Ration of plant raw and fat base is 1:10. As fat base ointment includes unsalted pork fat or cow's rendered butter. Ointment is characterised by high reparative properties.

EFFECT: provides rapid regeneration of injured tissues without additional medicinal agents.

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to herbal medicines with a pronounced healing, anti-inflammatory effect.

Known anti-inflammatory and wound healing ointments containing oil extract of plant components, as well as honey, mummy, propolis and bear fat (see RF patent No. 2246310, IPC AK 35/78, 2002).

An ointment is known that exerts an anti-inflammatory effect and is closest in composition to the claimed invention, containing products of plant origin, such as powders of aspen bark, pharmacy smoky grass, common flax flowers, celandine leaves, roots and rhizomes of elecampane high. The ointment has a fatty base - lanolin and lard, unsalted pork or butter, unsalted and unheated (RF patent No. 2042357, IPC АКК 35/78, 1993).

The objective of the present invention is to expand the range of anti-inflammatory and wound healing medicines based on plant materials.

The combination of ointment components in the claimed proportions shows a pronounced anti-inflammatory and healing effect in the treatment of, for example, fresh wounds, burns, pressure sores, trophic ulcers.

Ointment is prepared as follows.

The plant materials necessary for the preparation of the ointment are collected, crushed and mixed in the above amounts. Then, for example, the interior pork unsalted fat or cow ghee is melted to a liquid state and the raw materials are loaded into it at the rate of 100 g per 1 kg of fat. The mixture is heated at a temperature of 70 ° C for 3 hours, filtered and squeezed in a centrifuge.

Clinical examples.

Example 1. Woman, 68 years old. Burn with boiling oil on the right hand. After immediate application of the ointment to the affected area of the skin, a decrease in pain and healing of the burn was observed the next day.

Example 2. Woman, 75 years old. Bed rest due to stroke for two years. There are massive and multiple bedsores on the back, buttocks. After lubrication with ointment, after 5 days there was a complete disappearance of pressure sores.

Example 3. Woman, 30 years old. Received a 3a degree burn with boiling water. I tried to be treated with sea buckthorn oil and goose fat. At the burn site, a thick crust and multiple cracks, deep and painful. An ointment was applied in the form of a compress at night. In the morning - complete epithelization of the entire wound surface.

Example 4. Woman, 56 years old. Trophic ulcer on the lateral surface of the lower leg, in the lower 1/3. Sacred stinking discharge from an ulcer. An ointment compress is applied for the night. In the morning - complete epithelization with fresh epithelium. Ointment was applied every other day for 2 weeks. The result is a complete recovery.

Based on clinical examples, we can state the high reparative properties of the claimed ointment. This is especially significant in example 1. The rapid application of ointment during a burn prevents the development of tissue damage, contributes to its full recovery and on the second day there is not even hyperemia of the skin. Thus, the use of the inventive ointment provides an unexpected effect - the rapid restoration of damaged human tissues without the use of additional drugs.
