SUBSTANCE: proposed plate-type vibration isolator equipped with pendulum suspension has flexible member engageable with base and pendulum suspension. Pendulum suspension is made in form of threaded rod with spherical profile at one end and threaded bush connected with it and also provided with spherical profile. Both spherical profiles of pendulum suspension are engageable with taper surfaces of lower and upper plates, respectively. Flexible member is made in form of stack of interconnected plate-type components which are connected with outer surface of bush over inner diameter; one end of this bush is secured on base and other end is received by guide bush at slide fit.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vibration insulation in resonance mode; simplified construction; ease of mounting.

Description

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for vibration isolation of technological equipment, including looms.
The closest technical solution to the claimed object is a vibration isolator according to USSR author's certificate No. 1594326, F 16 F 15/06, containing an elastic element, one end of which rests on the housing, and the other interacts with a pendulum mechanism made in the form of an articulated suspension.
A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of the articulated element and the lack of efficiency at resonance due to the absence of vibration damping.
The technical result is an increase in the effectiveness of vibration isolation in resonance mode and simplification of design and installation.
This is achieved by the fact that in a disk vibration isolator with a pendulum suspension containing an elastic element interacting with the base and the pendulum suspension, the pendulum suspension is made in the form of a threaded rod with a spherical profile at one of its ends and a threaded sleeve connected to it, also having a spherical profile moreover, both spherical profiles of the pendulum suspension interact with the conical surfaces of the lower and upper plates, respectively, and the elastic element is made in the form of a package in series GOVERNMENTAL poppet elastic elements, wherein the Belleville elastic members associated with the inner diameter of the outer surface of the sleeve, one end fixedly attached to the base and another incoming sliding fit in the guide sleeve.
The drawing shows a frontal section of the proposed vibration isolator.
The vibration-isolating plate with a pendulum suspension contains an elastic element 12 interacting with the base 1 and the pendulum suspension 6. The base 1 is made in the form of a lower 3 and upper 2 plates connected by struts 4. The pendulum suspension 6 is made in the form of a threaded rod 7 with a spherical profile 5 on one of its ends and a threaded sleeve 8 connected to it and having a spherical profile, both spherical profiles of the pendulum suspension interacting with the conical surfaces 17 and 18 of the upper 10 and lower 14 stin, and the elastic element 12 is made in the form of a package of serially connected disk-shaped elastic elements 12. The disk-shaped elastic elements 12 interact with the outer surface of the sleeve 13, one end of which is rigidly fixed to the upper plate 2 of the base 1, and the other that enters the guide sleeve along the sliding fit eleven.
A plate vibration isolator with a pendulum suspension operates as follows.
With vibrations of the vibration-insulated object 15 connected to the support plate 14 by means of a screw 16, the elastic element 12 perceives vertical loads, thereby weakening the dynamic effect on the floors of buildings. Horizontal loads are perceived by the pendulum suspension. Due to the implementation of the pendulum suspension with spherical profiles, additional spatial vibration isolation of the equipment is provided in all six directions of vibration (along the three coordinate axes x, y, z and rotary around these axes).
The proposed design of a plate-shaped vibration isolator with a pendulum suspension is easy to manufacture, assemble, maintain, maintainable, and also has enhanced vibration-isolating properties due to the dissipation of energy arising in the friction pair: a disk spring is a T-shaped ring.

  1. A plate vibration isolator with a pendulum suspension containing an elastic element interacting with the base and the pendulum suspension, characterized in that the pendulum suspension is made in the form of a threaded rod with a spherical profile at one of its ends and a threaded sleeve connected to it, also having a spherical profile, both spherical profiles of the pendulum suspension interact with the conical surfaces of the lower and upper plates, respectively, and the elastic element is made in the form of a package of series-connected t belt-shaped elastic elements, and the disk-shaped elastic elements are connected in inner diameter with the outer surface of the sleeve, one end rigidly fixed to the base, and the other included in a slippery fit into the guide sleeve.
