Medical beds that allow for hygienic or therapeutic procedures are known.

Known, for example, a mobile bed-bath containing a bed, bathtub and drainage (SU 2093 A, 12/31/1926).

The bed SU 2093 is designed for hygienic procedures in the field and cannot be used effectively in the premises of hospitals or hospitals.

Closer to our invention can be considered a medical bed for stroke patients, containing racks, a drive, a drain, a bath and a base with a section bed, installed with the possibility of mutual movement of fixation (RU 89383 U1, 10.12.2009).

The bed RU 89383 can be used in inpatient medical facilities or at home, but requires a lot of physical effort from the staff when servicing patients, as has no means to lift and move them.

An object of the present invention is to provide a medical bed for medical and hygienic procedures, which makes it easier to care for bedridden patients, wounded or disabled people.

The technical result of the invention is to ensure a comfortable and safe position of the patient, both during everyday use of the bed, and during medical and hygienic procedures, in improved operational properties and simplicity of design, as well as in reducing the physical efforts of medical personnel in servicing the patient.

The invention is expressed in the combination of features, in which a medical bed for medical and hygienic procedures, comprising racks, a drain, a bath and a base with a section bed, installed with the possibility of mutual movement and fixation, differs from the closest analogue in that it additionally contains a lift and a device for displacement of seriously ill and disabled people, moreover, the ends of the racks opposite the bed are connected by longitudinal and transverse rungs, the sectional bed includes the head, hip and cutting sections, which are installed with the ability to rotate and fix at an angle to the base, and the bath is located between the bed and the lift and is made of waterproof fabric or a waterproof film mounted on the longitudinal and transverse bars connected to the uprights with consoles and removable bolts located along holes are resistant, while the width of the sections of the bed exceeds the width of the bath by 5-10 cm, and the distance from the surface of the section of the bed to the nearest hole in the rack is equal to the height of the bath or exceeds the height of the bath .

The connection of the ends of the racks opposite the bed to the longitudinal and transverse rails is the simplest solution, improving due to the rigidity of the structure, the operational characteristics of the bed, equipped with a lift and a device for moving seriously ill and disabled people, in particular, increases its service life.

The location between the bed and the bathtub lift of a waterproof fabric or of a waterproof film fixed on the longitudinal and transverse bars connected to the uprights with consoles and removable bolts located in the holes located along the uprights makes it easy to fix the bathtub over the bed with a simple mount and store the bathtub in folded or folded if the patient uses the bed, able to wash in a normal bath.

The medical bed for medical and hygienic procedures contains a base 1 with a sectional bed 2, including the head, hip and leg sections, which are installed with the ability to rotate and fix at an angle to the base 1, bath 3, rack 4, lift 5 and device 6 for moving seriously ill and disabled people. Sectional bed 2 and bath 3 are installed with the possibility of mutual movement and fixation. The ends of the uprights 4, opposite to the bed 2, are connected by longitudinal 7 and transverse bars 8. The bath 3 is located between the bed 2 and the lift 5 and is made of waterproof fabric or waterproof film.

The medical bed may also contain infrared lamps (not shown in the drawing) placed in waterproof caps and located on arcs made with the possibility of installation in the corner holes of the base.

When the medical bed is used for medical and hygienic procedures of the patient with the help of a lift 5 and a device 6 designed to move seriously ill and disabled people, they are lifted from the section bed 2.

The bath 3 from the waterproof fabric fixed to the longitudinal bars 9 and the transverse bars 10 or from a waterproof film is hung using the consoles 11 on the removable bolts 12. The bolts 12 are pre-installed in the holes made along the posts 4.

For the convenience of the patient and staff, it is possible to change the position of the patient in the bath 3 by rotating sections of the bed 2 and fixing the sections at an angle to the base 1.

Then, in the bath 3, for example, water is poured with a hose. The patient is lowered into the filled bath 3 by the elevator 5 and the device 6 for the procedure of bathing and / or hydromassage.

To carry out hydromassage in the bath 3, the hydromassage device is preliminarily laid in the form of flexible plastic tubes 20 connected by ends to the side surface of the inlet pipe 22.

Flexible plastic tubes 20 are interconnected by a flexible jumper 25. A flexible jumper 25 is attached to the longitudinal bars 9 and / or to the transverse bars 10 with rigid bars 26, which are located at its hollow ends. Due to the flexible jumper 25, flexible plastic tubes 20 are evenly placed along the bottom of the bath 3 and do not interfere with the patient. The supply pipe 22 is connected by means 24 to a compressor and air is supplied into it. Since the inlet pipe 22 has a plug 23 at the opposite end from the connecting means 24, the air enters the flexible plastic tubes 20 and out through the perforated holes 21 of the wall into the water along the entire body of the patient.

After bathing and / or massage, the patient is once again lifted from the bath 3 with the help of the elevator 5 and the device 6 and the water is drained simultaneously with the drying procedure.

Water can be drained by gravity, or by using a drainage system 17. The drainage system 17 is lowered into the bath 3 below the water level and the piston is pulled out of the piston mechanism 18. When the valve 19 is closed, a discharge is created in the drainage system 17, which allows draining the water from the bath 3 after opening the valve 19.

Before and after the bathing procedure, the patient can be placed on an additional bed 13, which is connected to the rods 14. To do this, the latches 16 are removed inside the additional bed 13 and, by rotating the rods 14 on the hinges 15, bring the bed 13 to a horizontal position between the bath 3 and the patient. The lift 5 is actuated and the patient is lowered onto the additional bed 13.
