SUBSTANCE: furnace can be use for heating individual houses supplied with solid fuel. Heater-boiler prolonged burning furnace has case with holes and shutters for regulated release of smoke gases into smoke tube and into boiler furnace which is made in form of separate unit. Lower part of the case has holes for regulated supply of air, furnace with ash bin and fire bar, tubular heat exchanger for warming water up. Furnace is provided with bin for fuel. Bin has gas-tight cap and heat-accumulating gasket at lower part of bin. Bin is installed inside case. Case has cap to seal space between the case and bin. Tubular heat exchanger is disposed at central part of space between case and bin. Fire bar is placed inside furnace which is lined by insertion made of heat-proof cement.
EFFECT: improved comfort at cooking; improved efficiency; prolonged burning of loaded fuel.

Description

The invention relates to heating and cooking stoves primarily for heating individual houses operating on solid fuel.

A heating furnace is known (Description of the invention to the USSR Certificate of Authorship No. 1281831 dated January 01, 87 class F 24 V 1/08), comprising a housing with a fuel hopper, a furnace with a grate, an ash pan and an air duct. The disadvantage of this oven is the lack of cooking. In addition, this furnace has a low efficiency due to the fact that the gases generated during gasification of fuel are removed into the chimney. The lack of water heating also reduces the efficiency of the furnace.

Closest to the inventive heating and cooking furnace for long burning is (description of the invention to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 126599 dated 09/30/1994, class F 24 V 1/28 01/01/1960) a stove-boiler containing a cooking stove remote from the firebox, a tubular heat exchanger and a firebox with a grate, placed in one housing, the firebox located below the heat exchanger, openings for the removal of flue gases with control flaps, an air inlet located below the grate.

Such an oven can be used for cooking. But such a furnace has a low burning time for the loaded fuel; in fact, it requires continuous combustion, which complicates the operating conditions.

Also, this furnace has a disadvantage associated with the impossibility of afterburning products of gasification of fuel. This leads to a low efficiency of this furnace.

In addition, such a furnace is a capital construction with a large weight and cannot be transported. This reduces the possibility of installing the furnace in non-capital premises, for example, cottages and increases its cost.

The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the furnace and increase the duration of combustion of the loaded fuel.

Another goal is to reduce the cost and weight of the furnace.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The long-burning heating and cooking stove incorporates a housing with openings with dampers for adjustable flue gas removal into the chimney and a cooking stove made in the form of a separate unit.

In the lower part of the body there is a firebox with an ash pan and a grate - for an adjustable air supply.

There is a tubular heat exchanger for heating water.

The furnace differs from the closest analogue in that it is equipped with a fuel hopper with a gas tight lid and a heat accumulating nozzle in its lower part. The hopper is installed inside the housing, and the housing is made with a lid that seals the space between it and the hopper. A tubular heat exchanger is located in the central part of the space between the body and the hopper, the grate is located inside the ash pan lined with an insert made of heat-resistant concrete.

Heat accumulating nozzle can be made of heat resistant cast iron.

The grate can be equipped with a shaking mechanism, for example a handle.

The drawing shows a heating and cooking furnace for long burning. At the bottom of the furnace is ashpit 1, designed to collect ash. Inside the ash pan there is a grate 2, equipped with a handle 3 designed for mechanical shaking of the grate. The inside of the ash pan is lined with heat-resistant concrete insert 4. Above the ash pan there is a housing 5. Inside the housing, a hopper 6 is installed, closed by a gas tight lid 7 serving as a fuel storage device. In the upper part of the housing there is a housing cover 8, which seals the space between the housing and the hopper. In the central part of the space between the housing and the hopper there is a tubular heat exchanger 9, designed to heat the water passing inside the pipes. In the lower part of the hopper is a heat accumulating nozzle 10, which serves to stabilize combustion. In the housing 5 there is an opening for exhausting gases into the chimney 11 and an opening for removing some of the gases into the cooking furnace 12. A hole 10 is connected to the chimney 13 through the smoke damper 14. A hole is connected to the opening 12. The flow of gases directed to the cooking furnace is regulated damper 16. In the lower part of the housing are openings for additional air 17.

The device operates as follows.

Fuel is loaded into the hopper, ignited, for example, with kerosene through a door (not shown). The zone of combustion of solids is located between the grate 2 and the heat accumulating nozzle 10. Gasification of fuel occurs in the lower part of the hopper 6. Gases generated by gasification pass under the heat accumulating nozzle 10 into the space between the body and the hopper. Additional air is supplied into this space through openings 17. In the space between the body and the hopper, mainly near the heat-accumulating nozzle, carbon monoxide is formed after combustion of dry fuel and combustion of gasification products. This forms carbon dioxide with a high temperature. It contains almost no products of incomplete combustion of fuel. Carbon dioxide passes in the space between the body and the hopper, giving most of its heat to the heat exchanger. In the upper part of the casing, carbon dioxide, passing through the choke 14, is removed into the chimney 13. If there is a need for cooking, the choke 16 opens and part of the carbon dioxide flow is directed to the cooking stove 15. The heat output of the cooking stove is regulated by the choke 16. depending on the combustion mode and the demand for power of the cooking furnace, you can cover or completely close the valve 14. In this case, most or all of the gases will pass into the cooking furnace.

The purpose of increasing the efficiency of the furnace is achieved by the fact that the products of the burning of dry (gasified) fuel in the form of carbon monoxide and the gasification products are burned when additional air is supplied. This leads to the complete combustion of all combustible substances of the fuel.

The increase in the duration of combustion is due to the use of a fuel hopper, a uniform combustion regime due to the use of heat accumulating nozzles.

Weight reduction is determined by the optimal layout of the furnace.

The decrease in manufacturing costs due to the high manufacturability of the claimed design.

Claims (3)

Long-burning heating and cooking furnace, including a housing with openings with dampers for adjustable flue gas removal into the chimney and into the cooking stove, made in the form of a separate unit, and in its lower part - for adjustable air supply, a furnace with an ash pan and grate A tubular heat exchanger for heating water, characterized in that it is equipped with a fuel hopper with a gas tight lid and a heat accumulating nozzle in its lower part mounted inside the housing, the housing is made with a lid that seals easily the space between it and the hopper, a tubular heat exchanger is located in the central part of the space between the body and the hopper, the grate is located inside the ash pan lined with an insert made of heat-resistant concrete.
