Технической задачей изобретения является разработка эффективного способа оздоровления организма человека, обеспечивающего одновременное восстановление нарушенного метаболизма, очищение печени и желудочно-кишечного тракта и выведение токсинов и шлаков. Поставленная задача решается тем, что на фоне лечебного голодания проводят очистку организма от шлаков и паразитов с помощью растительных средств.The invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of cleansing and detoxification of the body using products of plant origin.
