SUBSTANCE: invention relates to housing and communal services. Proposed complex comprises pit, container mounted thereon and lifting mechanism. The latter has the base and cover arranged at the ground level and intake neck extending above the ground. Note here that lifting mechanism base is jointed with the cover and the winch. Container incorporates refuse compactor. Lifting mechanism drive consists of single-shaft four-drum winch with electromechanical drive and systems of pulleys and ropes arranged on pit walls and lifting mechanism base. Note here that one ends of the ropes are fastened to winch drums, while opposite ends are attached via tensioning devices to pit walls. System of ropes and pulleys can interact separately with lifting mechanism base edge spaced from the winch and base nearest edge.
EFFECT: higher reliability of operation and ease of maintenance.

Description

The developed complex relates to devices for the collection and storage of municipal solid waste (MSW) in crowded places at city, holiday and sports events, in the areas of fairs at large shopping complexes, railway stations and other places.
Known methods for collecting waste have the disadvantage that it takes a lot of work and considerable time. It is possible to collect waste in specially installed heavy containers, which reduce the manual movement of collected waste from cleaning areas of areas and places of festivities. However, containers mounted on the surface create obstacles to the movement of vehicles and the passage of people, and also spoil the aesthetic appearance.
A known method of local collection of waste in containers located in special underground bins. According to DE patent No. 3608730 A1, cl. B65F 1/00, dated 03/15/1986, the assembly tank is placed in an underground building having an internal helical spiral. The assembly container on its outer surface has three rollers that enter the inner helical spiral of the outer case (outer case - nut, assembly capacity - screw). When rotating in one direction, the assembly container, screwing into the body, drops to a position where its upper part, designed to receive garbage, will occupy the lower position (working). In this position, an insignificant part rises above the ground - the litter bin.
The disadvantage of the proposed method is the small possible capacity of the container for collecting garbage associated with the need for rotation to move the tank vertically. In the proposed method, a manual rotation drive is provided, which naturally limits the carrying capacity, and hence the container capacity. The second significant disadvantage of the proposed method is the lack of additional compaction of garbage after loading it into the container, which reduces its possible capacity by 4-6 times.
Patent RU No. 2043276 C1, cl. B65F 1/00, 1991, a device for collecting waste in the form of a block placed in an earthen mine with a waste container, consisting of a base and a cover, designed to separate part of the space for receiving the container, and lifting means, designed to move the structure between the position in which it is retracted into the shaft with its cover in line with the surface of the platform around the shaft, and the position in which it extends completely from the shaft, the base being placed in line with the platform.
The lid has a hollow column for loading waste into the container.
A removable container is placed on the base, which changes as it fills. To change the container, the base - lid block is lifted using hydraulic cylinders located in the shaft and connected to the lid. The block is lifted before the base is installed at ground level. After that, the filled container moves along the base and is brought to the ground from the block. Instead, a new container is installed on the base.
The disadvantage of this device for collecting waste is the use of long-stroke hydraulic cylinders. Lifting is carried out by 4 simultaneously operating hydraulic cylinders with a stroke of at least 2700 mm. The operation of 4 cylinders requires the use of special equipment to ensure their synchronization.
The operability of the hydraulic system in the conditions of Russian weather in winter conditions and increased humidity in underground conditions is doubtful.
The present invention is directed to the creation of an installation for waste collection, devoid of this drawback, and the technical result of the present invention is the creation of an underground collection of solid waste, which improves its reliability and simplifies the maintenance of complex kinematic devices in the climate of Russia.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the complex of underground collection of solid waste placed in an earthen mine, there is a block with a waste container, consisting of a lifting mechanism having a base and a cover, a lifting means for vertically moving the lifting mechanism with a container, which according to the invention is made in the form of a system ropes and chain hoists placed on blocks mounted with the possibility of rotation and located on the upper part of the chamber and the base of the lifting mechanism connected to the winch drum and on the one hand and cable tensioner on the other. In this case, the moving blocks of the chain hoists are mounted at 4 points at the bottom of the base of the lifting mechanism, and the fixed blocks are installed in the upper part of the shaft walls. Cables (4 pcs.) Are fixed at one end through tensioning devices that ensure equal tension of all cables to the shaft walls, is thrown through a fixed deflecting block, through a pulley block pulley in a vertical position and through a second fixed block fixed to one of four drums on the shaft wall winches. All four winch drums are located on the same axis and are driven from one electric motor through a planetary-worm gear.
When the drum rotates in one direction, the ropes are wound, lifting the lifting mechanism until the base is installed at ground level (bridge). When the drum rotates in the opposite direction, the lifting mechanism is lowered so that the top of its cover is set at ground level.
Using a winch with an electromechanical drive as a lifting device of a lifting mechanism with a compactor installed in it allows you to abandon the use of long-stroke power hydraulic cylinders, which significantly increases the reliability of the complex.
An example implementation of the invention is shown in figures 1, 2, 3, where:

- figure 3 is a lifting mechanism.
The MSW collection complex consists of a shaft 1 made of a lifting table 2, a container 3 for collecting and compacting waste (compactor), located on the basis of a lifting mechanism, a 4-drum winch 4 with an electromechanical drive, a cable fastening system to the shaft wall and tension control cables 5, fixed blocks 6, mounted on the side walls of the shaft, movable blocks 7 installed in the lower part of the lifting mechanism, reclining ramps 8, guiding the movement of the compactor 3 during its unloading-loading on the base e lifting table 2. On the cover of the table 2 is installed a tubular cabinet 9, designed to receive solid waste.
The complex works as follows.
In the reinforced concrete mine 1 there is a lifting table 2, consisting of a cover 10, a base 11 with guides 12, on which a compactor 3 is installed, having on its base rollers along which it moves along the guides 13 until it stops 14. Moving the compactor 3 when loading it onto table 2 or when unloading from the table is carried out on the folding ramps 8, which are pivotally fixed at one end to the base of the table, and the other laid on the pavement.
The proposed complex for underground collection and storage of solid waste has a shaft with a plan size of 10,000 × 3,550 mm and a depth of 4,200 mm. A lifting mechanism is placed in the mine, in which a compactor with a capacity of 20 m 3 is installed, providing a 4-5-fold compaction of the waste loaded into the container, which corresponds to an average of 80 m 3 of waste collected. The mass of the compactor itself is 4500 kg. The total mass of the loaded compactor is 22500 kg.
The compactor is equipped with a 5.5 kW hydraulic installation, which provides compaction of municipal solid waste.
The movement of the lifting mechanism with a gross weight of about 32,000 kg is carried out by a winch with a drive power of 7.5 kW, a drum speed of 1.875 rpm. The lifting or lowering time of the lifting mechanism is 3 minutes (the lifting speed of the mechanism is ≈1 m per minute).

The lifting mechanism of the table 2 is in its upper position, while the base 11 with its guides 12 is installed at the level of the bridge (ground). Ramps 8 recline on the pavement. An automobile self-loader equipped with a Multilift or Hyva-lift system delivers an empty compactor 3 and is installed on the guides 13 of the base 11, moving the support rollers along the ramps 8, and then along the guides 13 of the base 11 of the table 2 until it stops 14. After loading the compactor 3 on table 2 ramps 8 are rotated and installed inside the table.
The drive of the winch 4 is turned on, and the lifting table 2 is lowered into the shaft 1. At the same time, the cables wound on the winch drums at one end, and the other fixed to the shaft walls 1 through the tension of the device 5, are unwound from the winch drum 4. When unwinding the cables passing through the stationary blocks 6 and movable blocks 7, the lifting table 2 is lowered to the stop 14 located at the bottom of the shaft 1, while the cover 10 is installed with its upper surface at the level of the bridge, tightly closing the shaft opening.
The filling of the compactor 3 is carried out through the loading cabinet 9 by loading the waste individually or in bags. When filling the loading cupboard of compactor 3, the waste loading system in compactor 3 is automatically switched on (by a sensor signal), and as the compactor 3 is loaded, the loaded waste is compacted 4-5 times, which allows its actual capacity to be increased accordingly. When the compactor 3 is full, a warning signal is sent about the need to change the compactor 3.
When changing the compactor 3, the hoist winch 4 is turned on, winding the cables on the drums and lifting the lifting table 2 with the lifting mechanism to its upper position. In this case, the base 11 with the guides 12 is at the level of the pavement. Ramps 8 are lowered onto the pavement and the automobile self-loader extends the compactor 3 (container) along the guides 13 and then loads it onto its trailer platform.
Next, the operations are repeated.
Thus, the proposed complex for the local collection and storage of solid waste provides higher reliability in operation in the climatic zone of the Russian Federation, is easy to manage and commission due to the fact that it contains a shaft with a container and a lifting mechanism placed on it, made with a base and a cover located at ground level, and the receiving neck, protruding above the ground, while the base of the lifting mechanism is connected to the lid and the winch, and the container is made with a trash compactor, characterized in that when od lifting mechanism implemented with a single-shaft chetyrehbarabannoy winch cables via the electromechanical drive system and blocks disposed on shaft walls and bottom of the lifting mechanism, wherein the one ends of the cables secured to the winch drums, and the other through the tension device - the mine walls. The system of cables and blocks is installed with the possibility of interaction separately with the far edge of the base of the lifting mechanism from the winch and separately with the near edge of the base.

  1. A complex for underground collection and storage of municipal solid waste, containing a shaft with a container and a lifting mechanism placed on it, made with a base and a cover located at ground level, and a receiving neck protruding above the ground, while the base of the lifting mechanism is connected to the cover and a winch, and the container is made with a trash compactor, the lifting mechanism is driven by a single-shaft four-drum winch with an electromechanical drive through a system of cables and blocks located on the walls shaft and the base of the lifting mechanism, while some ends of the cables are mounted on the drums of the winch, and others through tensioning devices on the walls of the shaft, characterized in that the system of cables and blocks located on the walls of the shaft and the base of the lifting mechanism is installed with the possibility of interaction with the electromechanical single-shaft four-drum winch drive separately with the far edge of the base of the lifting mechanism from the winch and separately with the near edge of the base.
