Description

The simplest running gear belongs to the field of mechanical engineering and is intended as a running base for the Universal Crane; Russian patent No. 2359899, Self-propelled multi-function crane for rural settlement; Russian patent No. 2385834, Rotary trench excavator; Russian patent No. 2363817, Multifunctional bulldozer excavator "Russian patent No. 2394964 and a number of other mechanisms for agricultural purposes.

The proposed mechanism is an improvement of the chassis of the well-known invention of the Russian Federation "Multifunctional excavator bulldozer" patent No. 2394964, which contains a control unit with a pump-control unit connected by a pipeline to the waterworks. Equipment for a hydraulic telescopic truck crane, the slewing ring of which provides a circular front of work within the limits of the possibility of telescoping the boom with an attached working body at the end of the crane boom. Attachment movement provides telescoping of the crane boom and a two-way hydraulic cylinder. A stable working position of the units is ensured by a drill cup immersed in the ground with a non-return valve in the bottom of the drill cup.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design of the running gear. The technical result is achieved without compromising its driving performance by eliminating a number of components and parts.

The simplest running device contains a control unit with a pump and control unit connected by a pipeline to hydraulic units 1 (Figs. 1 and 2), tanks for fuel and lubricants 2 (Figs. 1 and 2) and working fluid 3, platform 4, turntable 5, hydraulic lifts with supporting platforms 9, a double-sided hydraulic cylinder 8, and a drill-bearing cup 11, characterized in that the turntable rests on a platform 6, which is connected by struts 7 to a supporting platform 10, on which a double-sided hydraulic cylinder 8 is fixed, in the earrings 8 * of which hydraulic hoists are fixed with supporting pad mi 9, and the bottom of the support platform 10 is connected to the support-drill glass 11.

The invention is illustrated by drawings. Figure 1 is a side view, figure 2 is a rear view. An example of practical application. The device is delivered to the place of work by trailer, and to remote villages by helicopter. The platform of the simplest running gear is compatible with the placement of truck crane equipment and a number of other mechanisms equipped with an additional turntable on the boom end, compatible with a number of attachments for construction and agricultural purposes. Figure 1 shows a stable position in which the drill-supporting cup 11 is immersed in the ground. To perform the movement, it is necessary to direct the working fluid into the piston cavities of the hydraulic lifts 9 until it stops on the ground. With the simultaneous rotation of the support-drill glass 11 until it is removed from the ground. Having directed the working fluid into the left cavity of the double-sided hydraulic cylinder 8, the installation will move to a distance equal to the length of its rod. To continue the movement, it is necessary to raise the support platforms of the hydraulic lifts 9 with the simultaneous movement of the rod of the bilateral hydraulic cylinder 8 in the selected direction and lean the device on the support platforms 9, directing the working fluid into the right cavity of the bilateral hydraulic cylinder 8, the installation will move to a distance within the length of its rod. As a consequence of this, the movement occurs in the position of the mounting support on the hydraulic lifts 8. The choice of the direction of movement is made in the position of the mounting support on the support-drill glass 11 with a rotary circle 5. When operating the simplest running device on soils with permafrost, it is necessary to install a vibrator on the supporting platform 10 . The use of the simplest running gear is advisable at work in which the travel time (change of parking space) is significantly less than the time of productive work. For example, work in quarries, in the development of soil with moving and loading, in the regional layout of sites, when using attachments for harvesting wood, harvesting hay, harvesting melons, storing straw and hay, and fighting forest fires.
