At the same time between the cover and the radiator there is a sealing ring, besides, the cover, the radiator and the diffuser are installed to form an explosion-proof enclosure.

Description

The invention relates to lighting equipment, in particular to explosion-proof luminaires with an LED light source, operated in rooms and outdoor installations having an explosive atmosphere by mixtures of gases, vapors.

In particular, the luminaire is intended for operation in outdoor installations and at facilities or in premises with difficult working conditions, including oil refineries and chemical plants, oil and gas production platforms, gas stations, workshops and areas with explosive atmospheres.

An explosion-proof lamp is known, consisting of the main assembly units: a camera with a light source and an input chamber. http://www.goravto.ru, Pendant lamps "VZG-200AMS".

The camera with the light source consists of a cover and a housing made of aluminum alloy, a glass cap made of durable heat-resistant glass, a lamp holder, a protective net and a reflector. A metallized gasket is installed between the housing and the hood. The case with a glass cap and gasket is rolled up with a ring of aluminum or steel sheet, making together an integral connection. The input chamber consists of a housing, a cover, a coupling made of aluminum alloy, and a terminal block. The input chamber and the camera with an incandescent lamp are locked with a screw during assembly.

The luminaire can be operated with an incandescent lamp, a DRV lamp and a CFL lamp.

The disadvantages of this design is the use of inefficient light sources, the average duration of which is 1300 hours. The use of a sunset assembly, where in the event of damage to the glass cover, the entire assembly changes completely. The use of a sunset unit does not provide a higher degree of protection against environmental influences.

The closest in technical essence to the described invention is an explosion-proof lamp containing a light source chamber cover, a radiator, a diffuser, a threaded ring, a power board and an LED board, a sealing ring, a terminal block and a cable entry connected to the light source cover. The disadvantages of the prototype are the low heat exchange efficiency of the radiator with the environment and the complexity of its manufacture.

The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of heat exchange of the radiator with the environment, simplifying its manufacture and increasing the maintainability and reliability of the lamp as a whole.

The technical result of the invention is to increase maintainability, reliability of assembly, safety of the structure, increasing the degree of protection from the environment to IP65 according to GOST 14254.

The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the explosion-proof lamp contains a light source chamber cover, a radiator, a diffuser, a threaded ring, a power board and an LED board, a sealing ring, a terminal block, and a cable entry connected to the light source cover when this new is that the radiator is made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve with external fins and with an internal partition, on one side of which an LED board is installed, and on the same side is sealed a diffuser made of heat-resistant light-stabilizing polycarbonate is mounted, pressed to the end of the cylindrical sleeve by a threaded ring, and on the other side of the partition there is a power board filled in by the heat-conducting compound in the casing and closed from the corresponding end of the sleeve by the lid of the light source chamber with the formation of a cavity, between the cover and the radiator an o-ring is installed, with the cap, radiator and diffuser mounted to form an explosion-proof shell.

The technical result is also achieved due to the fact that the cable entry is made in the form of an input chamber, consisting of a housing, a cover and a threaded sleeve with a pipe thread made of aluminum alloy, while the terminal block is installed in the input chamber, moreover, to seal the cable in the input chamber rubber pads installed

The technical result is also achieved due to the fact that the cable entry is made in the form of a junction box, into which two unions with a nut are screwed opposite, and the terminal block is installed in the same cavity with the power board, and an additional terminal block is installed in the junction box.

The indicated technical result was achieved through the use of an LED light source, the burning time of which is 100,000 hours, a diffuser made of durable light-stabilizing polycarbonate, the use of a sealing ring between the radiator and the cover and the simplicity of the radiator design, as well as due to the fact that the power board is filled with a heat-conducting compound in an easily removable a special casing, in case of failure of the power board it is easy to replace it with a new one, and that an LED board is used, which in case of failure It is easily dismantled and replaced with a new one.

The explosion-proof lamp includes a cover 1 for the light source chamber, a radiator 2, a diffuser 3, a threaded ring 4, a power board 5 and an LED board 6, a sealing ring 7, a terminal block 8, and a cable entry connected to the cover 1 of the light source. In this case, the radiator 2 is made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve with an external finning and with an internal partition 9, on one side of which an LED board 6 is installed, and on the same side a diffuser 3 is made of heat-resistant light-stabilizing polycarbonate, pressed against the end of the cylindrical sleeve by a threaded ring 4, and on the other side of the partition 9, a power board 5 is installed, which is poured by the heat-conducting compound 10 into the casing 11 and closed from the corresponding end of the sleeve by the lid 1 of the light source chamber to form we have cavities 12, and a sealing ring 7 is installed between the cover 1 and the radiator 2. The cover 1, the radiator 2, and the diffuser 3 are installed with the formation of an explosion-proof shell.

Also, the cable entry can be made in the form of an input chamber, consisting of a housing 13, a cover 14 and a threaded sleeve 15 with a pipe thread made of aluminum alloy, while the terminal block 8 is installed in the input chamber, and for sealing the cable in the input chamber rubber gaskets 16. Depending on the type of wiring:

- with ring cuts with diameters of 8, 13, 16 mm for the cable;

- with three holes for the wire.

In addition, the cable entry can be made in the form of a junction box 19, into which two nipples 17 with a nut 18 are opposed screwed, and a terminal block 8 is installed in one cavity 12 with a power board 5, and an additional terminal block 20 is installed in the junction box 19.

The cover 1 with the radiator 2 are made of aluminum alloy and are connected by four screws 21, forming a cylindrical flameproof connection.

Preparation of the lamp for work

Mains connection, pipe cable entry:

- remove the threaded sleeve 15, the cover 14;

- depending on the diameter of the cable used, cut openings in the gasket 16 according to the existing notches, ensuring a tight cable entry;

- put on the cable sleeve 15 and the gasket 16;

- pull the cable through the holes in the housing 13 and connect it to the contacts of the pads 8;

- install and tighten the sleeve 15 so as to ensure sealing of the gasket 16 and the cable;

- install the cover 14 in the housing 13.

Network connection with direct cable entry:

- unscrew the nut 18 of the fitting 17;

- put nut 18 on the cable;

- pull the cable through the fitting 17 and connect it to the contacts of the pads 8;

- Install and tighten the nut 18 so that the cable is sealed.

Installation of fixtures at the facility is carried out on a pipe with a G3 / 4-B thread, on a profile with two M6 bolts.

Claims (3)

1. Explosion-proof lamp, comprising a light source chamber cover, a radiator, a diffuser, a threaded ring, a power board and an LED board, a sealing ring, a terminal block and a cable entry connected to the light source cover, characterized in that the radiator is made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve with external fins and with an internal partition, on one side of which an LED board is installed, and on the same side a diffuser made of heat-resistant light-stabilizing polycarbonate is hermetically mounted pressed against the end of the cylindrical sleeve by a threaded ring, and on the other side of the partition a power board is installed, filled with a heat-conducting compound in the casing and closed from the corresponding end of the sleeve by the lid of the light source chamber with the formation of a cavity, and a sealing ring is installed between the cover and the radiator, moreover, the cover, radiator and a diffuser mounted to form a flameproof enclosure.

The lamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the cable entry is made in the form of an input chamber, consisting of a housing, a cover and a threaded sleeve with a pipe thread made of aluminum alloy, while the terminal block is installed in the input chamber, and for sealing the cable rubber pads are installed in the input chamber.

The luminaire according to claim 1, characterized in that the cable entry is made in the form of a junction box, into which two unions with a nut are screwed in opposite, and the terminal block is installed in the same cavity with the power board, and an additional terminal block is installed in the junction box.
