One arm is used for engaging with crank; other arm of is cone one and it may rest upon lateral surface of cylindrical disc secured to lateral side of cross piece. Double-arm lever whose arms are mutually inclined by obtuse angle is jointly mounted through paired plates in center of disc. Articulation joint of lever is mounted in edge portion of second lever arm on line of inner surface of first lever arm.

Description

The invention relates to metal cutting machines; methods and devices for processing metals, not elsewhere classified, in particular, devices to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of metal assemblies or metal and non-metal, regardless of whether or not any deformation is caused, tools and devices for this purpose, if they are not assigned to other classes; for joining products by pressing or for disassembling the pressed products; as well as hand tools or fixtures for assembling or disassembling components or assemblies with or without deformation, not elsewhere classified, namely for assembling or disassembling press fit parts, in particular cranks on rocker-type pumps in oil wells.

A device for pressing and pressing out parts (ed. St. SU No. 1696240 A, MKL. 23 P 19/02). Refers to dual-use combined devices, i.e. for mounting and removal of parts. It contains power short circuit elements and a power cylinder connected with them with a piston rod and a housing with dividing cavities made with the possibility of connecting respectively to hydraulic and pneumatic pressure sources, as well as a manually controlled distribution valve mounted in the power cylinder body; with an additional internal cavity and a nipple for connecting this cavity to the source of pneumatic pressure, as well as the piston rod is hollow and with recesses on the outer end surface both in it and in the housing, and these cavities are interconnected with the rod cavity of the power cylinder through holes made in the housing and the rod, and the elements of the power circuit are made in the form of two two-arm levers with supporting surfaces on each of the shoulders and articulated with each of the levers of the rocker arm, placed parallel flax cylinder axis, wherein each of the levers is mounted in recesses and the housing-piston rod capable of cooperating abutment surfaces with the surfaces of the shoulders of the recesses.

The disadvantages of this device is the ability to use only on specific parts using special technological equipment due to the implementation of power short circuit elements at the ends of the power cylinder, the use of both hydraulic and pneumatic pressures, which in turn does not allow to develop great efforts when removing large parts, and it is also impossible use this device to remove cranks on rocker pumps in oil wells.

A device is known for dismounting press joints of shaft-sleeve-type parts, including a power cylinder mounted on the base with a rod with a movable center, and grips with a drive mounted on the cylinder body, and the gripper drive is made in the form of an additional cylinder mounted concentrically to the power cylinder, the rod which is mounted on the housing of the power cylinder, and the housing is connected via levers with grips (see ed. St. 606709 A, MKL 23 P 19/02 05/23/1978). This device is adopted as a prototype of the claimed invention.

The disadvantage of this device is the narrow applicability due to the power circuit through the base, the disengagement of the grippers from the dismantled unit with the development of large forces on a large crank and the repeated installation of the device when the disengagement of the grippers from the dismantled part. This is due to the fact that an increase in the productivity and quality of dismantling in this device is achieved provided that the gripper drive is installed in the form of an additional cylinder mounted concentrically to the power cylinder and the housing is connected via levers with grippers.

The specified state occurs only if the gripper levers are parallel to the ram of the power cylinder and the associated additional cylinder.

The basis of the present invention is the solution to the problem of such a crank puller device, which would eliminate the need to disengage the grips from the dismantled unit with the development of large efforts and would allow to increase the compression of the crank paws, increase productivity and reduce the cost of work.

According to the invention, this problem is solved due to the fact that in the crank puller device, the paw force locking mechanism is equipped with cylindrical disks and twin plates, the second shoulder of the two-shouldered lever being tapered with the possibility of abutment on the side surface of the cylindrical disk fixed on the side of the beam, with the center of which is articulated the specified two-arm lever is fixed through paired plates, the shoulders of which are made at an obtuse angle to each other, and the hinge on the lever is made at the beginning of the second pl groove on the line of the inner surface of the first shoulder of the lever, and the hydraulic cylinder is made single-acting.

The applicant is not aware of any technical solutions identical to the claimed device. In this regard, we can conclude that the invention meets the criterion of "novelty."

The implementation of the differences of the invention determines the achievement of fundamentally new properties of the object. Introduction to the device of the mechanism of the force closure of the paws with cylindrical disks and paired plates, the implementation of the shoulders at an obtuse angle with two shoulders, the implementation of a single-acting hydraulic cylinder provides increased productivity and reduced cost of work. This eliminates the need for repeated installation of the device in case of failure of the grippers from the dismantled part.

These circumstances determine, in our opinion, the compliance of the claimed technical solution with the criterion of "Inventive step".

In the description of the invention and in the drawings, the following notation is given:

1 - traverse, 2 - telescopic hydraulic cylinder, 3 - thrust rod, 4 and 5 - two shoulders levers, 6 - shoulder, 7 - crank (part), 8 and 9 - cylindrical disks, 10 - paired plate, 11 - second shoulder of the lever, 12 - the hinge of the lever, 13 - the union of the hydraulic cylinder, 14 - the crank shaft.

The crank puller contains a crosshead 1 (Fig. 1), a power mechanism fixed to it in the form of a telescopic type of single-acting hydraulic cylinder 2 with a thrust rod 3 with the possibility of screwing (possibly a rigid fastening of the hydraulic cylinder in the crosshead). This is achieved due to the threaded hole in the traverse 1 and the threaded shirt on the hydraulic cylinder 2. The puller includes a paw force locking mechanism (Fig. 1) in the form of two shoulders levers 4 and 5 each, one of the shoulders 6 of which is designed to interact with the crank 7 and equipped with cylindrical disks 8 and 9 on the lateral side of the beam 1, the center of which is pivotally mounted through the paired (above and below the disk 8 and the lever 4) plate 10, the lever 4 (and, accordingly, 5) is fixed, the shoulders 6 and 11 of which are made at an obtuse angle "a "equal to 135 degrees plus - minus 2-3 g joy to each other. Moreover, the hinge 12 (figure 1 and figure 2) on the lever 4 is made at the beginning of the second shoulder 11 and on the line "aa" of the inner surface of the first shoulder 6 of the lever 4, and the second shoulder 11 is made conical and can be supported on the side the surface of the cylindrical disk 8 (figure 1 and figure 2), thereby ensuring the rotation of the two shoulders of the lever 4 around the hinge 12, increasing the compression of the cranks 7 in the form of two shoulders levers 4 and 5 when oil is supplied through the fitting 13 with a nipple into the hydraulic cylinder 2 (arrows above the crank 7 of figure 1 shows the direction of movement of the ends of the paws directed to ALU 14).

To the telescopic type hydraulic cylinder 2 is connected via a fitting 13 to a high pressure oil hose from the tractor or station hydraulic pump through a control spool. Turning the coupled plate 10 around the cylindrical disks 8 and 9, lead the shoulders 6 of the levers 4 and 5 beyond the edges of the crank 7. Turning the hydraulic cylinder 2 into the yoke 1, bring its thrust rod 3 all the way into the shaft 14 with the crank 7.

Including the control spool of the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 2, push the thrust rod 3 (shown in Fig. 1 by an arrow) to the stop in the crank shaft 14. Further extension of the thrust rod 3 together with the telescopic piston causes the beam 1 to shift back from the shaft 14, causing the shoulders 6 to shift with the crank 7 (shown by arrows). Due to the displacement of the traverse 1 with the body of the hydraulic cylinder 2 and cylindrical disks 8 and 9, the two shoulders of the levers 4 and 5 together with the crank 7 are moved through the paired plates 10, pulling the latter from the shaft 14, while the force of up to 50 MPa can develop. This is achieved due to the condition of the shoulders 6 and 11 at an angle of 135 degrees, and also because the radius of the cylindrical disks 8 and 9 is equal to the length of the paired plate 10, it allows you to capture cranks of different widths (not the same type). So that the puller does not fall at the time of removal of the crank 7 from the shaft 14, it can be equipped with an eyebolt on the crosshead 1 with a safety cable on the latter. After removing the crank 7, controlling the spool, the oil is discharged from the single-acting hydraulic cylinder 2 under the action of a tension spring located therein, which brings the single-acting hydraulic cylinder 2 to its original position.

This embodiment of the crank puller allows you to increase productivity and reduce the cost of work.
