The piece of furniture with at least one drawer and/or door, on the front panel of which there is a handle, having at least one lighting facility, which is switched on/off with a controller. With the drawer or door closed, the specified at least one lighting facility in the handle area shines outside. The drawer comprises at least one second lighting facility, which shines, when the drawer is opened, into the inner space of the drawer, or the inner space near the door. The specified lighting facility to illuminate the inner space whenever the drawer or the door are opened may be switched on, and when closed - switched off with the help of the controller. Both the first lighting facilities and the second lighting facilities are installed on the handle.

Description

This invention relates to a piece of furniture with at least one drawer and / or door, on the front panel of which there is a handle having at least one lighting device that is activated by the controller, and at least one lighting device with the box closed or the door closed. in the pen area shines out.

DE 2,9914083 shows furniture in which a handle with lighting means is provided on the front panel of the drawer. Thanks to this, the pen becomes visible even in a dark environment, this simplifies the handling and, in addition, gives a pleasant visual effect. However, just in a dark environment after opening the drawer, the internal space with objects placed in it is usually poorly visible.

DE 10236211 shows kitchen equipment in which various front sides and edges are illuminated, which in particular should provide an attractive appearance. The purposeful switching of the applied lighting means in combination with the movement of such furniture details as covers and drawers is not shown in this publication.

In this regard, the object of the present invention is to provide furniture in which drawers and doors are conveniently manipulated even in poor lighting conditions.

This problem is solved thanks to the piece of furniture with the characteristics of paragraph 1 of the claims.

In accordance with the invention, both lighting means in the handle area and at least one lighting means are provided on the piece of furniture, by which, when the drawer is open, the inside of the drawer or the interior near the door is illuminated by at least one lighting means. Thanks to this, the user, after opening the drawer or door, can easily pick up items stored in the drawer or furniture and see the inside clearly.

Preferably, lighting means for illuminating the interior when the drawer or door is opened can be turned on, and when closed, turned off. Due to this, it is possible to minimize the need for energy, since it is necessary to illuminate the interior only with the drawer open. In this case, the switching can optionally be controlled so that when the position is open, the lighting means on the outside of the handle are turned off. Thanks to this, it is possible to make the open position visible in a simple way.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first lighting means are placed on the handle and the second lighting means are placed on the inside of the drawer. In this case, both lighting means can be placed on the handle, the first lighting means shining outward, and the second lighting means designed to illuminate the interior. Of course, means for illuminating the interior space can also be placed on the side walls of the drawer or in another place. However, the cost of wiring is minimized if both lights are placed side by side on the handle.

For good illumination of the drawer with low energy consumption, the lighting means may contain LEDs.

The controller preferably has a limit switch for detecting the closed position in order to turn on / off the lighting means accordingly. The electrical power of the lighting means can be carried out either by means of an energy accumulator placed on the piece of furniture or through wires, which in this case are led to a drawer, the power supply being possible via sliding contacts, cable loops or other suitable means.

In addition, the controller may include a timer by which the lighting means for illuminating the interior can be turned off after a predetermined time. This enables a very flexible control of the lighting fixtures provided on the furniture.

Preferably, the outwardly directed lighting means can be switched by a controller to signal different signal values or indications. In particular, they can glow in different colors in order to signal the closed state of the lid or drawer and / or other specific information as indicators.

Furniture item 1 comprises a furniture case 2 and several drawers placed one under the other, which are extendably housed in the case 2 and have a front panel 3 with a handle 4. The drawers can be opened by pulling on the handle 4 to make the inside accessible from the outside 5 drawer space. The invention is schematically illustrated by the example of a drawer with a front panel 3, and, of course, instead of a drawer, a pivoting door with a corresponding handle 4 can be provided. Therefore, covers, pivoting doors, folding doors, sliding doors, etc. can also be provided as a front panel. .

On the handle 4, a light bar 6 is provided to the outside, extending over the entire width of the handle 4. In addition, on the handle 4 on the side that faces the interior 5, there is another light bar 7 that can be turned on by a controller not shown. At the same time, when opening the drawer, it can activate a switch, for example, a limit switch, to determine if the drawer is in the closed position. If the drawer is pulled out of the closed position, the controller can turn on the illumination of the inner space 5 of the drawer with lighting means 7, as symbolically indicated by arrow 8. Due to this, after opening the drawer, you can clearly see the inner space 5, which is an advantage even in poor lighting conditions.

As can be seen from figure 4, the light bar 7 also extends across the entire width of the handle 4, and the light bar 7 has a bar of LEDs, which in this case provide illumination of the internal space 5. To control the light beam, a diffuser or diffuser can be provided so that the light bar 7 did not blind the user.

Figure 5 shows in detail the handle attached to the front panel 3 of the drawer 3. The handle 4 contains a groove 11, in the depth of which is placed an LED strip 13 that emits light in a transparent plastic profile 15. The plastic element 15 has grooves 10 that can enter into engagement with the latches 12 in the groove 11. The light of the LED strip 13 is distributed by a plastic element 15, which is clearly visible from the outside even in poor lighting conditions.

On the opposite side of the handle 4 there is a recess 16 in the form of a strip, in which another LED strip 14 is mounted. The LED strip 14 can also be provided with a transparent coating for controlling the light beam.

The power supply of the light strips 6 and 7 can be carried out through sliding contacts on the glued metal foil, cable loops or an energy accumulator installed on the drawer 3 or the cabinet 2 of the furniture.

In the illustrated embodiment, the handle 4 is mounted on the front panel 3 so that on both sides it has lighting means 6 and 7 radiating in opposite directions. Of course, handles of other shapes can also be placed on the drawer, which can also have a signal function, for example, to symbolically represent parts or other elements. The light bar 7 in the inner part of the drawer can also be placed at a certain distance from the handle 4 to illuminate the inner space 5. For example, corresponding light bars can be provided on opposite side walls of the drawer.

In addition, the controller may have a timer so that after a certain time, the light bar 6 or 7 can turn on or off. In addition, thanks to the blinking or LEDs of different colors, special lighting effects can be achieved.

If the drawers are in the closed position, only the lighting means 6 on the outside of the front panel 3 shines. If one of the drawers is opened, the lighting means 7 are turned on so that the interior of the drawer 5 is illuminated. If the box is closed, the corresponding position can be registered by means of the limit switch, and the lighting means 7, respectively, can turn off again.

6 shows a switching diagram for the controller 21 for the piece of furniture 1. The controller 21 for lighting means 6 and 7 includes a switch 20 or a range finder based on a laser or infrared rays, which, when moving the front panel 3, turns off one of the lighting means 6, 7 and turning off other lighting means 6, 7. In this case, the switch 20 may turn on automatically as a result of moving the front panel or manually.

Fig. 7 shows a switching circuit in which a controller 21 is provided on the front panel 3 for actuating the lighting means 6 and 7. In the closed state of the drawer, the outward lighting means 6 and the storage element (e.g., battery, battery) are energized by conductors ) When the box is opened, the contacts 23 and 24 are opened, and only the internal lamp 7 is supplied with the storage element (battery, battery). Moreover, the contacts 23 and 24 can be made in the form of sliding contacts or a plug with a socket.

Fig. 9 shows a switching circuit in which a controller 26 is provided, the switch 27 on the outside of the front panel 3, for example, the sensor in the handle, is designed so that when the handle is actuated or touched, the internal lighting means 7 turns on, and the outdoor lighting means 6 is turned off.

The controllers 21, 25, 26 shown in the previous examples can be made so that the light turns off and off with the regulation of light intensity, and after a certain time has elapsed inside, the lighting means 7 are turned off. In addition, depending on the need, the controllers 21, 25, 26 can have a two-position switch, a rangefinder, a displacement sensor and / or a capacitive switch to register the closed position of the drawer.

Figure 10 shows additional embodiments of the invention, in which in the section of the kitchen as a piece of furniture 1 'placed cover 3' with the possibility of rotation around a horizontal axis. The cover 3 'has a protruding handle-bar 4', on which the lighting means 6 'shines outward, which can be made in the form of LED strips, backlighting or otherwise. The applied lighting means can be different in their structural form and do not have to cover the entire edge of the front panel, so the designer has space for the free use of his design decisions.

The proposed handle can be used not only in front panels and furniture elements without additional functions, but also in refrigerators, dishwashers, built-in stoves, etc., which in the sense of this application should also be considered objects of "furniture", since they not only perform the function of the appliance, but in most cases are integrated into kitchen furniture. Such front and upper parts of the front panels now often do not have switches or signal elements.

In addition, lighting means can indicate different signaling states through different colors. Due to this, the signal states via information buses can be visualized as a message to the user. So, in particular, red can be used to indicate a locked drawer or door, yellow - for warnings, for example, about an open lid or refrigerator door, green - for the readiness of the dishwasher, etc.

In addition, with the help of lighting, you can indicate the right of access, in particular, in lock systems in buildings, furniture, refrigerators, etc. for unauthorized and authorized users, and you can use: red = prohibition, green = tolerance, etc.

In addition, in the event of earthquakes in earthquake-prone areas, the status indication can be carried out on the handle by means of lighting. Under the influence of an earthquake, the lock system can automatically lock the lid, drawer or any device, such as a refrigerator, and highlight the red color on the handle indicator.

Claims (11)
