Abstract
Description
The invention relates to railway transport, namely to the upper structure of the track, and can be applied in the construction and repair of railway and tram tracks, underground, as well as attractions using elements of the railway.
Known rail track containing two rail threads, each of which includes rails connected to each other by means of butt plates located on both sides of the rails (patent application RU No. 2008150822 of December 22, 2008). However, its drawback is a slight decrease in maintainability of the rail gauge in terms of replacing the rail in the event of a defect in it that threatens traffic safety and requires replacement as soon as possible. The specified rail track is the closest analogue of the invention. The technical result of the invention is to increase traffic safety and reliability on the railway, increase the life of the railway, rolling stock, reduce wear of the rail and wheelset, reduce the cost of the current maintenance of the track, including when replacing the rail in the event of a defect in it, threatening traffic safety and requiring replacement as soon as possible. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the railway rail (hereinafter the rail), which serves to form the rail threads constituting the rail track by means of butt pads made from the sides, is connected on one side by an integral connection to the butt pads (hereinafter referred to as overlays) or made with them as one unit, and the rail connections with the pads on the other side are detachable.
Рельс 1 с боковой стороны 2 соединен с накладками 3 и 4 неразъемным соединением (сваркой).Figure 1 conventionally shows a rail, which is connected to the plates by an integral connection on one side, a top view. The rail 1 on the
In the rail, connected to the plates by a rigid one-piece connection on one side, during its operation there are two times less rubbing parts (the plate and the neck of the rail), which eliminates the play between them, contributes to their safety and reduces the likelihood of play in the bolted joints in the transverse direction and on the other side of the rail, and, ultimately, increases the safety of railway traffic.
The method of using the rail for the formation of the rail track component of the rail track by means of the pads attached to it from the sides of the rail is that the proposed rail is used to form the track track components of the rail track.
Figure 2 conditionally shows a rail, which is connected to the plates by an integral connection from different ends and different sides, top view.
9.The rail 5 on the
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the railway rail, which serves for the formation of the rail track components of the rail threads by means of side plates made from the sides, is connected at one end from one side to the butt plate in one piece or made integrally with it, while on the other end, on the other side, it is also connected to the butt plate by one-piece connection or made with it as one unit, and all other rail connections with overlays on both postglacial sides made detachable.
A method of using a rail to form rail yarns comprising a rail track by means of butt pads fastened thereto on the sides of the rail is that said rail is used to form rail yarns constituting the rail track.
Variants of a guide rail track containing rail threads with different railway rails are offered.
Figure 3 conventionally shows a rail thread, which contains rails, on one side connected to the butt plates by an integral connection, top view.
13.The rail thread contains a rail 1, on the
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the guide rail track of two rail threads, each of which is formed by rails joined with a gap, connected to each other by means of butt pads made on the sides, the rail thread contains rails, each of which is on one side connected to the butt plates by a one-piece connection or made with them as a whole, while the rail connections with the plates on the other side are made detachable.
In Fig. 4, a rail thread is conventionally shown, which contains rails connected from one side to the butt pads by an integral connection, while the rails joined to the gap are made with respect to each other at an angle of 180 ° (2π radians), top view.
180°.The rail thread comprises a rail 1, on the
The proposed option in comparison with the previous version (figure 3) is more effective in terms of achieving a technical result, since it contains twice as many permanent joints of the lining with the rail and allows the movement of vehicles with the same effect in different directions along the rail track, since rails made with different rolling directions will alternate when passing through the thermal gap.
The claimed technical result will be greatest when two rail threads are used in the guide rail track, containing rails docked with a gap, each of which is fixed to the butt plate from one end on one side or inseparably connected to it, or made with it as a whole, with the other end on the other side, it is connected to the butt plate also by one-piece connection or made with it as a whole, and all its other connections with the plates on both sides are made removable.
Figure 5 conventionally shows a rail thread containing rails, each of which at different ends and from different sides has one plate attached to the rail with an integral connection.
The rail thread contains a rail 5, connected on the
With seasonal and daily temperature increases, the
The above versions of the rail thread, providing for the permanent connection of the rails with the plates, have a more rigid fastening of the rail joint, which is more durable and reliable, eliminates the breakdown of bolted joints during the movement of vehicles by rail. In the variants of the rail yarn shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the place of the rail junction is several times fewer movable joints, which contributes to a longer service life of the track top structure, increases the safety of railway traffic. This increases the resistance of the rails to the torques during the movement of vehicles acting in the transverse direction, especially in curved sections of the track.
When passing along a rail track of vehicles, shock loads upon passing through the gap fall on the receiving rails, which are fastened with overlays by one-piece joints. At the same time, in these one-piece joints there are no vertical or horizontal components of backlash typical of bolted joints, as a result of which wear and tear of rails and rails affecting the gap size are reduced, traffic safety and railway reliability are increased.
To increase the strength characteristics, reliability, one-piece (welded) connection is performed together with a bolted connection.
A method of operating a rail gauge, including the movement of vehicles on it, is that the movement of the vehicles is carried out on any of the rail tracks proposed above.
The proposed technical solutions for rail threads with indivisible rail connections with overlays increase track strength and stability - the basis of reliability and safety on the railway, can be used when laying a jointless track.
The problem of reducing the wear of the rail and the wheel pair by impacts of joints is solved, since the rail joint contains two fixed elements in the joint, which increases the rigidity of the rail thread in the vertical and horizontal planes, reduces the amplitude of the rail vibrations in the joint when rolling the wheel.
At the same time, the roughness of the rail thread in the plan (both straightening and re-flashing) is reduced, which reduces the likelihood of the wheel flange rolling into the rail and the angle of impact of the wheel on the rail head, increasing the stability of the rolling stock against derailment.
The proposed technical solutions from the prior art are unknown, industrially applicable, for the average specialist are not explicit.
