranged in groups, and washing liquid can be supplied to them in order to selectively and specifically use the nozzles of each group, regardless of the nozzles of the other group. In addition, it is advantageous for the treatment chamber 12 to be additionally equipped with one or more rotating spray nozzles 18, 18 'located at the level of the most contaminated areas and directed at them, in particular, the collar and / or cuffs of the product to be washed. These nozzles can be designed, for example, for fan-shaped spraying of liquid, and their rotation can be caused by the flow of the supplied liquid.

The machine described above can be programmed and electronically controlled to perform normal cleaning, washing and rinsing operations with the addition of appropriate cleaning agent, water and detergent, and clean water. As for the washing stage, it may also be possible to program the machine so that the water spray remains directed, stops and acts for a longer time in those areas of the items to be washed that are considered the most contaminated.

This particular processing feature can also be used directly in the machine for cleaning various products or garments with the localized, manual or automatic addition of appropriate solvents. In addition, each specific cleaning and washing can be programmed in such a way that it can be done either manually or automatically by selecting the position, number and pressure of the water spray guns that act from time to time, as well as the corresponding movement of the spray gun or spray guns.

In addition, the processing chamber of the machine can be virtually divided into several zones, while the number of water sprayers can be limited from time to time, and they can be directed only to one or more specific zones in the chamber with the exception of other zones. This is done in order to clarify the area occupied by each product, and thereby be able to wash a single product located in any of the zones of the treatment chamber, without unnecessary waste of water and detergent, rinse water and energy.

After washing and rinsing operations, which may be preceded by localized cleaning, the products are dried in the same machine using hot air coming from the appropriate generator and, possibly, using an electric heater located in the processing chamber. Drying air may be supplied to the treatment chamber and distributed therein by means of appropriate ducts, which may be stationary or movable, or independent of or associated with sprayers. To this end, at least a portion of the rinse water may be collected in the machine tank, and drying air may flow around said water to facilitate condensation of the moisture contained therein.

Ironing of products is carried out simultaneously with their drying due to the fact that the products are already hanging stretched and shaped during the washing process, so they do not wrinkle, while the air flows during drying further straighten the products and remove any remaining wrinkles from the products already straightened with water.

The machine described above can be equipped with a means for carrying out after cleaning, washing, drying and ironing sterilization of products with infrared radiation or using sterilization liquid or steam jets, in the latter case, using the corresponding nozzles or nozzles of the same nebulizers. Finally, the machine described above can be designed as a module for installation next to one or more other modules, possibly inside a common frame, so that from time to time the machines can be tuned to different levels of performance.

Claims

1. A multifunctional laundry machine, comprising:
a case or frame (11) forming a processing chamber (12), which is hermetically sealed and equipped with means (15) for hanging products (14), such as processed bedding, fabrics and garments,
liquid detergent and rinse aid,
drying and ironing means for said products while they are suspended in said processing chamber, characterized in that said means (15) for hanging products (14) have different sizes for products of different sizes and holding each product (14) in such a way that each the product (14) is stretched and its front and rear surfaces are separated from each other, and the drying and ironing means of the mentioned products are made in the form of fixed or movable air ducts, independent of sprayers or associated with them, allowing additional o straighten the specified products due to the flow of hot air and remove any wrinkles remaining on the specified products.

2. Laundry machine according to claim 1, in which the washing liquid is water, and in the housing or frame (11), at least one compartment (13) is provided in which the equipment for supplying, distributing and discharging water is placed, for loading and distribution of detergent for heating water, as well as a hot air generator for drying and ironing products and instrumentation.

Laundry machine according to claim 2, in which the processing chamber (12) is equipped with at least one sprayer (16) with nozzles (16 ') for spraying water in the direction of the processed products, while one sprayer is at least least horizontal or vertical and is able to move depending on the location of products suspended in tension in said processing chamber.

4. Laundry machine according to claim 3, having at least one rotating spray nozzle (18, 18 ') at the level of specific parts of the workpiece, in particular the collar and / or cuffs.

5. Laundry machine according to claim 3 or 4, in which the treatment chamber is equipped with two horizontal sprayers (17) to create jets of water in opposite directions, while the said sprayers are able to move in height relative to the products suspended in the said processing chamber.

6. Laundry machine according to claim 5, in which said sprayers are arranged vertically and are able to move in parallel or independently of each other.

7. Laundry machine according to claim 6, in which the processing chamber (12) is equipped with at least one vertical spray gun capable of moving in the horizontal direction relative to the products suspended in said processing chamber.

8. Laundry machine according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, equipped with a means of providing rotation of at least some of the water nozzles and selectively changing the pressure of the supplied water.

9. Laundry machine according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, equipped with means for selectively directing and stopping at least some of the water jets in line with some parts of the processed products.

10. Laundry machine according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, in which each sprayer has a group of spray nozzles for selective or simultaneous use.

11. Laundry machine according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, having at least one nozzle for manually or automatically spraying liquid to remove contaminants on specific parts of the workpiece.

12. Laundry machine according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, having a means of programming various operating cycles by selecting the number or movement of the sprayers and the pressure of the wash water, as well as the drying and ironing time in the processing chamber.

13. Laundry machine according to claim 1, having a means of supplying a liquid composition for dry cleaning and a means of collecting and reusing the liquid composition.

14. Laundry machine according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 13, in which the housing or frame (11) is closed by at least a front transparent door.
