Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: hinge for latent displacement between frame and leaf contains part of hinge on the side of frame and part of hinge on the side of leaf and hinged clip. The above mentioned hinged clip rests upon part of hinge, which is on side of frame, so that it can rotate around hinged axis of leaf. The hinge contains also a lever resting upon hinged clip so that it can rotate around axis, which is parallel to hinged axes of frame and leaf. A retaining latching system is provided in hinge parts, which are on the side of frame. The above mentioned retaining latching system contains cam mechanisms interacting with lever and ensures leaf turning depending on opening angle either around hinged axis of the frame or hinged axis of the leaf. Cam mechanism and lever are made so that lever turning is controlled forcibly. ^ EFFECT: prevented withdrawal of lever from gripping with groove in cam mechanism and uncontrolled lever turning around both hinged axes. ^ 9 cl, 7 dwg

Description

The invention relates to a hinge for concealed location between the frame and the sash, in particular a door or window, corresponding to the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

Such a loop is known from GB 2 203 483A. To ensure that the pivoting movements of the hinged bracket at opening angles of up to 90 ° occur in a controlled manner around the hinge axis of the sash, and at opening angles of more than 90 ° around the hinge axis of the frame, this hinge has a system of locking latches. This system contains a lever that rests on a hinge bracket with the possibility of rotation around an axis parallel to the hinge axes on the hinge bracket.

Part of the hinge on the side of the frame and part of the hinge on the side of the sash contain each cam device, which interacts with one of both end zones of the lever. The spring force of the pivot spring located between it and the hinge bracket acts on the lever, so that the end zone of the lever on the side of the sash abuts against the cam surface of the cam of the sash.

The cam device of the hinge part on the sash side has a recess in which the end zone of the lever located on the side of the sash can be reached after reaching the opening position of the sash by approximately 90 °, while the end zone of the lever located on the side of the frame leaves the recess of the cam device of the hinge part on the side of the frame and frees the rotation of the hinge bracket around the hinge axis of the frame.

The hinge known from GB 2 203 483A is a hinge for a door of a vehicle, in particular for a rear door of a van. In particular, for large and, therefore, heavy sashes, such as a door or window sash, this hinge is not suitable, since it does not provide a controlled sequence of rotation of the hinge bracket around the hinge axes of the frame and sash.

Therefore, the basis of the invention is the task of such a modification of the hinge according to the prior art, which makes it suitable for door and window sashes.

This problem is solved using the loop indicated in paragraph 1 of the claims.

Due to the fact that the cam device and the lever are designed so that the lever is pivoted forcibly controlled, the lever is reliably prevented from exiting the spring force from engagement with a recess in the cam device and uncontrolled rotation of the articulated lever around both hinge axes.

By “forced control” is meant that the lever along the entire opening path of the sash is guided in both directions of rotation of the lever. This eliminates the involuntary exit of the end zone of the lever from the corresponding recess of the cam device, as this can happen, in particular when, due to the wear of the end zones of the lever in the corresponding recess, a gap occurs or the spring force decreases.

In one preferred embodiment of the hinge according to the invention, means are provided that limit the rotation of the hinge bracket around the hinge axis of the frame by a certain angle of rotation relative to the frame. By this measure, the hinge according to the invention can be adapted to certain frame / sash systems. In addition, it is ensured that the rotation of the hinge bracket around the hinge axis of the frame to a greater than the maximum desired angle is not possible.

In one preferred embodiment, these means have an extension provided on the hinge bracket.

On the side of the frame located on the side of the frame, a recess may be provided in which this extension is included, and the ends of which form stops that limit the angle of rotation relative to the frame for this extension.

The recess can be particularly preferably made in the form of a wings and concentric articulated axis of the frame. The extension is placed at an appropriate distance from the hinge axis of the frame on the hinge bracket and follows the trajectory of the link between the two longitudinal end zones when turning.

It was found that in most applications it is advisable to limit the angle of rotation relative to the frame to a maximum of 90 °. In a preferred embodiment, the curtain extends approximately along the length of a quarter circle.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the hinge structure according to the invention, the cam device of the hinge part on the frame side has a flat contact surface extending approximately radially to the hinge axis of the frame for the end face of the lever end zone located on the frame side. Due to this measure, it is ensured that closing the sash in angular ranges in which the sash rotates exclusively around the hinge axis of the sash does not lead to relative movements between the lever end zone located on the side of the frame and the cam device, which would lead to increased wear or jamming.

To ensure that the end zone of the lever located on the side of the frame is securely engaged with the abutment surface in the angular range, the cam device of the loop part on the side of the frame has a cam surface with which the end region of the lever interacts with the cam surface, the cam surface being that after reaching the maximum angle of rotation relative to the frame, the lever rotates so that the end zone located on the side of the frame extends beyond the thrust surface and release waiting for the rotation of the hinge bracket around the hinge axis of the sash.

To release this pivotal movement when closing the sash when reaching a critical opening angle, at which further closing is possible only by freeing the pivoting movement around the hinge axis of the frame, the cam surface of the hinge portion on the side of the frame preferably has a working area that limits the angle of rotation of the sash around the hinge axis when closing, and when the minimum angle of rotation is reached, the lever turns so that the end zone located on the side of the frame leaves the hook eniya with emphasis. As a result of this measure, the lever rotates again with forced control.

If the loop according to the invention preferably has a locking latch system of the type indicated above on both sides of the hinged bracket, the working reliability of the loop is increased and asymmetrical load on the loop is prevented due to the working forces of the locking latch system.

The following is a detailed description of an example loop according to the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which is schematically depicted:

The hinge designated in the drawings by reference numeral 100 comprises a hinge configured to be installed in a frame not shown in the drawings, in particular in a mounting space provided for this in the frame, a hinged frame 1 and configured to be installed in a sash not shown in the drawings, in particular, the mounting space provided for this in the sash, the sash part 2 of the hinge. In addition, the loop 100 contains a hinge bracket 3, which is approximately U-shaped.

The hinge bracket 3 is supported at one end by means of the frame pin 4 of the loop on the frame part 1 of the loop with the possibility of rotation around the hinge axis S of the frame. The other end of the hinge bracket 3 is supported by the sash pin 5 of the hinge on the sash part 2 of the hinge also with the possibility of rotation around the hinge axis T of the sash, which runs parallel to the hinge axis S of the frame. The hinge bracket 3 carries on its end and end faces 6, 7 shown in the drawings, one corresponding to the system 8, 9 of the locking latches, the lever 10, 11, while the levers are fixed with the possibility of rotation around the rotation axis U parallel to the hinge axes S, T frames and sashes, using the corresponding setting axis U of rotation of the screw 12, of which only the upper screw is shown in the drawings.

In addition, on the end sides 6, 7 of the hinge bracket 3 in its end zone located on the side of the frame, one extension is located, while in the drawings you can only see the extension 13 projecting upward. The extensions are located at a radial distance R from the hinge axis S and go into corresponding to the link 14, 15, with each link extending along a circular arc, the concentric hinge axis S of the frame, and a circular arc with an angular length of about 90 °.

The longitudinal ends of the wings 14, 15 form the stops 16, 17 to continue 13 and thereby limit the maximum angle of rotation of the hinge bracket 3 around the hinge axis S of the frame.

The frame and sash parts 1, 2 of the hinge each contain 2 cam devices 18, 19, which are located, respectively, above the hinge bracket 3 and under it. The cam devices of the frame, respectively, of the hinge part of the hinge on both sides of the hinge bracket 3 have the same function and have the same principle of operation, so that only the upper ones that are better seen in the drawings shown above on the cam devices are described below.

The cam device 18 of the hinge frame part 1, which together with the lever 10 and the cam device 19 of the hinge part 2 of the hinge forms a locking latch system 8, comprises a cam surface 20 that lies parallel to the link 14 on a circular arc extending concentrically with the hinge axis S of the frame. The cam surface 20 forms a thrust surface for the end zone 21 of the lever 10 located on the side of the frame, along which it passes when the hinge bracket 3 is rotated around the hinge axis S of the frame.

As shown in particular in FIG. 2, the cam surface 20 at its end shown in the drawings to the right passes through a surface that extends radially to the hinge axis S of the frame, which forms a thrust surface 23 for the end 24 located on the end side of the end zone 21 of the arm 10 in the recess 22.

The cam device 19 of the hinge portion 2 of the loop has a cam surface 25 that extends along a portion of the circle of the concentric hinge axis T of the sash. It forms a thrust surface along which the end zone 26 of the lever 10 located on the sash side passes when the hinge bracket 3 rotates around the hinge axis T of the sash.

The outer contour 29 located on the side of the sash of the end zone of the lever 10 is made curved with a convex arc shape. As shown in particular in FIG. 3, the cam surface 25 of the cam device 19 located on the flap side on the right side of the drawings shows the concave working area 27, which is consistent with the flap end zone 26 of the lever 10 located on the flap side.

The following is a description of the loop function based on a sequence of drawings.

In the closed state of the loop, the continuation 13 is located at the stop 17 shown in the drawings on the left, the convex zone of the end zone 26 of the lever 10 located on the leaf side abuts against the corresponding concave working zone 27, which is adjacent to the cam surface 25 of the cam device 19. When using not shown on In the drawings of the sash, a pivoting movement is initiated by opening the sash, then at first the end zone 21 of the lever 10 located on the frame side slides along the cam surface 20 of the cam device 18. Therefore, opening the sash first causes the hinge bracket 3 to rotate exclusively around the hinge axis S of the frame, until the one shown in FIG. 2 is a position in which the extension 13 rests against the stop 16. In this position, the end zone 21 of the lever 10 located on the side of the frame does not abut the cam surface 20, but is completely beyond the recess 22.

As follows, in particular, from FIG. 3, further opening of the sash causes the transition zone to pass between the cam surface 25 and the concave working area 27 of the cam system 19 along the circular segment shaped end 28 located on the sash side of the end zone 26 of the lever 10 and thereby causes the lever to turn clockwise around the axis U turn. As a result, the end zone 21 located on the side of the frame enters the recess 22 and rests on the abutment surface 23, whereby the hinge bracket 3 is locked against rotation about the hinge axis S of the frame.

With further opening of the sash up to an opening angle of 180 °, the end zone 26 of the lever 10 located on the side of the sash slides along the cam surface 25, due to which its end zone 21 located on the frame side is held in the recess 22.

When the sash of FIG. 4 of the 180 ° open position is closed again, then at first it rotates exclusively around the hinge axis T of the sash, until the end zone 26 located on the side of the sash again abuts against the concave working area 27 of the cam device 19 (see Fig. 5). The sliding of this zone along the convexly curved outer contour 29 of the lever 10 causes it to rotate around the rotation axis U counterclockwise, so that the end zone 21 located on the side of the frame releases the thrust surface 23 again (see Fig. 6). Further closing of the sash then leads only to the rotation of the hinge bracket 3 around the hinge axis S of the frame, until again as shown in FIG. 7 state of the hinge with the sash closed.
