The introduction of scandium in the presence of manganese, zirconium and silver increases the density of the release of secondary dispersed phases of various stoichiometric composition, coherence, morphology and size (Al 20 Cu 3 Mn 2 , Al 3 [Sc, Zr]), which, in addition to their own hardening effect, contribute to the creation of predominantly unrecrystallized homogeneous structure with increased strength, crack resistance and durability under variable loads. During artificial aging, these dispersoids additionally increase strength, having a positive effect on the precipitation of strengthening phases from the matrix: S (Al 2 CuMg), Ω (Al 2 (Cu, Ag)), etc.

Calcium interacts with oxide films and hydrogen in a liquid metal, reduces surface tension, allows for more efficient filtration and degassing, and accordingly increases the purity of the alloy. Also, calcium, forming small intermetallic compounds with copper (CaCu 5 ) in the melt, inhibits the growth of large expanded dendritic formations, contributing to the modification of the cast structure.

The regulation of the total content of Fe + Si≤0.15 wt.% With the ratio Fe / Si≥l, 2 contributes to an increase in crack resistance and fatigue life due to the limitation of the volume fraction of primary coarse insoluble intermetallic compounds of crystallization origin (Al 7 Cu 2 Fe, Al 15 (Fe , Mn) 2 Si 3 , Mg 2 Si, etc.).

Additional microalloying with at least one element from the nickel, hafnium group promotes coagulation and compacting of the primary undesirable intermetallic phases and increases the thermal stability of the solid solution, which contributes to the improvement of crack resistance, ductility and corrosion resistance.

It has been established that complex alloying with the above components and regulation of the iron and silicon contents make it possible to achieve a combination of an increased level of strength, crack resistance, and fatigue life in the alloy.

1-4%.Of the alloys whose chemical composition is shown in Table 1, flat ingots with a cross section of 25 × 150 × 280 mm were cast using the semi-continuous method with water cooling. Melting was carried out in an electric furnace. After two-stage homogenization, the ingots were hot rolled at a temperature of 360-420 ° C to a thickness of 6 mm, annealed and cold rolled to 2 mm. The cold-rolled sheets were quenched from a temperature of 485-500 ° C (holding for 15-30 min) in cold (20-25 ° C) water and subjected to stretching editing with a degree of deformation of 1-4%.

Комплекс механических и усталостных свойств изучали на образцах, вырезанных из листов в состоянии Т (закалка, правка, естественное старение).The complex of mechanical and fatigue properties was studied on samples cut from sheets in the T state (hardening, dressing, natural aging).

The growth rate of the fatigue crack (dl / dN) was determined according to OST1 90268-84 on plates 200 × 600 mm in size with a central slot at ΔK = 31 MPa √ M under the following conditions of fatigue loading: σ max = 100 MPa, R = 0.1; f = 5 Hz.

The fracture toughness (K c y ) was determined by OST1 90356-84 on plates 200 × 600 mm in size at R = 0.1; f = 5 Hz.
