Description

The invention relates to the field of distribution of content, in particular advertising messages and images in the form of sms, mms or ems for mobile devices - phones with advanced functionality (smartphones) equipped with third-party developers of an operating system (OS) open for developing software (software), allowing Run any software (software) installed on the device in the background.

A known method of distributing content, characterized in that the message with the text of the content from the mobile terminal is sent to a server belonging to the print advertising medium, and the service server is adapted to receive content from the mobile terminal as an SMS or MMS message. A known method for providing notification of a change in service, which relates to communication systems, which proposed methods for a digital transmission system designed to transmit notifications from a transmitter to a receiver or subscriber station. The notification can inform the user or subscriber about upcoming events, programs or services, about changes in current events, programs or services, about advertising, contain announcements about emergency situations, etc. In one example implementation of the known invention, the content is provided by the service providers of the delivery of SMS / MMS messages.

The presentation or content may vary depending on the type of presentation desired. A disadvantage of the known methods is the limited advertising opportunities, since the advertiser is not able to track the statistics of views of these messages. In addition, the proposed methods for delivering content do not allow profiling the audience (including by geography), do not guarantee 100% contact with the message (the message can be deleted from the screen when any random event occurs, for example, by pressing any button on the keyboard of a mobile device or receiving an incoming call) and do not provide a demonstration of multimedia messages on the device’s screen immediately at the time of delivery.

The technical result to which the invention is directed is the creation of such a method of distributing content that increases the likelihood of familiarizing the user with personalized content while maintaining the convenience of using a mobile device.

The specified technical result is achieved as follows.

A method of delivering and displaying content on a mobile device includes installing an original external program on a mobile device necessary to receive, process and display advertising information messages in the background, including, but not limited to: sending an SMS or USSD request to a short number followed by receiving a response SMS message containing a hyperlink to the program download resource, mass mailing of SMS messages containing a hyperlink to the program download resource or an independent user installing a program from a web resource containing the necessary content, determining the appropriate content for each specific mobile device, delivering, delivering content on or on behalf of the content provider in the form of sms, mms or ems, displaying a message without prior notice on the screen on top of the user interface with the possibility of its further visual perception when activating the backlight of the screen of a mobile device, deleting the current content from the screen of a mobile device with external user exposure to the device in a certain way.

External user influence on the device can be carried out by acting on the function keys of the mobile device and / or the area of the graphical interface of the active matrix screen, specially assigned to control this type of content.

At the same time, while the content is on the device’s screen, the functions “answer a call” and “call emergency services” are in working mode, the remaining functions of the mobile device are blocked.

Content is displayed on the screen of the mobile device, as a rule, on top of the user interface with the ability of user access to control the “answer a call” and “call emergency services” functions, other functions of the mobile device are not available for control. When an incoming call arrives when the content is on the screen of the mobile device, the function of displaying the caller ID (CLIP) is displayed on top of the content.

After the user interacts with the current content and removes it from the screen area of the mobile device, the standard management functions of the mobile device become available for its intended use.

As a mobile device, a cell phone with enhanced functionality (smartphone) can be used, equipped with an operating system (OS) open for third-party developers to develop software (software), which allows running any software (software) installed on the device in the background, and a handheld personal computer (PDA), a mobile portable GPS device, or any combination thereof.

Content is a message in the form of advertisements, films, songs, ring tones, screensavers; games, video information, audio information, video / audio information, picture messages, text messages, digital messages, software applications, multimedia, social advertising, polls, reviews, weather information, or any combination thereof.

Content for each specific mobile device can be determined by the results of a user survey.

At the same time, the determination of the appropriate content for each specific mobile device is determined based on the user's parameters, including psychography, lifestyle, consumer activity of the user, characteristics of the mobile portable device, expressed user preferences, user search results, or any combination thereof.

Also, the determination of content suitable for delivery to each specific mobile device is based on the automatic determination of its geographical location with a given accuracy within the coverage area of the mobile communication network, provided by the functionality of the original program installed on the mobile device.

The method provides the possibility for a user of a mobile device to perform actions related to content: connecting via a phone call to an object associated with the content, or to an object that can receive content and / or sending content to any object, and / or establishing a connection with the web a site related to the content, and / or obtaining a downloadable file based on the information contained in the content, and / or establishing a connection with an object related to the content, and / or establishing a connection with an application that associated with content or may be obtained by content.

Determining the geographical location allows you to send messages to the user about the most attractive nearby objects (shops, cultural sites, entertainment centers, etc.), which creates additional opportunities to bring personalized content to the attention of the user.

The method also provides for the collection of data regarding user actions related to the content, content evaluation by the user of the portable mobile device receiving the content.

In this case, a user may be charged and / or paid a fee, with the possibility of its conversion into the equivalent of payment for communication services or any other form of payment for goods and / or services, and / or their equivalents.

The method of delivery and display of content on a mobile device is implemented as follows.

The user of the mobile device, following the link to the program download resource, is sent to the data transfer process control device (4) of the server part (1) of the system, which transmits a program to the user’s mobile device (2) that implements the algorithms for presenting content, recording impressions and accounting for interactions with content (for example, following a link or a call) set by content providers, as well as generating service messages sent to a content management device (5). The initial launch of the program is identified as a registration request in the system, and the user is identified by his selective number (CTN). During the registration process (and also possibly in further cases of interaction with advertising content) an interactive questionnaire is sent to the user containing questions, for example, about the user's personal attributes (gender, age, marital status, income level, etc.), the answers to which will only allow this user to send content that might interest him. Having accessed the questions of the online questionnaire, the user uses his mobile device to generate answers to the questions posed in the questionnaire and transmits through the data transfer process control device (8) to the system, where this message is identified as answers to the questionnaire questions and transmitted to the data storage device (6). At the same time, it is noted in the data storage device (6) that the registration of this user in the system has occurred, which means the consent of this user to receive content.

Based on the request received from the mobile device (2), geographical signs of the content display areas are transmitted via the network of the mobile communication service provider (3) to the mobile device (2). The mobile device (2) periodically checks its location with the help of the geographical positioning unit (13) and, when in the content display area, sends a message to the system through the data transfer process control device (8).

From the content generation device (7), the data storage device (6) receives content equipped with classification features (for example, only for women, only for single users, only for users with a specific phone model, etc.), geographical features (for example , geographical coordinates of the center of the display zone and the radius of the zone or a list of identifiers of base stations of the cellular operator (CellID) located in the display zone, etc.) and display conditions (number of displays, date and time at which time h, etc.).

In the content management device (5), this message is identified as a user request for content with certain geographical features. The classification features of the content are compared with the classification features of the user and based on the results of the comparison (the signs must match) and taking into account the display conditions, they form the content block for the user personally and transfer them to the mobile device (2) through the network of the mobile communication service provider (2) using standard SMS / MMS / EMS messaging functions or any other delivery methods (for example, the Internet).

In the mobile device (2), these messages are identified as content that is recorded in the data storage device (10) and displayed on the screen of the mobile communication device by the interface device (11). The content should remain on the screen of the mobile communication device until you press a certain key on the mobile device intended for interacting with the content (for example, “close”, “follow the link” or “call”), and / or influence on the one intended for interacting with the content area of the active matrix screen. The content display control device (9) captures the fact of user interaction with the content, and the corresponding information is recorded in the data storage device (10).

At a certain point in time specified by the data transfer process control devices (4 and 8) (for example, taking into account the busy network of the mobile service provider or immediately after the show), the content display control device (9) generates a message consisting of an indication of the number of views of the corresponding content and the number of interactions with the content, and transfers it to the data transfer process control device (8) for transmission to the system.

In the system, this message is identified as information about the number of views and interactions and is transmitted for appropriate processing to the content management device (5) and for recording to the data storage device (6). Based on the results of calculating the number of views, the number and types of interactions with content in the content management device (5), data is generated based on which the remuneration is paid to the user of the mobile device and mutual settlements with advertising providers.

Above is the best option for implementing the claimed method and system, but not the only possible one.

Claims (12)

1. A method for delivering and displaying content on a mobile device, including installing an external program on a mobile device that provides the ability to receive, process, and display advertising information messages in the background for each specific mobile device based on its geographical location with a given accuracy within the service area mobile networks, delivering content from or on behalf of the provider in the form of sms, mms or ems and displaying a message on the screen over the user interface without prior notice, with the possibility of its visual perception upon activation of the backlight of the screen of the mobile device and removal from the screen of the mobile device when the user is exposed to the device externally.
2. The method according to claim 1, in which a mobile phone with advanced functionality (smartphone) is used, equipped with an open-source software development program for third-party developers, an operating system (OS) that allows you to run any software installed on the device (software) ) in the background, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a mobile portable GPS device, or any combination thereof.

4. The method according to claim 1, in which, while the content is on the device’s screen, the functions “answer a call” and “call emergency services” are in operation, the remaining functions of the mobile device are blocked.
