The invention relates to communication technology, in particular to the field of telecommunications and, more specifically, to radiotelephone systems, such as cell phone systems and local telephone exchanges, and can be used in various fields of industrial and domestic services, for example, for emergency calls, rescue services, medical assistance, law enforcement or obtaining the necessary information to organize successful traffic.

A device for transmitting information for quickly identifying dangerous places on highways and simultaneously calling emergency services, which contains a ringing and signaling device, a cable network for power and control, as well as indicating and control devices (DE Patent No. 4116786, class G 08 V 25/00, 11/26/1992).

However, this device has small functionality and does not allow simultaneous emergency call to transmit situational information and receive confirmation of the received message.

A device is known for guarding objects and authorizing access to them, including transmitting an encoded signal by a radio transmitter located on the guarded object and its receiver located at the owner of the guarded object (RF patent No. 2069014, CL G 08 B 25/10, 10/11/1996) .

The signal is transmitted by the transmitter using an individual (one of 1016) code only to the owner of the corresponding receiver. However, the method does not allow to confirm receipt of the call by the addressee.

Closest to the invention is a device for transmitting and receiving by a subscriber of information, comprising a subscriber unit, including a conversation unit, comprising a telephone and a microphone connected to a transmitter and a receiver, as well as an autonomous power source and an emergency call button connected to the conversation unit (see, RU patent No. 2146079, class N 04 M 11/06, 02.27.2000).

However, this device also has insufficient functionality and does not allow the simultaneous emergency call to automatically transmit situational information.

The technical result from the use of this device is the creation of a system for transmitting and receiving information by a subscriber, which will allow the subscriber to transmit and receive any informational message, for example, through a cellular communication system, and in case of an emergency call, automatically transfer situational information at the same time and, if the situation allows, to receive confirmation of the received message and other information.

Thus, it is possible to carry out the technical result of the present invention - the creation of a system for transmitting and receiving information by a subscriber, which will allow the subscriber to transmit and receive any informational message, and in case of an emergency call to simultaneously transmit situational information and, if the situation allows, to receive confirmation of the received message and other necessary information.

The device operates as follows.

In case of emergency, if, for example, an emergency occurs, the driver or one of the passengers presses the emergency call button 2 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations by number “01”. The SMS message transmitter 6 makes it possible to secretly and automatically transmit messages, for example, by the number “01”, in cases of manifestation of a criminal effect on road users (seizing cargo, stealing vehicles or any other criminal situations) by pressing the remote button 3, which can be covertly installed inside the vehicle. The text of the SMS message is formed in advance by the road user with the help of keys having an alphabet and numerical values. The text of the dialed message is checked by writing on the screen of the SMS transmitter 6 and stored in its memory. The dialed SMS message is automatically transmitted, for example, by the number “01” and subsequently repeated with a specified time interval.

When you press another remote button 4, for example, when the vehicle is parked, the device enters the security standby mode.
