Said holes in female die sections and blank holder are arranged on section blank holding surface and are filled with plastic material flush with blank holding surface. Drawing press blank holding surface is formed by plastic material jointly with steel surfaces of female die and blank holder.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher process stability, higher quality of finished products.

Description

The invention relates to cold sheet stamping and can be used to extract various parts from sheet materials. The primary area of application is stamping of body parts of complex shapes of cars, buses, agricultural machinery, household appliances, etc.

Known stamp for hoods with braking of the flange of the sheet stock using the tensile thresholds of the U-shaped, made in sections of the matrix, and in sections of the clamp made the corresponding recesses under the thresholds. (AP Nefedov “Design and manufacture of dies.” M., “Mechanical Engineering”, 1973, pp. 74-75, Fig. 55). When drawing shallow parts of a simple shape, the use of thresholds provides good braking of the workpiece flange with minimal technological allowances, which allows, in comparison with the use of tensile ribs or flat clamps, to obtain better tensile metal and save sheet metal. Typically, thresholds for work in large-scale production are performed in sections of alloyed wear-resistant steel installed along the perimeters of the matrix and clamp openings and secured with screws and pins outside the working clamping surfaces of the sections. In the case of the execution of thresholds directly in the iron castings of the matrix and the clamp, the exhaust stamp will not have sufficient resistance due to the rapid wear of the tensile radii.

A disadvantage of the known stamp for drawing is a limited scope - only for shallow parts of simple shape. For deep and complex parts, large workpiece sizes are required and, accordingly, an increase in the area of the clamping surface and the dimensions of the sections with thresholds. The fastening of such sections is carried out in their peripheral areas where there is no clamping and braking of the workpiece flange during the drawing process. This design does not ensure the reliability of the mounting and securing of the sections, and during operation of the exhaust stamp, gaps are formed in the joint zone of the sections, which leads to seizure of the sheet blank, deterioration in the quality of stamped parts and an increase in rejects by breaks.

For shallow and uncomplicated parts, section fastening is used in the clamping and braking zone of the workpiece flange. This design is acceptable only for shallow parts of simple shape, because the drawing conditions are worsened due to the flow of metal of the sheet blank into the holes for securing the sections.

A stamp for hoods is also known (USSR AS No. 1147477, class IPC B21D 22/22, BI No. 12, 1985), in which the brake thresholds of the U-shaped profile are fixed along the periphery of the matrix and are inclined relative to the working surface of the clamp under angle of 70-80 °.

A disadvantage of the known stamp is the overspending of the metal of the workpiece due to an increase in technological allowances, because to ensure the strength of the stamp and increase the reliability of its work should be increased width of the brake threshold.

A stamp for hoods is also known (V. Romanovsky, “Cold stamping handbook”, M. - L., “Mechanical Engineering”, 1965), in which the working parts, including pressure surfaces with braking elements, are lined with a layer of plastic and braking of the flange during the drawing process is carried out by the plastic surfaces of the matrix and pressure.

A disadvantage of the known stamp is a limited scope - only for serial and small-scale production, because an exhaust stamp with plastic work surfaces does not have sufficient durability and reliability.

An object of the invention is:

- expanding technical capabilities due to the wider use of intensive braking of the flange of the sheet stock with the help of hauling thresholds for body parts of complex shape and great depth;

- saving sheet metal and reducing the cost of manufacturing body parts of complex shape and great depth by optimizing the size of the original sheet stock and changing the braking conditions of the blank flange;

- simplifying the design and reducing the cost of manufacturing die tooling;

- improving the stability of the stamping process and improving the quality of stamped parts.

The tasks are solved due to the fact that in the stamp for the extraction of body parts of complex shape containing a punch, die, matrix sections with constriction sills and mounting holes, a clamp and clamp sections with recesses for constriction thresholds and mounting holes, mounting holes in the matrix sections and clamps are made within the working clamping surface and filled with plastic flush with the clamping surface from the working clamping surfaces of the sections after mounting and securing the sections on the matrix and clamp, this plastic after hardening and processing forms a working clamping surface together with the steel surfaces of the sections.

This technical solution allows you to extract in a stamp with constricting thresholds of body parts of complex shape and great depth, because reliable assembly and fastening of the matrix and clamp sections is ensured for large workpiece sizes and, accordingly, for large section dimensions.

To increase the resistance of the pressing surfaces of the exhaust dies to wear as a filler, iron powder is introduced into the composition in a weight ratio of 40% of the total weight of the plastic.

The clamp and braking of the workpiece flange during the drawing process is carried out by the steel surfaces of the sections of the matrix and clamp, as well as plastic, filled into the mounting holes of the sections.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the dies for the extraction of body parts of complex shape containing a punch, a matrix, sections of the matrix with constriction thresholds and mounting holes, a clamp and sections of the clamp with recesses for constriction thresholds and mounting holes, according to the invention, mounting holes in the sections of the matrix and the clamps are located within the working clamping surface and are filled with plastic flush with the clamping surface from the working clamping surfaces of the sections after mounting and securing the sections to m a matrix and a clamp, and the plastic after hardening and processing forms a working clamping surface together with the steel surfaces of the sections.

As a filler, iron powder is introduced into the plastic in a weight ratio of 40% of the total weight of the plastic.

The invention is illustrated by the following drawings.

Figure 1 shows an axial section of a stamp on a double-acting press; figure 2 is an enlarged fragment of the plan of the bottom of the exhaust stamp in the area of the sections of the matrix; figure 3 is an enlarged section in the area of the sections of the matrix and clip.

The stamp for drawing body parts of complex shape contains a punch 1, matrix 2, clamp 3, insert matrix 4. Sections 5 with tension thresholds are mounted on matrix 2, and sections 6 with recesses for tension thresholds are mounted on clamp 3 with screws 7 and pins 8 with plugs 9. The holes for fasteners in sections 5 and clamp 6 are filled with quick-hardening plastic 10 flush with the clamping surface of the stamp from the working surfaces of sections 5 and 6 after they are mounted on the matrix 2 and clamp 3, respectively.

The plastic 10 for filling the mounting holes consists of the following components:

- epoxy resin;

- hardener;

- plasticizer;

- filler in the form of iron powder, which is introduced into the composition to increase the resistance of the pressing surfaces of the stamp in a weight ratio of 40% of the total weight of the plastic.

After hardening and processing, plastic 10 forms a working pressing surface of an exhaust stamp.

The stamp works as follows.

A sheet blank is loaded onto the surface of the sections of the matrix 5, during the course of the external press slide (not shown), the braking elements are formed on the sections of the matrix 5 and the recess under the tension threshold on the clamp sections 6 and the peripheral part of the workpiece is clamped, the clamp being carried out as steel working surfaces of the sections matrix 5 and clamp 6, and the plastic surfaces of 10 sections, flush with the steel surfaces of the sections formed in the area of the holes for securing the sections, then during the inner press slider (not shown) the central part of the workpiece is deformed by the punch 1, when the working parts of the punch 1 and the insert of the matrix 4 are closed, the final forming of the parts 11 takes place.

In the manufacture of the die after mounting and securing sections 5 and 6 to the matrix 2 and clamp 3, the mounting holes located within the working clamping surface of sections 5 and 6 are filled with quick-hardening plastic 10. After hardening and processing of plastic 10, it is flush with the clamping surface on the side of the working surfaces sections 5 and 6, it forms a working clamping surface of the exhaust stamp together with the steel surfaces of sections 5 and 6.

To increase the resistance of the pressing surfaces of the exhaust die to wear, iron powder is introduced into the plastic as a filler. It was experimentally established that it is optimal to introduce iron powder in a weight ratio of 40% of the total weight of the plastic. This achieves an increase in the resistance of the stamp, good tribological characteristics of the clamping surfaces and convenience in the repair of the stamp.

If it is necessary to repair and restore the sections of the matrix and pressure, the plastic is easily removed with a bench tool and the stamp is disassembled. After repair of the stamp, installation and fastening of the sections, the plastic is again poured into the mounting holes and processed after hardening.

The use of this device stamp for hoods allows you to expand the technical capabilities of the application of hauling thresholds for body parts of complex shape and great depth. It also saves sheet metal and reduces the cost of manufacturing body parts of complex shape and great depth by optimizing the size of the original sheet stock and changing the braking conditions of the flange of the workpiece, simplifying the design and reducing the cost of manufacturing die tools, increasing the stability of the stamping process and improving the quality of stamped parts.

Claims (2)

1. A stamp for drawing body parts of complex shape, containing a punch, die, sections of the matrix with constriction thresholds and holes for fasteners, a clamp and clamp sections with recesses for constriction thresholds and holes for fasteners, characterized in that the holes for fasteners in sections of the matrix and the clamps are located within the working clamping surface of the sections and are flush with plastic flush with the clamping surface from the working clamping surfaces of the sections, and the working clamping surface of the exhaust die is formed by astmassa together with the steel surfaces of the sections of the matrix and clamp.
