Description

The invention relates to the technology of laser synthesis of bulk products (SALF) by the method of selective laser sintering (SLS), including methods for continuous and high-speed manufacturing of microelectromechanical (MEM) sensors, actuators, sensors, implants, filters, membranes, piezoelectric detectors, pump pumps, etc. d., functional devices with a complex surface shape and internal voids.

Synthesis of functional gradient parts via RP methods. // Rapid Prototyping Journal, 2001, Vol.7, N4, pp.207-211).Selective laser sintering technology allows you to create three-dimensional objects, layer-by-layer forming a functional gradient of the properties of the future product (RU 2212982 C2, 09.27.2003). Automated design and engineering design tools, which are naturally integrated into the SLS process, make it possible to build functional gradient structures not only atomically (microlevel or nanotechnology), but also as individual structural units (particles, grains, domains), which corresponds to the design ideology at the mesoscale. By modeling the styling or the degree of cohesion of the structure of the powder composition, as well as its concentration composition, it is possible to create microdevices - MEMS (Shishkovsky IV Synthesis of functional gradient parts via RP methods. // Rapid Prototyping Journal, 2001, Vol.7, N4, pp.207- 211).

A known method for producing complex metal oxides, in particular alkali metal oxorates, of the general formula MeCuO 2 , where Me is an alkali metal (RU 2064912 C1, 08/10/1996). The method includes the high-temperature reaction of the corresponding alkali metal peroxide powders and the copper-containing component, which is used as a copper powder or a mixture of copper and copper oxide powders, while the alkali metal superoxide is pre-mixed with copper oxide powder and then copper powder is added, and the high-temperature reaction is carried out in the mode self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS). The final product is a close-packed mass of dark color.

The disadvantage of this method is the inability to synthesize products of a controlled form directly in the SHS process.

ч. полимерного порошка (RU 2145269 С1, 10.02.2000).There is a method of manufacturing bulk products from powder compositions, which includes sequential, layer-by-layer placement of the powder composition in the machine of the KVANT-60 laser processing unit in the internal modulation mode, processing each layer with laser radiation along a predetermined contour, and extracting the obtained product from the machine with removal of the powder composition, who participated in the formation of the bulk product, while sifted mixtures of metal powders, for example, n and on the basis of nickel, chromium, aluminum, iron, titanium, brass, with polymer powders of polycarbonate or polyamide, with characteristic particle sizes of metal and polymer from 20 to 160 microns in a ratio of 4 to 12 parts by weight metal-containing powder per 1 parts by weight polymer powder (RU 2145269 C1, 10.02.2000).

According to the known method, it is possible to manufacture products from metal-polymer powder compositions by implementing a liquid phase sintering process.

The main disadvantage of this method is the low yield of the target products and their contamination with products of partial decomposition of the polymer binder in the synthesis process.

Известен способ изготовления медицинских имплантатов заданных индивидуальных форм из биосовместимых материалов методом СЛС порошковых композиций, включающий последовательное послойное размещение порошковой смеси и обработку каждого слоя сканирующим лазерным излучением, при этом в качестве исходной порошковой композиции используют смеси металлических порошков на основе никеля и титана при их весовом соотношении 1:1 с реализацией контролируемой лазерным излучением (ЛИ) реакции СВС пористой интерметаллидной фазы - никелида титана (NiTi) в защитной газовой среде (RU 2218242 С2, 10.12.2003).A known method of manufacturing medical implants of predetermined individual forms from biocompatible materials by the SLS method of powder compositions, including sequential layer-by-layer placement of the powder mixture and processing of each layer with scanning laser radiation, using mixtures of metal powders based on nickel and titanium at their weight ratio 1: 1 with the implementation of laser-controlled (LI) reactions of the SHS of the porous intermetallic phase - titanium nickelide (NiTi ) in a protective gas environment (RU 2218242 C2, 12/10/2003).

Основным недостатком известного способа является недостаточно высокая однородность фазового состава целевого продукта за счет присутствия примесных интерметаллидных фаз - NiTi2, Ni3Ti.The main disadvantage of this method is the insufficiently high uniformity of the phase composition of the target product due to the presence of impurity intermetallic phases - NiTi 2 , Ni 3 Ti.

Наиболее близким к заявляемому является способ изготовления объемных изделий из порошковых композиций, который включает размещение порошковой композиции в станке для лазерного синтеза объемных изделий и лазерную обработку послойно формируемого объемного изделия, извлечение его из станка с удалением порошковой композиции, не принявшей участия в формировании объемного изделия, при этом в качестве порошковых композиций для СВС используют просеянные порошковые смеси на основе никеля-алюминия, никеля-титана, алюминия и титана, взятые в соответствии со стехиометрическим составом и синтезируемые непосредственно под лазерным излучением эвтектоидных систем в диффузионном режиме горения (RU 2217265 С2, 27.11.2003).Closest to the claimed is a method of manufacturing bulk products from powder compositions, which includes placing the powder composition in a machine for laser synthesis of bulk products and laser processing of a layer-by-layer formed bulk product, removing it from the machine with the removal of the powder composition that has not taken part in the formation of the bulk product, at the same time, sieved powder mixtures based on nickel-aluminum, nickel-titanium, aluminum and titanium, taken in correspondence with the stoichiometric composition and synthesized directly under the laser radiation of eutectoid systems in the diffusion mode of combustion (RU 2217265 C2, 11.27.2003).

The known invention allows to expand the functional characteristics of the created models, to increase the strength properties of the sintered product and to provide eutectoid systems in the chemical reaction of combustion, however, the method is characterized by a low yield (not more than 40%) of the target products.

20-40%.The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the strength and improve the functional properties of the sintered product from powder compositions by expanding the range of powder materials used and the synergistic combination of the SLS process with the SHS process under the influence of external physical fields. This provides not only the creation of eutectoid systems in the chemical reaction of combustion, but also the operation of the product as a whole with an increase in yield of products by 20-40%.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in a method for manufacturing bulk products from powder compositions, comprising placing in a machine for laser synthesis of a powder mixture of the starting components taken in accordance with the stoichiometric composition of materials synthesized under laser radiation, layered formation of a bulk product by laser processing, in which self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) proceeds in the diffusion mode, and the extraction of the product from the machine, according to the invention, laser the work is carried out in a magnetic field with an induction of up to 0.1 T, an electric field with a voltage of up to 220 kV / m or in an ultrasonic field with a frequency of 18-22 kHz at a dose of laser radiation corresponding to the minimum required energy level for the local SHS process in the spot of laser radiation and sintering particles of the reacting mixture in the layer and monolayers of the product among themselves.

Due to the use of external electric, magnetic or ultrasonic influences in conjunction with SLS + SHS, an anisotropic structure of the material is formed both upon receipt of individual monolayers and structural blocks, and during the formation of a bulk product as a whole. Under the influence of external magnetic fields, the magnetic characteristics of the synthesis products are also improved.

Exothermic mixtures can be used as initial powder compositions: metal-metal, oxides (peroxides) + metal, in general, mixtures containing an oxidizing agent and a reducing agent, while the energy release of the mixtures should not exceed the value at which, after local initiation of SHS in the laser spot radiation process can occur in an uncontrolled mode.

To ensure the effect of self-organization in the MEM synthesis, the joint layer-by-layer SLS + SHS process is carried out in a magnetic field (up to 0.1 T), an electric field (up to 220 kV / m) or under the influence of ultrasound, which facilitates the self-organization of coherent structures, with a predicted complex of physical, chemical and / or biological properties. The SHS-SLS process is carried out according to a scenario previously calculated numerically on a computer under the influence of external physical factors, as a result of which a functional MEM product is formed.

Laser radiation is an electromagnetic wave with its amplitude, frequency. Unlike ordinary light sources, it also has a number of unique physical properties inherent only to it. This is monochromaticity, coherence (there is spatial and temporal), narrow directivity of LI and strict polarization. If a narrow directivity (it determines the high locality of the drug) and polarization (it determines the degree of absorption) of the laser radiation in laser technologies, including the SLS technology, is “operated” directly, then the wave properties are practically not mentioned. However, in ultrafine (nanosized) powder media and aerosols, that is, when the particle sizes are comparable or less than the wavelength of light, the wave nature of the LI (its amplitude, frequency, phase) begins to play a significant role. It follows that it is possible to control such structures by varying the parameters of the drug, which under the influence of external physical forces enhance the technical result of the invention.

Li0.5Fe2.5-xCrxO4.Obtaining the target material of barium hexaferrite (ferromagnet) composition BaFe 12-x Cr x O 19 and spinel lithium ferrite Li 0.5 Fe 2.5-x Cr x O 4 .

In the experiments for the synthesis of these compounds, we used the initial oxide powders and iron powder, which correspond to the purity class (chemical grade); the RNL-A surfacing powder contains up to ~ 95% Fe. Barium carbonate was previously obtained by the substitution reaction - Na 2 CO 3 + Ba (NO 3 ) 2 = BaCO 3 + 2NaNO 3 . The powders of the initial components of the charge are pre-sieved using a sieve system 005-05 (GOST 3584-73). The particle sizes of these components are <40 μm.

Mixing of the starting components is carried out until they are evenly distributed for the synthesis of barium hexaferrite (1-3) and spinel lithium ferrite (4) in the following molar ratio:

1. BaO2+Fe2O3+Cr2O3+Fe=1:2.5:1:51. BaO 2 + Fe 2 O 3 + Cr 2 O 3 + Fe = 1: 2.5: 1: 5

2. ВаСО3+Fe2О3+Cr2О3+Fe=1:2.5:1:52. BaCO 3 + Fe 2 O 3 + Cr 2 O 3 + Fe = 1: 2.5: 1: 5

3. BaO2+Fe(ПЖ РНЛ-А)+Cr2O3=1:3.3:1.83. BaO 2 + Fe (ПЖ RNL-A) + Cr 2 O 3 = 1: 3.3: 1.8

4. Li2O2+Fe2O3+Cr2O3+Fe=1:1:2:44. Li 2 O 2 + Fe 2 O 3 + Cr 2 O 3 + Fe = 1: 1: 2: 4

В результате одновременного воздействия СЛС+СВС в электрическом (для системы 1 и 2 до 220 кВ/м) или магнитном (для системы 3 до 0.1 Тл) полях на указанные смеси за счет синергетического эффекта получали МЭМ в ввиде пористых объемных прочных изделий: (ферромагнетик) типа BaFe12-xCrxO19 или Li0.5Fe2.5-xCrxO4 с выходом годных до 70% (в условиях прототипа не более 40%).The prepared powder compositions, which are exothermic compositions, are placed in a machine for the laser synthesis of bulk products and then laser-processed by a layer-by-layer formed product when combining SLS and SHS processes in the operating field of the KVANT-60 laser unit with parameters: laser radiation energy power P = 10.8 -14.7 W, the scanning speed of the laser beam on the surface of the powder composition v = 2-3 cm / s, the diameter of the spot LI d = 50 microns. Laser radiation during the synthesis process is dosed and corresponds to the minimum required energy level P = 10.8-14.7 W, which must be introduced into the system for the local synthesis of SHS directly into the laser radiation spot with its diameter of 50 μm, which contributes to the sintering of the particles of the reaction mixture and neighboring particles monolayers of the product among themselves. Since layered SLS is carried out in air, it was assumed that oxygen is present in the reaction mixtures (1-3), which should actively diffuse at high temperatures into the final product. As a result of the simultaneous action of SLS + SHS in electric (for systems 1 and 2 up to 220 kV / m) or magnetic (for systems 3 and 0.1 T) fields on these mixtures, due to the synergistic effect, MEMs were obtained in the form of porous volumetric durable products: (ferromagnet ) type BaFe 12-x Cr x O 19 or Li 0.5 Fe 2.5-x Cr x O 4 with a yield of up to 70% (in the conditions of the prototype no more than 40%).

NiAl, NiAl3, Ni3Al, NiTi, AlTi, AlTi3, Al3Ti, AlZr.Synthesis of intermetallic compounds: NiAl, NiAl 3 , Ni 3 Al, NiTi, AlTi, AlTi 3 , Al 3 Ti, AlZr.

For the synthesis of these intermetallic compounds, metal powders were used: Ni - PGSR-4, GOST-9722 with a nickel content of up to 74% or PNK-1 with a nickel content of up to 99% by weight .; Ti - PTOM (with a titanium content of 98-99% wt.); Al - ASD-1 or ASD-4. The dispersion of the used metal powders in all cases did not exceed 60 microns. Metal powders are pre-mixed with each other in a planetary mill until the mixture is completely homogenized, the composition of which was selected in accordance with the following atomic ratios:

1. Ni+Al=1:1 или (1:3) или (3:1)1. Ni + Al = 1: 1 or (1: 3) or (3: 1)

2. Ni+Ti=1:12. Ni + Ti = 1: 1

3. Al+Ti=1:1 или (1:3) или (3:1)3. Al + Ti = 1: 1 or (1: 3) or (3: 1)

4. Al+Zr=1:14. Al + Zr = 1: 1

Further, as in example 1, but the synthesis of intermetallic compounds is carried out in an argon atmosphere. The resulting porous bulk products in composition corresponded to NiAl, NiAl 3 , Ni 3 Al, NiTi, AlTi, AlTi 3 , Al 3 Ti, AlZr, i.e. taken according to equations 1-4, had high strength and a yield of at least 80%. The first two systems were carried out by combining SLS + SHS + magnetic field. The third system - when combining SLS + SHS + ultrasonic field with a frequency of 18 and 22 kHz, the fourth - when combining SLS + SHS + electric field.

Synthesis of zirconium-titanium-lead ceramic products.

60%:Previously, the macro- and microstructure were simulated using the finite element method (ANSYS software package), and the estimated ferroelectric characteristics of the future product — a membrane or filter — were calculated. The ceramic compound powder was preliminarily obtained by the SHS method, which were then sieved using the 005-05 sieve system (GOST 3584-73) and mixed with a dielectric filler (SiO 2 ) in different proportions. As a result of the subsequent layer-by-layer SLS in a magnetic field according to the calculated scenario (Example 1), an MEM product (piezoelectric) of composition with a yield of at least 60% was obtained:

1. TiO2+ZrO2+PbO=1:1:21. TiO 2 + ZrO 2 + PbO = 1: 1: 2

2. Al(Al2O3)+Zr(ZrO2)=1:12. Al (Al 2 O 3 ) + Zr (ZrO 2 ) = 1: 1

20-40%.Thus, the combination of physical exposure in one LLS + SHS + process increases the yield of suitable bulk products, expands the range of used initial mixtures of powders, and consequently allows one to obtain various bulk products from metal metals to complex ceramics with an increase in suitable products by 20-40%.
