SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery and can be used in production of plowshares of plough for agricultural purposes. The method involves the application of sand-adhesive compositions on the plough-point. To increase the wear resistance and the necessary adhesive ability, on the work surface with thrust recesses of the plough-point the sand-adhesive composition is applied with the following ratio of the masses, parts: epoxide resin 100; polyethylene amine (hardener) 7; quartz sand 50.
EFFECT: invention enables to increase the resources of the plowshare, to ensure increase in the resistance to abrasion wear.

Description

The invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering and tribotechnology, in particular to the manufacture and increase the wear resistance of plowshares operating under conditions of abrasive wear.
There is a method of hardening plow shares by welding reinforcement, in which surfacing on the entire working surface of the part is carried out in the form of rollers parallel to each other, each of which is applied at a rate that ensures the formation of quenching structures after cooling of the previous ones [1].
The closest technical solution, selected as a prototype, is a method in which an increase in the resource of plow shares is carried out by improving the tribological characteristics of the wear area: increase the hardness of the deposited rollers and heat affected zones; the increase in the degree of slipping of abrasive particles on the surface, providing a decrease in the coefficient of friction, which allows to increase the resistance to abrasive wear. In addition, electrode material deposited on the area of probable wear (lateral wear near the field edge and blunting of the sock) compensates for the metal loss of this area of the working surface during operation [2], the dimensions of which depend on the granulometric composition of soils.
The disadvantages of this method are: the impossibility of hardening the entire area of the sock, which on soils of a certain particle size distribution does not provide the necessary resistance of this share to wear. From the operating experience of the plowshares, it follows that near the hardened area lucid wear is formed (Fig. 1), limiting the service life of the part to 18 ... 20 ha.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the resource of the plow share through the use of a composition consisting of an adhesive base and abrasive particles of silica sand and providing increased resistance to abrasive wear of the area on which this composition is applied. An appropriately prepared composition according to the amount of sand and glue applied to the toe of the part will optimize the increase in wear resistance due to the presence of a certain amount of abrasive particles in it according to the type of soil.
The specified technical result is achieved by applying sand-glue abrasion-resistant material to the toe of the ploughshare, on a previously cleaned working surface with pre-cut grooves, which provide increased resistance to shear of the composition during operation.
The claimed method is carried out due to a number of factors. Due to the presence of quartz sand particles in the composite adhesive composition, its abrasion resistance increases when exposed to the working surface of the earth formation. Cleaning the surface and the development of persistent grooves allows you to obtain the necessary adhesion of the surfaces.
A comparative analysis of the claimed solution with the prototype shows that the claimed method differs from the known one in that the increase in wear resistance is ensured by the presence of highly hard particles in the composition and the abrasion-resistant adhesive composition is applied, after appropriate surface preparation, over the entire nose region (Fig. 2), and not only in the area of the most likely wear. The composition is applied uniformly with a thin layer of 4-7 mm in the absence of any thermal processes. Various types of adhesives, in particular epoxy compounds, can be used as an adhesive mass. Quartz sand acts as an abrasive. There is no need to use expensive wear-resistant materials. Thus, the proposed method meets the criterion of "novelty."
Known technical solutions [1, 2] include: strengthening the ploughshare by welding reinforcement of the entire working surface by applying rollers at a certain angle to the cutting edge, or welding reinforcement is carried out in the area of the most likely wear by welding the rollers in the form of a semi-ellipse, which is absent in the proposed method and allows you to make conclusion about its compliance with the criterion of "significant differences".
Figure 1 presents the plated reinforced ploughshare after operation with lucid wear, where 1 is the traces of the rollers; 2 - mounting holes; 3 - lateral wear.
Figure 2 shows the ploughshare with lateral wear, previously hardened by welding reinforcement, where 4 is a wear-resistant sand-glue composition.
The implementation of the specified method is illustrated by the example of serial plowshares of plows. The surface was hardened with an epoxy resin composition - 100 parts, polyethylene polyamine (hardener) - 7 parts, quartz sand - 50 parts. The operating time to failure at the same time amounted to more than 30 ha with plowing on heavy sandy loam and light loam. The use of quartz sand of various nature in the composition can significantly affect the operating time until the ploughshare reaches its ultimate state.

A method of increasing the resource of plowshares by applying sand and glue compositions to the share of the share, characterized in that to increase the wear resistance and the necessary adhesion on the working surface with persistent grooves of the share of the share, apply sand and glue composition in the following ratios by weight:
