Abstract

FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pumping of a borehole fluid with a screw pump by means of a string of hollow rods placed inside oil well tubing - OWT with supply of a reagent to reduce viscosity of the borehole fluid. According to the invention, in process of pumping the borehole fluid flow is divided into two parts. One part of this flow is sent to a flow line, and the other one - into a line of return to the well bore. For this purpose the upper end of the hollow rod string is equipped with a flow separator of double-throttle type, the lower end of this string is equipped with a perforated coupling, and inside this string is equipped with a water-jet coupling. At the same time the reagent to reduce viscosity of the borehole fluid is supplied into OWT or into the hollow rod string, is mixed there with the borehole fluid and sent via the water-jet coupling and partially via the perforated coupling into the hollow rod string or OWT. The device comprises a screw pump, a hollow rod string, placed inside of oil well tubing, a unit for reagent supply to reduce viscosity of the borehole fluid, into a well with an injection line, a line of return to the well bore. According to the invention, the device is equipped with a borehole fluid flow separator of double-throttle type, which is installed on the upper end of the hollow rod string, the lower end of which is equipped with a perforated coupling, and inside this string is equipped with a water-jet coupling to suck the reagent to reduce viscosity of the borehole fluid. At the same time the borehole fluid flow separator is made with two conical cavities, which hold a stem with two cones capable of displacement and two bends for distribution of the borehole fluid into a flow line and a line of return to the well bore. The injection line is capable of supplying the reagent to reduce viscosity of the borehole fluid into OWT or the hollow rod string.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of oil production at a later stage of deposit development due to reduction of quantity of the required equipment for pumping of the borehole fluid and reduction of reagent losses during its pumping into a well to reduce viscosity of the borehole fluid.

Description

The invention relates to the oil industry and can be used for the production of viscous oil, especially when operating fields at a late stage of development.

Currently, periodic pumping of borehole fluid is used in fields producing viscous borehole fluids in a limited amount [K. Urazakov et al. Pump production of high-viscosity oil from deviated and flooded wells / Ed. M.D. Valeeva. - M.: Nedra-Business Center LLC, 2003. P.279]. During intermittent pumping of non-Newtonian fluids, their inflow from the formation into the well is significantly hindered, since at the stops of movement the initial shear stress prevents the free movement of liquids in the formation. As a result, the reservoir productivity coefficient during fluid recovery under complicated conditions is significantly reduced. Particularly undesirable is the periodic pumping of fluids at a late stage of field development, since the viscosity of the fluid increases and the flow rate of the well decreases significantly.

Known screw pump installation for the production of liquids, including sand, which includes a drive string of hollow rods (Patent RU 2326267, publ. 10.06.2008). The screw pump installation includes a surface drive, a screw pump, lifting tubing and a hollow rod string, through which it is supposed to extract liquid at a high lifting speed in the pipe to prevent sand grains from settling both in the pump installation and in the well cavity.

However, the use of a hollow rod string does not provide for its use to control the amount of fluid withdrawn. In this case, it is possible to reduce the dynamic level before receiving the pump, which will lead to failure of the screw pair due to overheating of the stator rubber in the absence of circulation of the pumped liquid. In addition, the use of these pumping units does not allow the impact on the well cavity using special reagents. In this screw pump installation, the ability to control the amount of fluid withdrawn during the operation of the well is practically absent, since there are no ways to return the fluid to the well.

07.06.1991).A patent of the Russian Federation is known in which the liquid is lifted by a helical borehole pump through a column of hollow rods concentrically installed inside the tubing, while a low-viscosity fluid (reagent) is fed into the column of hollow rods to form an annular boundary layer of low-viscosity liquid and rotate the rod string. As a low-viscosity fluid, a fluid with a density higher than the density of a viscous reservoir fluid is supplied to it. Mineralized water is used as a low-viscosity liquid. The installation for implementing this method contains a wellhead equipment with a collection line, throttles, a ground drive connected to the borehole pump through a string of hollow rods, tubing (tubing), inside which is a column of hollow rods with a pump and means for supplying a low-viscosity fluid. In this case, the installation is equipped with a flow swirl placed above the borehole pump in the column of hollow rods with the possibility of rotation with the latter, and a low-viscosity liquid separator. The installation provides for the return of process water back to the wellbore along the return line (RF Patent No. 1654549, publ. 07.06.1991).

The indicated method and device do not allow controlling the selection of fluid from the well according to a strictly specified program, since it does not provide the ability to return part of the well fluid to the well to regulate and stabilize the dynamic level of the fluid in the well, which reduces production efficiency.

The recovery coefficient of the formation can be significantly increased with a continuous method of pumping downhole fluid from the formation during oil production. In this case, continuous operation of the pump installation is provided with the selection of a strictly limited amount of well fluid due to the regulation of the selected flow during the operation of the pump installation.

Additionally, the continuous selection of fluid from the well reduces energy costs for pumping fluids from the pump unit, since in this case the initial shear stress does not affect the operation of the pump unit.

Предлагаемая группа изобретений решает задачу повышения эффективности добычи скважинной жидкости, преимущественно вязкой нефти, на поздней стадии разработки месторождений (осложненные условия).The proposed group of inventions solves the problem of increasing the efficiency of production of well fluid, mainly viscous oil, at a late stage of field development (complicated conditions).

This problem is solved in that the method of producing well fluid in difficult conditions involves pumping the well fluid with a screw pump through a string of hollow rods located inside tubing, tubing, with a reagent to reduce the viscosity of the well fluid, characterized in that the flow during pumping the borehole fluid is divided into two parts, one part of which is directed to the flow line and the other to the return line to the wellbore, for which the upper end of the hollow rod string is provided with a separator the flow of the double-throttle type, the lower end of this column is provided with a perforated coupling, and inside this column is equipped with a water-jet coupling, while the reagent for reducing the viscosity of the well fluid is fed into the tubing or into the hollow rod string, mixed there with the well fluid and fed through the water-jet coupling and partially through a perforated sleeve into a hollow rod string or tubing.

This problem is also solved by the fact that the device for producing well fluid in difficult conditions includes a screw pump, a string of hollow rods placed inside the tubing, a reagent supply unit, to reduce the viscosity of the well fluid, into the well with an injection line, a return line into the wellbore, characterized in that it is equipped with a two-throttle-type borehole fluid flow separator that is mounted on the upper end of the hollow rod string, the lower end of which is perforated a sleeve, and inside this column is equipped with a water-jet sleeve for reagent suction to reduce the viscosity of the well fluid, while the well fluid flow separator is made with two conical cavities, a rod with two cones that can be moved in them, and two branches for distributing the well fluid in flow line and return line to the wellbore, and the injection line has the ability to supply a reagent to reduce the viscosity of the wellbore fluid into the tubing or string of hollow rods.

Sub and 43 are screwed on top and bottom to connect to the column of hollow rods 3, and the bottom sub 44 is equipped with a rubber centralizer 45. Pos. B - the opening of the receiving chamber in the volume between the diffuser 42 and the nozzle cut - pos.V.

The implementation of the method is carried out during operation of the device, which allows you to work in two modes.

15.In the first mode, when the column of hollow rods 3 is rotated by means of drive 1, the working element of the borehole pump - screw 8 delivers the borehole fluid into the tubing 5. At the same time, the reagent source 18 located on the surface through the discharge line 16 pumps into the tubing 5 a reagent mixing with the borehole fluid, through the water-jet clutch 4 and partially through the perforated clutch 7 enters the column of hollow rods 3. Through the separator of the two-throttle type 6, the borehole fluid is distributed to the flow line 10 and, if necessary, to the line Return it to the wellbore 11. In this case, the valves 20 and 22 are closed. The flow of the well fluid is determined by the flow meter 14, and the flow rate of the returned fluid is determined by the flow meter 15.

21.In the second mode, the device operates as follows. When the column of hollow rods 3 is rotated by means of actuator 1, the working element of the well pump — screw 8 — delivers the well fluid to the tubing 5. At the same time, the reagent source 18 located on the surface delivers the reagent to the double-throttle separator 6 through the discharge line 17. Valves 12 and 19 are closed, and the double-throttle type separator 6 directs the reagent only into the column of hollow rods 3. Through the perforated sleeve 7 and partially through the water-jet sleeve 4, the reagent enters the tubing 5, where, mixing with the borehole fluid and reducing its elm bone, enters the flow line 21.

The two-throttle type separator operates as follows. Downhole fluid, through a rotating hollow spindle 26, enters the cavity of the upper housing 24, where it is distributed into the left 30 and right 32 taps, from which they enter the nozzles 31 and 33 connected to the discharge line 17 and return line 11, respectively. When the flywheel 37 is rotated by screw connection, the rod 34 moves the cones to the right or left. The amount of said borehole fluid distributed to the left or right tap, respectively, to the injection line or to the return line, is determined using the inscriptions printed on the rod.

The water-jet coupling for reagent suction works as follows. The borehole fluid pumped by the borehole screw pump rises along the column of hollow rods 3 and through the sub 44 it enters the nozzle 41, in which a part of the potential energy of the borehole fluid flows into the kinetic. In this case, the jet of well fluid flowing out of the nozzle 41 lowers the pressure in the receiving chamber (the volume between the diffuser and the cut of the nozzle B), as a result of which part of the injected fluid (reagent) through the hole B enters the receiving chamber, mixes with the jet of well fluid and enters diffuser 42. In diffuser 42 there is a gradual decrease in the kinetic energy of the mixed stream and an increase in its potential energy. Next, the mixed stream through sub 43 is fed into the column of hollow rods. The rubber centralizer 45 is designed to reduce the flow area between the column of hollow rods and tubing to prevent the movement of the borehole fluid in this section.

The application of the proposed method and device can significantly increase the efficiency of oil production by reducing the amount of necessary equipment for pumping the wellbore fluid and reducing reagent losses when it is pumped through special channels into the annulus, it makes it possible to operate the well for a long time without replacing pumping equipment, as if necessary , while reducing the flow rate of the well, it is possible to reduce the withdrawal of well fluid from the well by returning part of this fluid to the cavity wells.

In addition, using the claimed method and device, it is possible to exclude the use of a periodic method of including known pumping units into operation, which complicates the operation of wells and necessitates the use of automated devices for regulating the pumping mode.
