SUBSTANCE: proposed elevator comprises tubular guide, electric power drive with reduction gear, carriage with rollers connected with basket suspension. Rollers are made up of two semi-rollers, top and bottom, arranged to interact with guide side surfaces. Top semi-rollers are arranged in carriage casing and connected via dogs with electric drive common reduction gear. Bottom semi-rollers are fitted on casings of top semi-rollers to displace vertically there along while carriage is articulated by clevis with basket suspension. Axes of clevis attachment are aligned with common diametral axis of rollers and tubular guide.

Description

The present invention relates to lifting devices and can be used for lifting wheelchairs on flights of stairs.
Known stair lift containing upper and lower tubular guides mounted on the wall, and four drive rollers driven from a common drive, and the rotation of the rollers is carried out by gears [1]. This scheme greatly complicates the design, increases the complexity of manufacturing and requires high maintenance costs.
There is also a lift, in which there are lower and upper running rails (guides) with a chassis moving along them, two pairs associated with drive units of drive rollers, each pair of drive rollers being in contact with a friction joint with the upper running rail on facing each other the sides of this rail, and on the chassis to stabilize its position, support rollers are installed that interact with the lower running rail, with each of the drive rollers having its own drive unit [2]. A disadvantage of the known schemes is that it requires an additional width of the flight of stairs to accommodate the chassis.
Known overhead stair lifts containing a fixed guide with moving rollers along it, for example [3].
The use of overhead stairlifts is largely devoid of these drawbacks, as it does not require additional space on the flight of stairs and does not require the installation of two (upper and lower) rails.
However, the use of known schemes for the interaction of rollers and guides, in which the working profiles of the rollers cover the upper and lower parts of the guide, make it difficult to fasten the guide to the ceiling surface.
Therefore, the optimum is the interaction of the working profiles of the rollers with the side surfaces of the guide. This raises the problem of ensuring the reliability of contact with the guide. This problem is solved in that the rollers are made in the form of two half rollers - the upper and lower, and are installed with the possibility of interaction of their working profiles with the side surfaces of the guide. The upper half-rollers are installed in the carriage housing and are connected by leashes to a common gear of the power electric drive, and the lower half-springs are spring-loaded and mounted on the upper half-rollers with the possibility of vertical axial displacement. The carriage is connected to the pram by means of an earring, the axis of attachment of which are aligned with the diametrical axis of the tubular guide.

The suspended staircase elevator consists of a tubular guide 1, with which the rollers made of two half-rollers interact with the upper 2 and the lower 3. The upper half-rollers 2 are mounted on bearings 4 mounted in the carriage body 5, and the lower half-rollers 3 are spring-loaded by means of springs 6, mounted on the case of the upper half-rollers 2 and are fixed from turning by pins 13. The cases of the upper half-rollers 2 are connected via leashes 7 to a common gear of the power electric drive 8. On the carriage 5, the earring 9 s from the ERSTU 10 for mounting the hinge suspension 15 with a carriage. The axis 11 of the mounting of the earring 9 is aligned with the diametrical axis of the tubular guide 1. In the grooves 12 of the upper half-rollers 2 are located with the possibility of vertical displacement of the pins 13, mounted in the lower half-rollers 3.
Overhead stair lift works as follows. Before starting the movement, the user enters the carriage on the conical part 14 of the guide 1 and turns on the actuator 8. When moving the carriage along the conical part of the guide spring 6, the lower half-rollers 3 are moved together with the pins 12 until the half-rollers are placed on the profile of the guide 1. The surfaces of the upper 2 and lower 3 half rollers are pressed against the lateral surfaces of the guide 1 by means of springs 7. The presence of pins 12 fixes the position of the half rollers relative to each other. When moving the carriage with the stroller, the upper half-rollers 2 are pressed against the guide by gravity, and the lower 3 - by the force of the springs 7.
The initial compression of the springs is selected so that the effective compressive forces of the upper and lower half rollers are approximately the same, which ensures an increase in the torque of the displacement drive.
The hinged mounting of the stroller suspension by means of an earring 9, the axis of attachment of which are aligned with the diametrical axis of the tubular guide 1, stabilizes the position of the rollers relative to the guide when moving along inclined sections of the track, i.e. eliminates the possibility of skewing the longitudinal axes of the rollers relative to the axis of the guide, thereby ensuring uniform wear of their working surfaces.

1. Suspended stair lift, including a tubular guide, a power electric drive with a gearbox, a carriage with rollers connected to the suspension of the stroller, characterized in that the rollers are installed with the possibility of interaction of their working surfaces with the side surfaces of the guide and made in the form of two half rollers - upper and lower moreover, the upper half-rollers are installed in the carriage body and connected by leashes to a common gear of the power electric drive, and the lower half-rollers are installed on the upper bodies urolikov for vertical axial displacement, wherein the carriage is connected to the carriage by means of articulated suspension earrings, which fastening axis aligned with a common diametral axis of the rollers and the tubular guide.
