Description

The invention relates to devices for mass entertainment, in particular to a carousel with suspended seats, deflected by centrifugal force and changing the trajectory of its movement.
A carousel is known that comprises a central rack with a drive mounted on the base, a disk is mounted on the lower end, a ring on the upper end, and arcuate arrows are fixed between the disk and the ring, carriages with suspended seats move along the upper ends of which are driven by centrifugal force.
The carousel was selected as an analogue according to a / c No. 917848, class. A 63 G 1/28. The disadvantage of this carousel is its low occupancy, since passengers make a uniform circular motion in the horizontal plane after reaching the intended speed of rotation of the carousel.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase amusement by changing the trajectory of passengers, both in horizontal and vertical planes, changing angular and linear speeds, both for all passengers on the carousel, and for individual groups, as well as changing radii and heights of rotation over a wide range.
The specified technical result is achieved in that in the carousel containing the control unit, which has a software device mounted on the base with a central drive with a controlled drive, the central rack is made in the form of a multi-link telescopic unit and is equipped with a link lifting drive and a balancing counterweight placed on it with the possibility displacements along the outer link of the telescopic unit; on the upper end portion of each link, a platform with fixed on it with a lock for the platform's initial position, a ratchet mechanism with a knot for disconnecting it, as well as individual drives of the suspended seats connected to them by means of a flexible connection, each seat being made in the form of a passenger seat, and the individual drives have a locking device, an electromagnetic drum clutch with a gearbox connected to an electric motor, and a cable laying unit on a drum. Such a constructive implementation of the claimed carousel during its operation provides the possibility of changing the trajectory of passengers, both in horizontal and vertical planes, changing the values of angular and linear speeds, as well as changing radii and heights of rotation over a wide range, as for all passengers of the carousel, so for individual groups.
The claimed invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a carousel, front view; figure 2 is the same, a top view; figure 3 shows the individual drive of passenger seats, a ratchet mechanism for engaging the platform with its link, the clamp of the initial position of the platform, part of the link lifting mechanism, support rollers of the platforms, the coupling half of the electromagnetic clutch of the drum of an individual drive with a gearbox, a rotary roller of a retractable link.
The carousel contains a movable landing platform 1 with an electrical contact system 2 and rollers 3, on which the carousel drives 4 and the movable links 5 are mounted, telescopically pulled out by a lifting system 6 with a counterweight 7 from the outer link 8, at the upper ends of which are fixed on the rollers 9 and 10 movable platforms 11 containing a ratchet mechanism 12, an initial position lock 13 and seat drives 14 with a locking system 15, support rollers of the movable links 16 and the rotary rollers of the movable links 17.
In addition, the individual seat drives have a device for stacking and stabilizing the cable 18 of the seats 19, an electromagnetic clutch 20 of the drive drum 21 with a gear 22 connected to the electric motor 23.
The carousel can work in 15 variants, which should be described in the instruction manual.
According to one of them, the carousel works as follows: before turning on the carousel drive, the operator raises the sliding links or chairs of each platform to different heights and then turns on the carousel drive. Synchronous drive motors allow you to smoothly unwind the external link of the carousel, rigidly mounted on the drive landing platform, and it through the rotary rollers will transmit rotation to the sliding links. When a certain speed is reached, the operator gradually increases the length of the suspension of passenger seats, reeling up the suspension cables from the drums of individual drives, increasing their initial length at their discretion, then begins to quickly reduce the length of the suspensions, and the chairs, while maintaining the acquired moment of momentum, increase the angular speed of rotation inversely the square of the radius of rotation, which will cause a sharp increase in centrifugal load, and the seats with passengers will "fall" up to the level corresponding to This load. In this case, the platforms overtake the rotation of the drive link. Then, sharply letting go of the chair, the operator will “fail” the chair far down, thereby receiving one of the options for the “swing” of chairs with a multimeter amplitude and repeating this at their own discretion during the session. With an increase in the length of the suspension, the seats, together with their platform, slow down the rotation to the speed of the external drive link and are connected by the ratchet mechanism to its movement.
When turning off the ratchet mechanism using electromagnets, the seats together with their platforms can lag behind the speed of rotation from the drive link.
