The invention relates to pipe rolling production, and in particular to a method for the production of seamless hot-deformed pipes of large and medium diameters for steam boilers, steam pipelines and collectors of installations with high and supercritical parameters of steam from electroslag remelting ingots and continuously cast billets, and can be used on pipe rolling plants with pilgrim mills incorporating cross-helical rolling mills.

The disadvantage of these methods of firmware is the inability to provide the necessary deformation of the ingot, which allows to obtain the mechanical properties, structure and density of the metal pipes, which are obtained by production from forged billets.

The closest technical solution is a method for the production of large diameter boiler pipes from ESR ingots (patent RU No. 2180874, class B21B 19/04), which reduces energy costs, reduces metal consumption and, as a result, reduces the cost of boiler pipes through the use of larger diameter ingots and conducting the firmware process with a posad in diameter equal to 8-16%.

The disadvantages of this method are the constant values of compression in diameter when flashing ESR ingots with Posad, which do not depend on their geometrical dimensions, steel grades and the total hood coefficients on the piercing and pilgrim mills, which leads to additional energy consumption and increased metal consumption when flashing the ingots to Posad with large reductions due to the formation of external and internal captivity on the sleeves.

The objective of the proposed method is to reduce energy costs, by optimizing the process of flashing in oblique rolling mills with a diameter chuck, depending on the grade of steel and the total exhaust when redistributing an electroslag remelting ingot — a pipe or continuously cast billet — a pipe, reducing metal consumption during redistribution of the ingot ESR and NLZ-boiler pipe, due to the reduction of defects on sleeves in the form of captives, due to differentiated management, the process of flashing with the fit along the diameter of the ingots of ESR and NLZ.

The method for the production of large and medium diameter boiler pipes according to TU 14-3R-55-2001 was tested when rolling pipes of 325 × 40 and 426 × 19 mm in size from steel grade 15X1M1F to TPA 8-16 "with Pilgrim mills of ChTPZ OJSC from EShP ingots 540 × 100 × 1750, 600 × 100 × 1400 and 620 × 100 × 1200 mm in size, supplied by ZMZ OJSC and forged blanks of 540 × 100 × 1750 and 600 × 100 × 1750 mm in size, supplied by Mechel OAO according to the existing and proposed method The data on rolling, results of delivery and mechanical tests are given in tables 1 and 2.

Ingots were cast at ZMZ OJSC with sizes of 550 × 1750, 610 × 1400 mm and 630 × 1200 mm, which were turned in diameter to sizes of 540, 600 and 620 mm (10 pieces each) and delivered to Chelyabinsk Pipe Plant. At ChTPZ OJSC, ingots with a diameter of 540, 600 and 620 mm were drilled at a diameter of 100 ± 5 mm. The ingots and billets were heated in a methodical furnace to a ductility temperature (1280 ± 10 ° С), sewn into sleeves in a piercing mill, and rolled into pipes 325 × 40 and 426 × 19 mm in size. Thus, 5 tubes of 325 × 40 and 426 × 19 mm in size were cut from ESP blanks and ingots according to the existing and proposed technologies (methods). The expenditure coefficient of the metal, taking into account technological waste at the hire (the weight of the pilgrim heads and seed ends) was determined from the calculation of the weight of the forgings and ingots of ESR. From table 1 it is seen that the expenditure coefficient of the metal when rolling pipes from ESR ingots according to the existing technology is lower than when rolling boiler pipes from forged billets, namely by 26-106 kg per ton of pipe (depending on size). When rolling tubes from ESR ingots according to the proposed technology (relative to the existing one), they received an additional reduction in the expenditure coefficient of the metal depending on the size of the pipes by 16-29 kg per ton due to the reduction of defects in internal and external captures. Table 2 shows data on the mechanical properties of metal pipes made of steel grade 15X1M1F, rolled from forged billets and ESR ingots according to the existing and proposed technologies. The table shows that the average value of the mechanical properties of the metal pipes rolled from ESR ingots according to the proposed technology is higher than from forged billets by 5.0-7.5% and is at the same level when rolling pipes from ESR ingots according to the existing technology, which in turn, it gives a guaranteed opportunity to reduce the positive margin of tolerance for wall thickness by 5.0% or to set the tolerance on the wall + 15 / -10 instead of the existing + 20 / -5.0%. And since the quality of the metal of the ESR ingots is much better, the main criterion of boiler pipes long-term strength will be much higher.

Thus, the use of the proposed method for the production of seamless hot-deformed pipes of large and medium diameters in tube rolling plants with pilgrim mills for steam boilers, steam pipelines and manifolds of plants with high and supercritical parameters of steam from electroslag remelting ingots and continuously cast billets will allow for differentiated diameters depending on the grade of steel and the total exhaustion during the redistribution of the ESR ingot - pipe or NLZ-pipe, reduce the consumption coefficient tons of metal by reducing the reject pipes captive in comparison with rolling of boiler tubes ESR ingots of the existing technology, while maintaining the mechanical properties of metal pipes at the level of existing technology, and hence reduce the cost of boiler tubes.

Claims (3)

1. Method for the production of seamless hot-deformed pipes of large and medium diameters in tube-rolling plants with pilgrim mills for steam boilers, steam pipelines and collectors of plants with high and supercritical parameters of steam from electroslag remelting ingots and continuously cast billets, including ingots melting by electroslag remelting and billets continuous casting of steel grades 20, 15GS, 15XM, 12X1MF, 15X1M1F, 12X2MFSR, 10X9MFB, 12X11 V2MF, 08X16H9M2, 12X18N12T and 10X13G12BS2N2D2 with subsequent turning and drilling the central hole, heating the ingots and billets to a temperature of plasticity depending on the steel grade, piercing them in oblique rolling mills with metal deformation with a diameter fit, rolling on pilgrim mills with hoods, the values of which depend on the diameter and wall thickness, characterized in that electroslag remelting ingots and continuously cast billets are stitched in oblique rolling mills with a diameter overload depending on the steel grade and total drawing during redistribution of electroslag remelting ingot - pipe or a continuously cast billet - a pipe, while the values of the size according to the diameter of the ingots of electroslag remelting and continuously cast billets when piercing in oblique rolling mills are determined from the expressions

The method according to claim 1, characterized in that when rolling pipes from ingots of electroslag remelting steel of grades 20 and 15 GS, the coefficient K eshp is taken equal to 40, pipes from steel grades 12X1MF and 15X1M1F equal to 0.9 K eshp , pipes from steel grades 15Kh5M and 12Kh2MFSR 0.8 K ESHP , pipes from steel grades 12KH1V2MF and 08Kh16N9M2 0.7K EShP , and pipes from steel grade 10Kh13G12BS2N2D2 equal to 0.6 K ESHP .

The method according to claim 1, characterized in that when rolling pipes from continuously cast billets of steel grades 20 and 15 GS, the Knlz coefficient is taken to be 35, when rolling pipes from steel 12Kh1MF and 15Kh1M1F 0.9 Knlz, pipes from steel of grades 15Kh5M and 12Kh2MFSR 0.85 knls, pipes made of steel 12Kh1V2MF and 08Kh16N9M2-0.8 KNLS, and pipes from steel 10Kh13G12BS2N2D2, equal to 0.75Knls.
