Support rollers are arranged to interact with bottom working surfaces of guide cavity. Note here that drive and support rollers are fitted off-center on one axle while suspension attachment of carriage is shifted relative to plane crossing axis of rollers perpendicular to guide axis for adjustable length. Drive roller working surface is made from elastic material.

Description

The invention relates to lifting devices and can be used for lifting wheelchairs on flights of stairs.
Known elevator containing a load-carrying rod (guide) and drive rollers pressed against the outer surface of the rod, the drive and the guide rollers [1].
Also known staircase elevator containing the leading and supporting rollers moving along the guides [2].
One of the most important conditions for reliable operation of stair lifts of these structures is to ensure reliable contact (pressing) of the driving rollers to the surface of the guide, and the pressing force must correspond to the weight of the load being transported.
In known constructions, this goal is achieved through the power circuit of the drive roller by pressing springs [1], or by installing the drive rollers on a special turntable [2].
The disadvantages of these structures are their complexity in manufacturing and metal consumption.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase reliability, simplify the design and ease of operation.
This technical result is achieved in that the guide is made with a cavity with a longitudinal section along the entire length for moving the carriage with a drive roller installed to interact with the upper working surface of the cavity, and inside the cavity there are supporting rollers interacting with the lower supporting surfaces of the cavity of the guide, leading and support rollers are fixed on a common axis eccentrically relative to each other, the working surface of the drive roller is made of elastic material, and the mounting point suspension on the carriage is displaced relative to a plane passing through the roller axis, perpendicular to the axis of the guide at an adjustable height.
Figure 1 shows a simplified diagram of a stair lift when moving the wheelchair up the suspension rail, figure 2 is a simplified diagram of the carriage, figure 3 is a layout of the leading and supporting rollers when moving the lift on a horizontal section, figure 4 - the same when moving the lift on an incline.
The suspended staircase elevator comprises a guide 1 made with a cavity with upper 2 and two lower 3 working surfaces, a drive mechanism including a friction drive 4 with a power system and a self-braking mechanical transmission kinematically connected to the carriage 5, on the axis 6 of which support rollers 7 and drive roller 8 with an elastic outer surface 9, interacting with the working surfaces of the cavity.
To change the moment of force acting on the drive roller depending on the weight of the load being transported, a series of holes 10 are made on the carriage, offset relative to the plane passing through the axis of the rollers, perpendicular to the axis of the guide.
The suspension 11 is mounted on the carriage using a universal joint 12.
The lift works as follows. Before starting to move the lift along the suspension rail, the user installs the carriage in the cavity of the rail 1 so that the support rollers 7 are mounted on the lower working surfaces 3, and the drive roller is engaged with a slight interference fit Δ 1 into engagement with the upper work surface 2. The working surface of the drive roller 8 made of elastic material 9. Claims (2)

1.
