Abstract

FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: bed is opened and prepared by long columns with contouring extraction pillar by wells. Water is degassed and injected in bed for its unloading and processing by mechanised complexes. Extraction pillar is contoured on both sides by two parallel wells. The latter are crossed between each other in plane of extraction pillar by directed drilling by changing trajectory. To unload coal bed in points of well crossing, they are connected to each other by means of channels, which are produced by means of hydraulic rupture. On one side of coal bed preparatory excavation is carried out in wells that serve for their ventilation due to general shaft depression. On other side of extraction pillar, bed is degassed with application of arranged wells.
EFFECT: reduced volumes of drilling works, lower expenses for mines excavation.

Description

The invention relates to the coal industry and can be used in the development of seams hazardous for gas and dust, prone to rock blows.
A known method of extracting methane from a coal seam [1], including drilling directed wells from the surface, taking free methane, injecting into the formation a substance with a sorption capacity greater than that of methane, followed by extraction of methane from it, characterized in that they create a closed circulation system, formed by injection and production wells of directional drilling with horizontal shafts perforated along the length, filtration channels formed by directional radial hydraulic fracturing, and the horizontal well of the injection well is located above the horizontal well of the production well, then a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons (solar distillate, kerosene) is pumped into the formation, the selection of which with sorbed methane is carried out through the production well, then through the surface pipeline of the production well to a separation station to separate methane from the wide fractions of light hydrocarbons, which are directed through an injection well into a coal seam.
The disadvantage of this method is the high cost when using light fractions of hydrocarbons.
A known method of controlling work in a well and a system for drilling a well [2], in which a model of the drilling process is constructed, which represents the interaction of conditions in the bottom hole with the work of the drill pipe string; obtaining many results of downhole measurements of drilling conditions during work in the well; updating the model of the drilling process based on the results of downhole measurements of drilling conditions; determine the optimal drilling parameters based on an updated model of the drilling process; transmission of data on optimal drilling parameters to the ground control system; and repeatedly repeating the operations of receiving, updating, determining and transmitting during work in the well.
The disadvantage of this method is the low probability of failure, for example, of two wells in the plane of the reservoir with complex violations.
There is a method of degassing high-gas seams during the passage of mine workings [3], which includes conducting advanced workings, then barrier and bottomhole wells are drilled towards them and connected to the gas extraction system from the side of the workings, moreover, barrier wells are drilled to the drainage zone of the coal mass, and bottom-hole wells are drilled into the bottom of ongoing workings.
The disadvantage of this method is the necessity of driving advanced workings, which increases the cost of expenses.
Known methods of degassing coal seams, additional exploration of deposits by directional drilling [4], conducting wells using directional drilling systems, excluding control systems for deviation of wells and exploratory core sampling.
Known methods and recommendations for the degassing of unloaded coal seams [5], including conducting direct intersecting wells in the plane of the seam along the length and width of the excavation column, traversed at different angles, and different points of the mine workings.
The disadvantage of this method is the large amount of drilling in underground conditions.
There is a method of preparing a gas-saturated face formation, adopted as a prototype [6], characterized in that the preliminary degassing is carried out from the mine in the direction of two or more faces, and then the mine goes through the harvester.
The disadvantage of this method is the inability to ventilate the mine due to mine depression.
The objectives of the invention are to reduce the volume of drilling operations, the cost of mining during the mining of coal seams with long columns and mechanized complexes by combining the processes of additional exploration, degassing, unloading of seams hazardous in gas and dust, prone to mountain impacts, and airing the preparing mine workings for general mine depression.
The solution of the tasks is achieved by the fact that the extraction column is outlined on two sides by two parallel wells, which are crossed by directional drilling by changing the trajectory in the plane of the extraction column, to unload the coal seam at the intersection points, the wells are connected to each other by channels that form by hydraulic fracturing, this, on the one hand of the coal seam, preparatory workings are carried out on the wells, which are used for ventilation due to the mine depression, and on the other hand s extraction pillar carried degassing reservoir conducted using wells.
An integrated method for developing hazardous gas and dust formations prone to rock bursts and sudden emissions is illustrated in the drawing.
The drawing shows a system for developing a reservoir with long pillars in a mechanized way.
In the drawing, the following notation:
1, 2 - preparing the reservoir workings;
3, 4 - contouring the excavation column of the well;
L is the length of the excavation column;
B is the width of the excavation column;
M, N - intersection points of wells;
6, 7 - preparing a mining excavation column;
8 - mounting camera.
The implementation of the method is as follows.
At the first stage, parallel wells 3, 4 pass from the preparation workings 1, 2, contouring the excavation column 5 over its entire length L and width B. At the second stage, the trajectory is changed for wells 3, 4 directed by drilling, thus so that they cross in the plane of the excavation column and contour it. Wells 3, 4 are connected to a degassing installation that provides suction of gas from the extraction column and the host rocks, which ensures the degassing of the formation, after which, to unload the coal seam and form channels at the intersection points of the wells into wells 3 or 4 under pressure, providing hydraulic fracturing at the points crossing wells M and H, water is supplied, which additionally displaces and dissolves methane in the rock mass and breaks channels at the intersection points of wells M and N. Preparing horns pass through the wells generating the one hand extraction pillar 6 or 7, on the other hand degassed formation using intersecting borehole 4 or 3. The variant of the wells pilot openings of small cross section, followed by their extension.
A reduction in the volume of drilling operations and the cost of mining is achieved by the fact that the wells are drilled by the method of directional drilling in one pass, which provide for combining the processes of additional exploration, degassing, unloading the formation and serve to ventilate the preparing mine workings during their drilling due to general mine depression.
