The invention relates to methods for communication, exchange and receipt of information, in particular to methods for obtaining tourist information, and can also be used for virtual travel.

Currently, the implementation of communication methods using server and computer devices, as well as for receiving and exchanging information is well known. In various fields of activity, numerous methods of communication, exchange and obtaining information are used, in particular, obtaining information in the field of tourism and travel. This is explained by the wide scope of applications and the many options for using such methods. At the same time, systems and devices are used that include, as main components, various computer devices containing processors (microprocessors), internal and external memory devices. The latter, especially external memory devices, are computer-readable storage media (computer-readable media) with various purposes and the structure of the data placed on them, including data representing computer program data.

So, technical solutions are known, the implementation of which includes the steps of obtaining information data (data), their identification, processing, storage, creation of new data on the basis of processed data and transforming data within the system (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2372656, IPC G06F 30/00, "System and method for the formation and dissemination of information about goods"; patent for invention of the Russian Federation No. 2249245, IPC G06F 1/00, G06F 19/00, "Method and device for processing data with copyright"). The implementation of these steps is not enough for virtual travel and significantly limits the ability of system communications, because does not provide for communication between users over the Internet.

Technical solutions are also known that allow you to associate system data with certain symbols or signs, including graphic ones, and request data from a computer system by activating these symbols / signs, i.e. use interactive graphics on the monitor screen (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2165641, IPC G06F 17/00, G06F 17/20, “A method for interconnected activation of computer codes in the form of symbols and corresponding image fragments”, patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2331914, IPC G06F 7/00, “Method for generating a random access data stream and corresponding decoding method”, application for invention of the Russian Federation No. 2006122552, IPC G06F 17/30, “Assigning geographic location identifiers to web pages.” These technical solutions They are used for purposes other than communication, data exchange and virtual travel, they have limited functionality for calling data, for communication between users and therefore cannot be fully used for communication, data exchange, virtual travel.

- the inability to edit user data, including their installation, which makes it impossible to create and view virtual travel compositions;

- the inability to sequentially activate sections of the graphic image or symbols on the interactive display with the issuance of relevant data to the output means, as well as the inability to exchange data between users through the system. This makes virtual travel impossible, that is, sequential viewing of data related to various indicated activated sections or symbols, including video and photo images with or without audio accompaniment.

The problem solved by the invention is to remedy these disadvantages and achieve a technical result with respect to improving the technical characteristics of the method, namely:

- expanding the ability to place user data by placing it in accordance with hierarchical and organic structures,

- increase the functionality of the system due to the implementation of the possibilities of editing and editing data,

- improving the functionality of the system by sequentially issuing data by sequentially activating portions of a graphic image or symbols on an interactive display with the issuance of relevant data.

Achieving the above technical result provides the implementation of the purpose of the invention, improving the functional and operational characteristics of the method, eliminating the disadvantages of the above analogues and prototype.

In the course of studying the prior art of ways of making communications and travel, technical solutions were not identified whose essential features coincide with the distinctive essential features of the claimed invention and allow to achieve the claimed technical result. Thus, it is confirmed that there is no known effect of distinctive essential features of the claimed invention on the claimed technical result.

On the other hand, the use of the specified combination of essential features, as well as the distinguishing feature to obtain the claimed technical result does not follow explicitly from the prior art for specialists, because It is not a combination, modification or sharing of information contained in the prior art and / or general knowledge of a specialist.

Indeed, the possibility of virtual travel should not be explicitly followed by the sequential implementation of the distinguishing essential features of the method in the above sequence along with other essential features (abbreviated descriptions of features are provided):

The possibility of virtual travel is understood to mean sequential viewing of video and / or photo images with or without audio accompaniment, as well as montage of video and / or photo images related to specific geographic areas and attractions. The fact is that it is a sequential call of data, and then sequential viewing (including listening, reading) of data or editing made on the basis of these data that makes virtual travel possible, and this is impossible without a structured data placement, etc. to. their search will be difficult, and without linking the data to the areas of the graphic image, because It will be difficult to call the necessary data.

Based on the above arguments regarding the distinguishing features of the invention and their influence on the achieved technical result, it should be noted that the claimed technical solution meets the conditions of an inventive step.

The claimed invention - "A method of implementing communications and virtual travel" - is as follows.

The system of computer devices with which the method of communication and virtual travel is carried out receives data from the user. User data in one way or another relates to the topic of tourism, travel or adventure. The obtained data is identified, i.e. determine whether this user has been registered in the system before. If the user has not previously been registered, he is invited to register. The identified data is marked with a special user code - it personifies, leads to a certain form that allows you to process this data further in the system, including distribution by subject, properties and structure, as well as determine the relationship of data. Some of these works are performed by the user himself with the help of certain forms provided by the system. All data processing is carried out using a processor or processors, memory devices and other computer devices controlled by computer programs (programs). These programs are located on computer-readable media of a computer system. Depending on the amount of information data (data) processed by a computer system (system), it can have a different architecture, including a different number of processors, memory devices, computer-readable media and other devices. The data processed in this way are sent to computer-readable media, where they are placed on named and user-identified areas in accordance with their structure, defined or specified at the formatting stage. The data placement structure takes into account their belonging to a specific user, their subject, properties and relationships with other data.

Then, the placed data is associated with program data responsible for displaying certain sections of the geographical map and / or graphic image and / or list symbols on the monitor in such a way that activating these data causes the corresponding data from the computer-readable medium to be displayed on the monitor and / or other means of output. The processes of identification, personification, formatting, placement and data binding are carried out using processors and memory devices of the system with the participation of computer-readable media under the control of special programs, the data of which are also located on computer-readable media of the system.

Users edit the placed data using the templates available in the system, editors and formatting programs, as well as open data from other users. In particular, it can be video, audio, photo and text data editors, for example Movavi videosuite, Sony Vegas, Sound Forge, Cubase, Photoscape, Word, etc. Based on the personal data available in the system, open personalized data , templates and edited data, users create, with the help of editors, one or another combination of data in such a way that montages, videos or films are combined, united by one plot related to the theme of tourism, travel or adventure. Software implementation of editing and editing processes is also carried out using processors and system memory devices with the participation of computer-readable media under the control of the programs mentioned above. Registered users have the ability to make a sequential request (call) of data placed on computer-readable media. This is done by sequentially activating the data of the programs responsible for graphically displaying portions of the geographic map and / or portions of the graphic image and / or list symbols on the monitor / display. The activation of these programs is carried out using, for example, a monitor cursor. As a result of this, a route of interest to the user is marked on the map, graphic image or list. After that, the user initiates, with a specific command, the issuance of activated data along the entire route, or their announcements, or their table of contents to the output means, in particular to the monitor or display. Sequential viewing (listening, reading) of the issued data allows the user to make a virtual trip or, based on these data, make an installation and view the trip (make a virtual trip) without intervals, as an integral plot. In addition, the user can initiate the delivery of data, depending on the need, to other means of output - printers, plotters, speakers, etc. Unregistered users have the ability to choose a route and only have a limited view of the data. The processes of requesting and issuing data are also carried out using processors, system memory devices, output devices with the participation of computer-readable media under the control of special programs whose data are located on computer-readable media of the system.

Each registered user has the ability to communicate with other users of the system. Users transmit to each other their personalized data or exchange them using system devices. Exchange and data transfer within the system is carried out using electrical lines and / or via the Internet. Data transmission and exchange between users is carried out mainly through the Internet. Data transfer via the Internet is carried out using e-mail, IP-telephony, video, skype, ICQ.

Users, depending on the need and at their discretion, can change the sequence of certain processes, namely the editing, querying and data transfer processes, which allows them to use the system more flexibly.

An example embodiment of the invention

The user is connected to a computer system that implements a method of communication and virtual travel. The system gives the user registration forms for entering personal data and personal information. User fills in registration forms. After filling out the forms, the system marks with a special code the resulting data set and places it on a machine-readable medium in a specially designated and named area for this user's data. After that, the system prompts the user to enter data related to the topic of tourism, travel and adventure. In this case, the author or copyright holder of this data should be the user himself. The user enters the relevant data into the system. User-entered data is placed on the aforementioned named site in accordance with their subject, properties and structure. As a result of this placement, data is organized according to a hierarchical and / or organic structure. The placement structure is organized in such a way that the placed data is automatically associated with a plot of a geographical map or graphic image or a list symbol. Activation of these sections or list symbols using the monitor cursor calls up the corresponding data from sections of computer-readable media onto the monitor.

After placing his data in the system, the user proceeds to edit it. To edit his data, the user can use the editors built into the system. In addition, the system has video templates that the user can embed in their data, stories. The user can also use the open data of other users. Thus, the user edits his materials using the editors of the system, using templates and materials of other users. In the case of connecting a number of materials, the user creates compositions or montages. The user also places the edited or created materials on his site of computer-readable media (on his sections of computer-readable media).

Then the user can take virtual trips. To do this, on the screen of the monitor with the help of the cursor, he sequentially activates (marks) the sections of the geographical map or graphic image or list symbols of interest to him. As a result of this, the travel route is displayed (marked) on the monitor screen. Then, at the user's command, the table of contents and / or announcements of system data related to the marked sections or segments of the route are displayed. The user sequentially selects, calls and views (listens, reads) the data of interest to him and thereby carries out a virtual journey. At the same time, the selected data can be videos, videos, slides, photographs, audio recordings, texts, montages. The selection, recall of data and the beginning of viewing (listening, reading) is carried out with one click (click) of the computer mouse button. From the selected materials (data), the user selects the most interesting ones, creates montages on their basis and then views them. Finally, the user sends his own and liked materials, as well as various suggestions and comments to other users of the system via e-mail, IP-telephony, video, skype, ICQ, built into the system.

The implementation of the invention may also occur with the following particular changes:

- if a registered user connects to the system, then the system identifies him with a password or input data and allows him to the system services;

- a number of system services, such as access to part of the reference and information data, as well as a demo version, are available for unregistered users;

- the user may not initially enter their data related to the topic of tourism, travel and adventure. To use the system, it is enough to enter personal data sufficient for its identification among users of the system;

- if the user is registered, has already entered the necessary data, edited them, then he can immediately proceed to the stage of requesting and issuing data, i.e. virtual travel;

- the user can close his personalized data related to the topic of tourism, travel and adventure, only as a last resort. The vast majority of personalized data is open.

The above example should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. On the contrary, alternatives, modifications and equivalents of the described example are also possible within the scope of the rights set forth in the claims.

The above description of the invention and an example of its implementation confirm the implemented capabilities of the method:

- to expand the ability to place user data by placing it on computer-readable media in accordance with hierarchical and organic structures,

- to improve the functionality of the system due to the implementation of the possibilities of editing and editing data,

- to increase the functionality of the system by sequentially issuing data by sequentially activating portions of the graphic image or symbols on an interactive display with the issuance of relevant data.

These implemented capabilities of the method confirm the achievement of the claimed technical result in the process of carrying out the invention. From the description and example, one can also see the causal relationship of the essential features between themselves and the achieved technical result.

The consistent implementation of the steps of the method of the claimed invention leads to the creation and achievement of new features, the claimed technical solution and the achievement of a new technical result. It is clear that the technical result is not additive, but functional, i.e. obtained as a result of the implementation of new effects that are achievable only through the implementation of all these steps of the method. Therefore, all the essential features of the invention are in functional unity and relationship, which indicates the unity of the invention. It also follows that the achievement of a technical result is possible only when implementing the entire set of essential features, which confirms the technical solution to the problem of carrying out the invention.
