Abstract
Description
The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used as a source of thermal energy in heating systems and hot water supply.
Known cavitation-vortex heat generator (see application RU N 2002119773 from 07.22.02, IPC F24J 3/00, publ. BIPM N 9, 03/27/03), adopted as a prototype. The heat generator comprises a housing having an inlet and outlet nozzles for a heated fluid, a perforated stator located inside the housing, consisting of one or more annular disks, and a rotor, consisting of two coaxially arranged perforated disks mounted with a gap relative to each other, mounted on independent shafts with drives and having the ability to rotate in opposite directions.
The disadvantage of the prototype is the low heat output due to the inefficient use of the working surfaces of the heat generator when heating the liquid.
The present invention solves the problem of increasing the efficiency of the heat generator and reducing its overall dimensions.
The technical result consists in a significant increase in the area of working surfaces located in the heat-generating zone while reducing the geometric dimensions of the rotor, as well as reducing heat loss in the working zone.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the proposed rotary type heat generator, comprising a housing having an inlet and outlet nozzles for a heated fluid, a perforated stator and a rotor located inside the housing, consisting of two coaxially arranged perforated disks mounted on independent shafts with drives and having the ability rotation in opposite directions, new is that one of the rotor disks is hollow and a second disk of a smaller diameter is placed in this cavity with a gap a hole, in which a hole is made from the end walls of the hollow disk, in which a smaller-diameter disk shaft is placed with a gap acting as an inlet to the internal cavity of the hollow disk, and through holes are made on the opposite end wall of the rotor hollow disk.
The execution of one rotor disk hollow and the placement of a second disk of a smaller diameter in it significantly increases the area of the working surfaces of the housing, stator and rotor located in the heat-generating zone. The process of heating the fluid at twice the circumferential speeds in the area between the rotor elements is summed up with the process of heating the fluid occurring in the area between the inner surfaces of the housing and the perforated stator and the outer surfaces of the hollow rotor disk. The load of the heat generator’s consumed power is performed at smaller rotor diameters compared to a rotor made in the form of flat disks or cylinders.
The bulk of the thermal energy due to the processes of friction and cavitation in the zones of non-through holes is formed in the gap between the rotor elements, and the release of thermal energy in the gap between the body and the perforated stator and the hollow disk (at lower peripheral speed and the pressure created there) is much lower, then the layer The fluid heated in this area is a kind of heat accumulator, which allows you to reduce heat loss and increase the efficiency of the heat generator.
The gap formed by the hole in one of the end walls of the hollow disk of the rotor and the shaft of the disk of a smaller diameter is the inlet to the internal cavity of the hollow disk, namely the space between the rotor disks. The implementation of the inlet into the inner cavity of the hollow rotor disk according to this scheme allows fluid to enter this cavity at reduced pressure, due to the action of peripheral speeds, which allows the most efficient pumping of fluid through the heat generator. At the same time, a stably high pressure is maintained inside the hollow disk at its periphery in the process of moving the fluid to the outlet openings.
The location of the through exit holes in an amount of at least two on the opposite end wall of the hollow disk allows you to divert the heated fluid pumped through the gap between the rotor disks into the gap between the hollow rotor disk and the housing.

Technical solutions with features distinguishing the claimed solution from the prototype are not known and do not follow explicitly from the prior art. The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a General view of the heat generator rotary type.
3.The heat generator comprises a housing 1 with a cover 2, a stator 3 in the form of a perforated sleeve. Inside the housing 1 with the possibility of rotation in opposite directions on the independent shafts 4 and 5, the perforated rotor elements are rigidly fixed, namely the disk 6 with radial rows of through holes 7 on its end surfaces and a diametrical row of similar holes on its cylindrical surface, as well as a split hollow disk 8 with similar through holes 7 on the outer and inner surfaces. Similar holes 7 are made on the surfaces of the housing 1 and the cover 2 opposite the hollow disk 8. The disk 6, having a smaller diameter, is located with a gap inside the hollow disk 8. The shafts 4 and 5 are installed in the bearing bearings 9, sealed relative to the housing 1 and the cover 2 by seals 10 installed in the chamber 11 and connected by means of couplings 12 to the drives 13. A nozzle 14 is placed in the cover 2 of the housing for supplying fluid through the chamber 11 to the cavity formed by the housing 1, cover 2 and stator 3, and a nozzle 15 for drainage is placed in the housing 1 from above constant cavity. A hole 16 is made on one of the end walls of the hollow disk 8 of the rotor, through which the shaft 4 of the disk 6 passes with a gap. This gap acts as an inlet to the internal cavity of the hollow disk. On the opposite end wall of the hollow rotor disk 8, at least two through holes 17 are made for draining the liquid from the internal cavity of the hollow disk 8 into the cavity formed by the housing 1, the cover 2 and the stator 3.
The heat generator operates as follows.
6.The fluid from the consumer return pipe comes under pressure through the pipe 14 and the cavity 11 inside the heat generator. After the heat generator is filled with liquid, the drives 13 are turned on, which drive independent shafts 4 and 5, which are located in the bearing bearings 9 and sealed by seals 10 in the chambers 11, on which the disks 6 and 8 are mounted, rotated by means of the couplings 12. and stator 3, moves in two directions. Part of the fluid enters through the hole 16 into the hollow disk 8 and moves between its inner surfaces and the outer surfaces of the disc 6 to the outlet openings 17. Another part of the fluid moves between the outer surfaces of the hollow disc 8 and the inner surfaces of the housing 1, cover 2 and stator 3 also to the outlet hole 17. Here, both fluid flows are mixed and through the outlet pipe 15 enter the direct consumer line. The process of heat generation occurs when the fluid moves in the zones of through holes 7 due to the processes of friction and cavitation, and most efficiently it flows inside the hollow disk 8 due to the increased rotation speed of the disk 8 relative to the disk 6.
