On the axis of rotation of the activator, under the spring the connector is mounted, consisting of two washers which are perpendicular to the axis, spring-loaded on the top, in contact with each other, which counter surfaces have teeth.
EFFECT: possibility to use for washing, rinsing the clothes in the field conditions, where there is no electricity or the electricity is temporarily absent.

Description

The present invention relates to utilities, household appliances and, in particular, can be used for washing, rinsing linen in the field, for geologists, archaeologists, loggers, in regions where there is no electricity and when it is temporarily turned off.
Known washing machine containing a working container installed in a sealed enclosure, and a cover, see RF patent No. 2241084, D08F 18/8, from 09.01.2003.
However, the known invention can only work if there is electricity to supply water to the working tank.
But often, for various reasons, it happens, especially in rural areas, a power outage, and the inhabitants of these regions lose even the opportunity to wash their clothes.
The aim of the present invention is to achieve a technical result to ensure that the washing machine can operate without using electricity.
The specified technical result is ensured by the fact that in the known washing machine containing a working capacity (tank) and a cover installed in the housing, it is proposed to combine the top cover with a conical or spherical-shaped activator having oval protrusions on the working surface, along the edges of the surface of the upper circle the activator to install vertical limiters of its rotation, one of which is higher than the others, between the cover and the activator to place a spring, one end of which is attached to the axis of rotation of the activator, outgoing and from the center of its upper surface, the other end is attached at the same horizontal level as the first end, to a high rotation limiter, the axis of rotation of the activator is proposed to be brought out through the center of the lid of the washing machine and create a shaped joint at the end, for example, in the form of an external triangle, which corresponds to the reciprocal figured articulation of the removable rotation handle, also made in the form of an internal triangle, while on the side of the lid to make a lockable groove in which the plate can be inserted the securing latch, the cover of the washing machine to be connected to its body by means of a loop, in addition, on the axis of rotation of the activator under the spring, install a connector consisting of two washers, perpendicular to the axis, spring-loaded on top, contacting each other, the opposing surfaces of which have teeth, with a profile in the form of, for example, a right-angled triangle, the height of which descends to the centers of the washers, and the vertical sides of the right-angled triangles of one washer are pressed against the sides of the right-angled triangles of the other.
The invention is illustrated in graphic materials. Figure 1 shows a general view of the washing machine, Figure 2 shows a fragment of the activator with the cover of the washing machine folded down, Figure 3 shows the rotation mechanism of the activator, Figure 4 shows the design of the connector, Figure 5 shows a perspective view of a fragment of the internal contact surface of the bottom washer of the connector.
The washing machine consists of a housing 1 with an internal tank 2. On top of the housing 1 is closed by a lid 3, combined with a conical or spherical shape of the activator 4, with oval protrusions 5 on the working surface. On the edges of the circumference of the upper surface of the activator 4, vertical limiters 6 for its rotation are installed, one of which is higher than the others.
Above the activator 4, a rotation drive is arranged, consisting of a spring 7, one end of which is secured by a detachable connection (not shown in the figure) attached to the axis of rotation 8 of the activator 4 originating from the center of its upper surface, and its other end is by a detachable connection (in the figure not shown) is attached to the high limiter 6, at the same horizontal level as the first end.
The axis of rotation 8 of the activator 4 through the center of the cover 3 comes out and has at the end a shaped joint 9, which corresponds to the corresponding shaped joint 10 of the autonomous rotation handle 11.
On the lateral surface of the lid 3, a lockable groove 12 is made, into which a plate retainer 13 can be inserted. The lid 3 of the washing machine is connected to its housing 1 via a loop 14.
Figured joints 9 and 10 are made, for example, in the form of an external triangle at the end of the axis of rotation 8 and an inner triangle at the end of the handle of rotation 11.
On the axis of rotation 8 of the activator 4, under the spring 7, a connector 16 is installed, made in the form of two washers 17, 18 perpendicular to the axis 8, spring-loaded, contacting each other washers 19, the opposing surfaces of which have teeth 19, the profile of which looks like, for example, a right triangle, the height of which decreases to the centers of the washers 17, 18, and the vertical sides of the profiles of rectangular triangles of one 17 (18) washer are pressed to the sides of the profiles of rectangular triangles of another washer 18 (17), see Figure 5.
The washing machine operates as follows.
The lid 3 with activator 4 is thrown aside, water is poured into the inner tank 2, the laundry is loaded and the washing powder is poured.
Cover 3 is closed. In this case, the activator 4 enters the water to a depth of at least 2/3 of its height, see Figure 1, 2.
The rotation handle 11 is articulated with the outer end of the axis of rotation 8, and the latch 13 is inserted into the open groove 12 on the side surface of the cover 3, which makes it possible to exclude the rotation of the activator 4 after the rotation of the axis 8.
The rotation handle 11 begins to be rotated in the direction indicated by the cover 3, the arrow for tightening the spring 7. At the same time, the closest stopper 6 mounted on the outer surface of the circumference of the activator 4 drives up to the latch 13 and abuts against it. The activator 4 stops, and the spring 7 continues to twist further.
In the connector 16, the upper washer 17 slides along the hypotenuses of the rectangular teeth 19 of the lower 18 of the washer. The spring 7 is twisted until it stops, finally preparing the activator 4 for work.
Then, the rotation handle 11 is removed from the rotation axis 8, the latch 13 is removed from the groove 12, and it is closed with a plate sliding along the side surface (not shown in the figure). Now the spring 7 is released, and it begins to unwind in the direction opposite to the direction of twisting.
In the connector 16, the sides of the teeth 19 of the upper washer 17 perpendicular to the planes of the washers 17 are pressed against the similar sides of the lower washer 18, press on them and rotate the activator 4.
The surface of the activator 4 with oval protrusions 5 on the surface during rotation captures the adjacent layers of water, gradually bringing into rotation the entire volume of water in the tank 2 with its contents, thereby washing.
After the complete unwinding of the spring 7, the activator 4 stops, and the procedure for bringing its rotation is repeated again. And so on until the required washing quality is obtained.
When washing, the rotation time of the water in the tank 2 is of great importance. It is determined by the length of the spring 8, its elasticity, the volume of the tank 2, the degree of loading and other parameters.
The force required to twist the spring 8, is determined by the length of the rotation handle 11, which is made so as to provide work with the washing machine to a teenager.
The spring 8 is secured by means of detachable connections, for example, by means of screws, which allows easy and quick maintenance of the washing machine.
The declared washing machine can be used in urban and rural conditions, during periods of absence or blackout, in various field expeditions, groups of geologists, oil workers, loggers and other consumers.
The design of the washing machine is new, previously unknown, which indicates its compliance with the patentability criterion - novelty.
The claimed washing machine can be manufactured in any mechanical workshop, which indicates its compliance with the patentability criterion - industrial applicability.
